Unit #706 is very quiet and does NOT back up to any roads as many of the other units as The Palms do (see attached complex map for exact location.) —all new bathrooms — 3 new ceiling fans (living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom) —new flooring —new, high quality linens —new king mattress —new high quality towels —new art and decor -—3 NEW AC Units (living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom available for $25 per night charge) —new grill — Cable TV in master bedroom and living room. Ability to access to your personal Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts on living room television. —Free wireless high-speed Internet access —Complimentary long-distance calling anywhere in the U.S. and Canada -- Unit is quiet. Does NOT back up to main street, as many other Palms units do. —Master Bedroom: A king size bed, cable television and fully remodeled bathroom. Luxurious linens, new pillows, new mattress and furniture. Blackout curtains to help get a great nights sleep! A closet is available for your use as well as six drawers to unpack and settled in for your stay. AC and ceiling fan located in this room to ensure a comfortable stay. Our family of 5 loved staying here! It was so clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Jillian has done a great job ensuring the comfort of her guests; it really felt like we were staying at a friends house. We loved the area, so relaxing and quiet, but just a short 5-10 minute drive to dining and shops. It was perfect for our family!

Property more than lived up to its description. Very roomy, well stocked kitchen and a great patio/lanai. We used the barbeque most evenings. Complex is very quiet. Greatly appreciated the patio chairs and umbrellas that we were able to take to the beach. Highly recommend this property and would love to return.

During the month of the fires, communication was great, providing us with the current status of the island and making us feel safe and welcome to visit.
The condo is clean and equipped with everything you require for family dinners, and outings to the beach. Just need to bring yourselves.

Had a good time and enjoyed The Palms community and pool. Jillian was easy to deal with and obliging. Her facilities were clean and as advertised. My only issue was that I felt the air conditioning fee should’ve been included in the price and not charged separately as that is a standard and expected amenity in tropical accommodations. Other than that it was a positive experience and my family. Enjoyed it.

Our stay at this VRBO was great! The place absolutely matched the expectations set by the host and pictures on the website. The place was in a great area close to the beach and very cute shopping areas. We felt safe the entire time too. It was nice that we had a designated parking spot close to the unit as well. We enjoyed our stay greatly, and Jillian was promptly responsive to all of our questions and requests. Would highly recommend staying here!

This condo is in a clean, well kept complex in the Southwestern section of Maui. The best part is the supplies such as the snorkels, fins and masks as well as beach chair for guest to use. We did some great snorkeling and hiking while there and this condo was a great place to access the island. We took advantage of both the grocery store and numerous, excellent food truck nearby and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed.
We didn't use the pool and it is a long walk to the beach, but we fully explored the island and would absolutely rent this condo again.

This property was very comfortable & easy to use as a base for our activities in Maui. The master BR is amazing & spacious. The second BR is small but comfortable. The LR/DR/K and deck were lovely & comfortable. A fairly easy walk to the beach & only a mile from groceries & shopping. Pool & hot tub close by and very nice with a beautiful view.
Would appreciate a few more hooks in the 2nd bathroom> not a lot of places to hang multiple bath towels, & clothing/wet suits etc...but a minor suggestion.
Overall we were very happy with our choice & had a great stay!

We had a great time in Maui and our stay at The Palms was the perfect home base. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 and the in unit washer and dryer was a huge lifesaver. My only complaint would be there’s no door between the master bedroom and shower part of the bathroom, but we knew that from the pictures and we made it work. The property was clean and I loved looking at the ocean from the lanai. The pool is a great amenity as well and we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend Jillian’s place and hope we make it back to stay again!

Our family stayed here for our first trip to Maui. We had a fantastic time. I loved being close to everything but far enough away from the center of the tourist activities. The pool was great and beds were comfy. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. My kids are on the swim team and we were thrilled to be close to the community lap pool (10 min drive) which was free to go and get a great workout! We would stay here again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay with the comfort of having two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this very nicely renovated condo! We had two couples in our party who were glad to have a well appointed kitchen, spacious living space and patio. The pool area was nice and the condo location was great to drive to all of our activities. I would highly recommend this condo for both couples or families!

The decorating was excuisite, the floor plan was ideal, the kitchen was fully equipped, the location in Wailea was convenient, and we especially loved the large, fully-equipped lanai. Our family of 4, with 2 small kids, stayed here for almost 2 weeks and loved it. We normally stay in Kihei so we can walk to the beach, but really enjoyed the bigger space we were able to get in Wailea. And it was a very short drive to the beach. The only minor inconveniences were that the dishwasher didn’t work well, and the primary bedroom shares a wall with another unit’s kitchen which made it noisy at night when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise, we loved the extra space, thoughtful amenities, big lanai, and updated interior. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would have no hesitations booking again!

We stayed at the condo for a week with my family that included 2 kids. The condo is well maintained, cozy, comfortable with AC. The location is convenient and close to most tourist attractions. We loved our stay , the host provides extras for the beach and kids . We will definitely be back .
