I'd like to point out that the owner and the apartment was super lovely and on their own deserve a grade of 10! We're giving a rating of 6 because in overall we did not enjoy fully our stay and I'll explain it further. If you travel by car and don't have kids/gonna spend time just hangin outside the apartment, the place is perfect! But the apartment was lovely! Very clean, modern, all, facilities worked great. Nice and comfortable to sleep in. Great bathroom/shower. Very spacy. The owner was just lovely! She gave us plenty of information and recommendations for our stay. The location is distant but lovely, very nice views. Maybe a bit hard to find but even by foot/walking its a nice jog to get there (1 hour walk from railway station) and you get to enjoy awesome views!

The environment was hostile. Literally! In Italy and maybe in this region is special its very common that people have these guard dogs just about everywhere. Almost all of them were behing fences (though during our stay we didnt find a route where we didnt get in close contact with one of these blood hounds.. like seriously I cant describe how absurdly much there was angry dogs out there..) but not the one just next to the apartment! When we we're walking to the apartment a man drived by us and stopped us. He didn't know much english but after we got to our apartment I understood that he tried to warn us about dangerous dog that was just roaming free. Just next to the apartment there is this big muscular angry looking dog that really is just off the leash roaming free. First when we came to the hotel the dog barked and ran towards us and started to follow my fiance behind her back while at the same time growling.. I havent seen that vicious looking creature before. We didnt use that route anymore but we we're still out of luck.. If you circle they way using the highway thats above the apartment you can get past the dogs own yard and the other way thats also surrounded by dogs (but atleast behind thin fences but still really really near you). When we were returning the other night I almost had a heart attack when we arrived at dawn to our apartment (21.00 approx) from the highway route. It was really dark and the door to the apartment is in this small valley. When we reached the valley we immediatly saw that the same guard dog was just there, standing just in front of our door growling at us and then started to bark when we backed off. The owner kindly helped us to get inside the apartment. One night we took a taxi back to the apartment just so he could escort us in to the apartment thus passing the dog!
