Comfortable, relaxing and quiet.

Well appointed with all amenities available

The weather in Jamaica was hotter than normal and humid which resulted in the fans in the main living area not providing any cooling.

Second time staying here, the property is nice, cozy and very spacious. Love the peacefulness of the entire area

The living room could use AC but surprisingly. it wasn’t as hot as last year so we weren’t sweating as much.

Best value place to stay in Jamaica

Everything, house is very good, very comfortable and clean. Garden is beautiful. Pool was great and kids park was great to. Best place I stayed in Jamaica truly recommend

Over all stay was fair.

Location was good.

Living room way too hot, bathroom shower smells like sewer in the mornings. Why the pillows were so hard? could not sleep on them.

Nice and quiet neighborhood

Bed and Pillows were uncomfortable. Gate access was painful, it would be better with some kind of gate access. Staff didnt tell us about the wasjing machine fee.

The location was great and easy to locate.

Where do I start; at first, my wife and I were greeted by the house keeper, where my wife noticed there was ants all over the kitchen counter, she advised that there was a ant investation in the kitchen area. We were taken back by this, as if this was normal to be renting to guest(s) without this problem being taken care prior to renting. The same day we noticed that the ants investation was also in the bathroom and bedroom as well. This issue was again brought to the attention to the host(Claudia) , and finally she made arrangements to have the place fumigated., we left a day early because they needed the exterminator to attend the house to spray the place and stayed at another air bnb, and at no time did the host (Claudia) mentioned to compensate for the inconvenience, and or put us in an air BnB for the ordeal that we had to endure. Furthermore, the living room and dining area were very uncomfortable due to the fans blowing the hot air around instead of cooling you down, there was no ac in the living room area, the hub of the house. We were very uncomfortable and could not spend quality family time in the living room due to the unbearable heat. Also there was no cable in the living room, only in the main bed room, which is unacceptable. Who wants everyone to be in their bedroom to watch the tv when you want your privacy, does not make any sense! To wash our clothes, that was on another level. Guest must pay $6 us dollar for someone to come in and press the machine buttons because it is locked with a padlocks, so if you went to the beach or the pool, you are held captive to pay to use the washing machine or travel home with dirty clothes. I can honestly say I CAN NOT recommend this place to anyone. Vacations are to be comfortable, and my family and I were definitely not. I hope these issue brought will be rectified, so this could be comfortable for the next guest(s) to stay at!

We checked in Friday evening. The host was very accommodating as we were held up in traffic.

Yes the key was readily available and the overall service was great. The place is well kept, clean, relaxing and feels like home away from home. The experience was just a very refreshing and enriching one. We had sufficient space and were not in each other's way. It was five (5) of us. It was able to sleep 8 people with ease. What we loved most was the convenience and the fact that the location was very central. Easy access to all the necessary amenities (restaurants, supermarket, petrol, ATM machines, etc.). Looking forward to another experience.

There was nothing there that I didn't like. The experience was good. I only wished I could have stayed longer.

Excellent would recommend and stay there again in the future

The location was wonderful, the house keeper was friendly and nice, the ambiance was homely and welcoming as the name state home away from home.

The security had to call to confirm our reservation I thought the names should have left at the security post for a smoother process. The house keeper need to pay a little bit more attention when cleaning as hair was found in one of the bathrooms which can be a turn off but overall place was great. .

The location was beautiful and secure. A very homie feel.

For the price of the stay, access to the whole house was not granted. The power tripped twice during my stay. The refrigerator was not cold. There's no air conditioning in the living room. The toilet in the master bathroom did not flush.

Nice home, inside is a bit too hot for my comfort. .

We liked the staff, she was very accommodating and helpful. The home was big enough for the group and the place was clean on arrival.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any a/c in the common living area of the home. It was very hot. It seemed like the a/c in the individual rooms were on some motion detection device, where it turns off after a while; so if you are a heavy sleeper it might turn off, the room gets pretty hot if the a/c is off. Also all windows and doors for the individual rooms have closed or else the a/c will turn off in that room.
