The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed plus 1-set of standard sized bunk beds, and a 3/4-bath. A daylight basement features a foosball table, and a wonderful deck with a private HOT TUB and a gas grill providing spectacular mountain views! In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
