Amazing building and gorgeous views

I was hassled from the moment of booking till the day of check out, emails, text messages and booking.com messages. They want to collect their own separate details (a photo of myself holding my ID??) and $1000 credit card bond..outside of the booking.com app…completely unreasonable. I never felt relaxed or comfortable during the stay as I was continuing to receive messages (more like threats) stating all the consequences that I would incur if the trash wasn’t taken out or dishes done. If you don’t like how booking.com operates or the level of safety it offers, don’t use this site to advertise your property. Don’t recommend a stay at this property unless you are looking to increase your stress levels.

Great location right on the main beach road, amazing kitchen, quality fittings throughout.
The management company needs to ensure there is accuracy in the information found on Booking.com regarding bond. After indicating that 4 people were staying the figure i was given was $500. Was then charged $1000 on the day we checked in.
This is apparently due to the number of guests. So I can assume 6 guests would incur a $1500 bond. It would have been great to have known this up front.
Also we were allowed a free extra hour to check out but then they went back on thier word. A real pain after we had made arrangements.

DThe space views and luxury made our stay for our Son's wedding very Special. Would recommend to anyone for a special stay.

A large spacious property, such a great location within walking distance to everything in town!
Great kitchen with everything you could need, will definitely be back
We had 7 of us stay at Novo and so much room for us all!

Spacious stylish and best view and location
Third party looking after apartment meant additional images of Id and paperwork to be sent and credit card ...
Also request to take out rubbish and recycling and do and put away dishes

So large and luxurious and well appointed and an absolutely sensational position
Nothing really apart from the limited hanging spaces for clothes - very charming wardrobes but not really any good for hanging clothes and so few coat hangers
