Modern, clean, wonderful views from terrace

The apartment is spacious and location is good.

The apartment had not been cleaned or inspected. The shower rod between the glass wall and the wall was hanging down, the drain in the bathroom was completely clogged, the duvet cover had not been changed, sheet was stained, and the whole place was filthy. We cleaned the bathrooms and mopped the floors several times. We unclogged the drain. We even cleaned the windows and glass patio doors. This apartment has been neglected. Not worth the amount we paid.

I have stayed at this property a few times in the last two years and every time I go. I never want to leave it’s just very comfortable with every amenity you need…Also the view from the outside Balconies are Amazing.

This is a Roof Top Penthouse there is an occupant on the ground floor with a Vicious Dog I believe it to be a Kangal…The owner walks the dog around with no mussel. And it seems she can’t contain it’s aggression…The Dog almost got away from her as it tried to charge Me and my Family…Aggressively Barking and snarling…I would caution everyone going to this property to ensure you stay alert when leaving and entering the building..

The host was really kind and the penthouse was perfect for my stay

Perfect location, great flat, great host. Lots of space. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean.

The only negative thing in this flat is the small "third" room. The sofa bed in the small room is not very comfortable. There is no possibility to darken the room at night by closing shutters. Also, there are no real reading lights (bedside lamps). A few more small pieces of furniture and a better bed in the small room, and it would be the flat of your dreams.
