Great size apartment in a really convenient location inside the walls of the old town. Excellent soundproofing with the double glazed windows to keep out the street noise. Good sized kitchen and bathroom. Lovely high ceilings gave a great feeling of space.
It was a bit soulless in character. It had all the essential elements but needed a few more things to feel really comfortable, like an armchair in the living room, some decorative items and more kitchen equipment.

The apartment was very central and easy to get around the city from. The staff were very helpful and friendly leading up to our trip. The apartment was beautiful and very clean, and had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay here!

Nice clean apartment,good location.
I'm aware it has nothing to do with the owner but building work in the apartment at the back of the building could be noisy. This is not a problem at weekends but in the week it would start around 8. This is only a problem if you want to sleep in.

The appartment was a perfect size, had an amazing shower and was close to train whilst still in the city walls. The kitchen was also big enough for us when we wanted to cook a light dinner in the evening
The couch was ok, an additional couch seat could be helpful.

Everything! Lovely modern apartment situated in old building inside the city walls. The apartment was well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect and Lucca is a lovely place. Guilio was a very helpful and responsive host. I would stay there again if visiting Luca.

Giulio was the most helpful and kind host ever!
We really enjoyed our stay in Lucca and in the apartment.
The location of the apartment is great, it’s very clean and you can find anything you need for your stay.
Host Giulio gave us very good tips on where to park,
where to have dinner/drink and where to go to the beach.
I would definitely recommend! Giulio is the best!

Guiseppe met us to give us the keys and supplied us with water, croissants and wine which was lovely. He is very friendly and very good to communicate with prior to arrival. Very helpful It's in an amazing location, right in the heart of the old town. The whole flat was great and very comfortable with a large bed, fantastic bathroom facilities and a very comfortable kitchen/ dining/ living area with a nice comfy sofa. Great for cooking as there is a fridge and lots of cooking equipment and dishwasher.
The balcony looks into the back court area. which isn't the most scenic. There was only one chair anyway so we didn't use it.
