About this house rental
The house has completely been updated in recent years with recent paint, new appliances (washer dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher). It is comfortable up to 6-7 people - There are 3 bedrooms - 2 new full size bed and the third bedroom has a futon couch which converts into full size bed. Because the latter is such a sunny room, It is also designed as another common area to enjoy the indoor sunset or to have privacy for reading or even working. The house has up to 5 private parking space and have a big yard with picnic table and outdoor patio furniture for your enjoyment. The house is also handicapped accessible. The house is literally 11 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Hyannis center where there are close to 100 boutique shops for all ages, restaurants, bars, nightclubs with live music as well as JFK park & museum. This way you don't have to move your car every hour while in town. To start, we are a family of 6 so we know we are a lot to house. The house is smaller than we were thinking but decided on this house because of the location. It is perfectly located right off Main Street in Hyannis and a simple 5 minute walk. The house is clean and exactly as described. It is missing some amenities that could make for a better stay (no dressers, limited counter space) but again, for the price, you can't beat it. Large fridge and the owner supplies towels, linens and water. Great washer / dryer which we definitely needed. One bathroom was tough for us but its a great shower. Went to Craigsville beach every day which was less than 10 minute drive. Overall, great house for the price! Thank you

Nice location. We managed with five people and one bathroom. Just took some cooperation and coordination. Perfect for my husband and I, and 3 kids 18-23.

Exactly as described, the place was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy and it was so convenient to downtown and the conference center. Would stay again.

We'd never been to Hyannis before and it's got to be one of the greatest towns on the Cape. Definitely walk from the house don't even worry about driving and parking. Great walk to the beach, too!

Close to the restaurants and beaches. We easily walked to Main Street where they have all the bars and restaurants. Place was clean and had a great sized backyard.

The property is as advertised. Spacious, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood.
The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the port of Hyannis. In addition it was super easy to travel around the cape.
Nelly was easy to contact and responded quickly.
I definitely recommend the property and would book again.

What a fantastic location! Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the beach. Nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Easy access-no issues whatsoever. Will def be staying there again!

Very enjoyable stay
This rental was in a great location in Hyannis. All the amenities were available as advertised, and everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

There were 2 prices given for the security deposit, One on the agreement and another on the website. both which seemed high . I asked out this but was expected to pay the higher price.
The place was fine but lacks bedroom furniture. We need some where to put our luggage.

Great property with fenced yard
The fenced yard was great for our family! It was great to have 3 bedrooms too. Very clean! We enjoyed being about to walk or ride bikes to town and a beach.

Perfect location!!!
My boyfriend and I love the downtown scene of Hyannis. It was no more than a two minute walk and roughly 10 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next summer! The home was very clean and well stocked with all the necessary items needed all around.

Great place for a family getaway
The rental was as advertised, and a wonderful location for getting to the beach and walking to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street. If given the chance, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. It had everything we needed for a family of 4 to be comfortable.

The house was clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located. The coffee maker was a bit of a hassle, did not operate well and grounds kept getting into the coffee. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to replace the coffee maker. For renters, I recommend bringing your own towels.

Property was generally as advertised. Clean, well-located. Walk to the beach is more like 20 minutes than 10, but flat. We were planning to cook more than we did, but the kitchen was not set up well: if you want to cut something or open a can, bring your own! Beds were comfortable, shower was great.
