The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, under counter fridge, lots of kitchen utensils and all the crockery and cutlery that you will need during your stay for everyday cooking. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. In the utility area there is a washing machine along with a ground floor cloakroom. The house is double glazed and centrally heated with gas radiators. There are 3 double bedrooms with Super King Beds which can be converted into twin beds on request and one single bedroom on the first floor. The Oxford Science Park, The Kassam Stadium and the Oxford BMW Mini Plant are within walking distance from the property. If you are up for a whim to find something to do, Hollywood Bowl Oxford (5 minutes away) is a Chain tenpin bowling alley with an on-site snack bar, party deals, pool tables and arcade machines. If a walk to the open meadow or an amble through the trees is something you like, Harcourt Arboretum (University of Oxford) (7 minutes away) is a great place to experience nature. They are happy for you to bring picnics, and there are picnic benches and good toilet facilities. There is parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles and lots of free on street parking.
