There was black mold on every HVAC register, mold growing in the furniture, and black mold growing on the wood in the dining room. There were also many wasp nests around the property. I got stung on the toe! It’s been a week since we left the property and reached out to the management company and I still do not have a full refund. I’m shocked that they would rent the property out with all of these issues. TLDR; keep looking.
