We stayed 2 months and we had a great time, great view, great location, the flat has all you need to enjoy a perfect time in Campello. Only downside was that the flat was quite dirty when we came in and the toilets often bring a horrible smell(some problem with the building pipes).

El alojamiento está en primera línea de playa , al final del paseo marítimo por lo que es una zona muy tranquila. Justo un poco más adelante empieza la zona de bares y tiendas. El apartamento es muy grande con un terraza grande con vistas espectaculares, es un piso 10. La urbanización donde está alojado es grande con una piscina muy bonita. El apartamento está equipado con lo necesario para estar cómodamente. Quizas como sugerencia diría que en vez de poner como sábanas encimeras la funda del nórdico, pondría sábana encimera como tal y dejaría más juegos de toallas de baño. Por todo los demás destacar que hay accesorios de playa (sillas, palas , sombrillas…) que hacen que no tengas que ir cargado en el viaje.

Vistas impresionantes, cocina muy equipada, aire acondicionado y calefacción en todas las habitaciones, comedor muy acogedor y edificio cerca de muchos servicios. No obstante, por su estado, se notaba que el piso había estado tiempo sin recibir huéspedes. La habitación enfrente del baño tenía una vista desagradable debido a los excrementos de pájaro. En general, la estancia ha sido satisfactoria. Por cierto, muchas facilidades para la entrada y salida del alojamiento.

We had never stayed in El Campello before, only visiting for odd one day visits, but liked the town and the sea front facilities, and the tram connecting Alicante to so many coastal locations. So, we booked this apartment or 2 months, December 2019 and January 2020 after reading reviews. What a wonderful experience! The apartment has amazing views over the Mediterranean to the south and east, is only 20 metres from the clean, sandy beach and, at this time of year, has wall to wall sunshine from dawn till dusk on the totally private balcony. The binoculars were a bonus, with so many container ships, fishing boats, paddle boarders, jet skis, snorkellers and sea birds to view, they were in continuous use. The sunrise was totally different every morning, and quite spectacular most mornings. One very special morning we had a Cormorant drying it’s wings in the sun at full stretch whilst stood on the rocks on the shore in front of us – it looked just like the ‘Angel of the North’. The apartment is at the very south side of the building, inside gated, very secure grounds, which are clean, tidy and well maintained. The swimming pools were not open in winter periods, but we used the sea which was just about warm enough, and very clean. The area is very quiet and well kept, but restaurants and supermarkets are very close along mainly pedestrianised areas, and the Marina is only about a 25 minute walk away. Several good Italian, Spanish and Chinese restaurants are within easy reach of the apartment plus bars and Valor, the chocolate bar/café. The apartment is well equipped, warm in winter, clean and modern, with a nicely modernised kitchen having all facilities, plus a large lounge with flat screen smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The shopping trolley was a bonus for trips to LIDL, only 10 minutes away, and there are plenty of beach towels, surf boards, golf putters and buckets and spades for children. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, love the apartment, think El Campello is wonderful, and hope to be back soon. On arrival we were dissapointed to be told that the pool was closed due to maintenance! I contacted the owner whilst at the property to be told that they were unsure if the pool would be open during our weeks stay .At the time of booking there was no mention of the pool being closed. One of the reasons for booking this apartment was of the pool. The apartment was well equipped in a good location.

Hemos estado ya algunas veces en el mismo edificio. Todo fue como anunciado en el anuncio. Jacek es muy amable y responde rapidamente.

The property is ideally located at the end of the prom in El Campello. Large and airy with great sea views. The grounds around the apartment block are kept immaculate. The pool is great and there is a lifeguard on duty which is an added bonus. Love the apartment and love El Campello, will definitely be coming back- hopefully next year.

We had a fantastic stay for 10 days in June 2019. The apartment is well equipped and has fantastic 10th floor views. There were five of us over three generations and my 21 month old daughter loved the apartment. She slept perfectly in the travel cot provided. There were lots of things for the beach such as chairs, parasols, buckets and spades etc as well as beach towels being provided. We hardly ever came across anyone else in our apartment block or indeed within the gated block of apartments. The swimming pool was really clean, well maintained, large and whenever we swam in it we were the only people there! There was some maintenance of the shared areas going on when we were there (nothing loud or in the way) and on our last day they installed a lovely bright children's slide which we were the first to use. Communication with the owner Jacek was easy and he answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this apartment as it is right by the beach tucked up one end of the promenade (a short walk to everything though) I also recommend eating at: La Masia Del Sur (menu in Spanish & no English spoken so google translate at the ready if you don't speak Spanish!) the portions are HUGE so you genuinely only need one starter and one main between two people. The food was excellent. Al Papagayo - this restaurant is on the front and near the apartment. We ate there a couple of times and it was lovely Casa Mar - again no English spoken, although the menu is in English and Spanish. The tapas is great as is the steak. Worth booking and only open Thursday to Sunday.

El piso estaba bastante limpio. Las habitaciones no son pequeñas, sobre todo la de matrimonio, que además tiene muy buenas vistas. La cocina está equipada con casi todo. Los baños bien y el clima muy malo, estuvo todos los días lloviendo y pedimos disfrutar por lo menos de la casa. Muy bien la gestión comercial, aunque un poco más caro que otros sitios pero está bien ubicado, que es importante

This is a very spacious apartment with a large south facing balcony. It is situated at the quiet end of El Campello Promenade with the beach right outside the complex. It is beautifully furnished and very very well equipped. The tram which is a 10 minute walk away made getting around up and down the coast easy and cheap. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants were a short walk away. We are an older couple but had other family members to visit during our stay. Our trip was from February to March with temperatures between 17 and 24 degrees, no rain for the whole 5 weeks we were there and Carnival week to end our stay, whats not to like! Overall we had a great time.Thank you Jacek.

Travelled to El Campello at the end of June. As promised Jacek had Alexandra and friend meet and drive us from the airport right on time. Trip only took about 25 mins. Apartment was very much to our liking - large, spacious, well furnished. Lovely view from the balcony and all mod cons. Broadband was down when we arrived, but Jacek/Alexandra got that sorted very quickly, much to the delight of the kids. Crucially, as we had no car, the Lidl and Consum supermarkets were 5 and 7 mins walk away, respectively. And the tram to Alicante City only 10 mins walk away. The apartment block was situated right at the end of the lovely promenade and beach. The sands ere immaculate and there were plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from. If you don't fancy the beach, the complex has an excellent pool. Great for kids and with a lifeguard always present during opening hours. Mini golf, little football pitch and tennis courts were also onsite. Only downside to the pool was the total ban on inflatables Understandable as doubtless full time residents didn't fancy getting a beach ball on the head every few minutes, but a shame for the kids. All in all, we had an excellent holiday and owner Jacek was very responsive all throughout the process - from our initial enquiry to our leaving. Excellent.

The panoramic view from the balcony is second to none, the apartment is clean, modern but comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could wish for to make your stay perfect in every way. Jacek, the owner, replied to all my emails promptly and Alexandra the apartment manager lives locally and is on hand to deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. Just some of the little extra touches which made the stay so pleasant were - deck chairs, beach towels, a selection of sunscreen and aftersun, a well equipped kitchen with lots of supplies such as herbs and spices, tea, coffee etc, a utility/laundry room with plenty of detergents etc. No doubt these things have been purchased by previous users but are left for future guests rather than being removed, which all makes for a "home from home" feeling rather than the usual mad dash to the nearest supermarket to stock up on essentials. The bus stop is right outside the apartment and the tram station is an easy 10 minute walk. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby with Lidle a leisurely 2 minute stroll away. The apartment block is at the end of El Campello promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The lovely resort of San Juan is also close by and is easy to get to by bus/tram or for the more energetic is a lovely coastal walk away. My wife and I are seasoned travellers but have been looking for some time for an apartment of this caliber, this has been a perfect base for us and we will definitely be going back.

Right on the sea front with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We spent our time between the beach and the pool, the beach is only a minutes walk. El campello is beautiful and the food is so good. The apartment was ideal right on the beach close to the shops so we could do shopping. We cannot find one thing about it we didn't like infact we loved it so much we have booked for next year. We even got a bottle of wine on arrival which was so nice.
