Located on a less traveled street in the Island Club development, this Put-in-Bay vacation home awaits your arrival. This home has three bedrooms and two full baths; sleeping up to eight guests. There is space in the driveway for up to two vehicles. Stepping into the home via the coded electronic door entry, you step into the kitchen with ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen comes stocked with all that you will need to cook a great meal. There is a dining area within the kitchen. Next, the living room beckons you to have a seat and watch your favorite show from the flat-screen television. DirecTV service is present. This was a perfect unit for 3 couples. Communication from the property manager was incredible! Had a golf cart that we also rented already at the property waiting for us. If we are ever back on PIB, we will stay here again!

We were disappointed there were not even the bare essentials in then house. In the past, our houses have included dish soap, and floor cleaning products at the least. But I understand that some people will use and not replace or walk with the remaining products. We will adjust any future Verbo stays. We did enjoy the house, it was large enough as stated and wanted. The only other item Wirth mentioning is how did the light bulbs were. A less light house than normal. Overall the stay was great. We had a very nice time in Put-in-Bay. Thank you, Christy and family

Overall the cabin was sufficient - spacious & adequate. 8 of us stayed as was the limit. There wasn’t enough room in 1 bedroom to sit luggage on & not enough space to get in on one side so had to crawl onto beds, but they were comfortable. Floor in entire cabin was very dirty. Could not go barefoot & several of us threw away our socks as they were too black to launder. The skylight had a huge leak which drained down the ceiling onto the window above the sink & onto the window sill & into the sink. (We had a storm so saw that). There was a nice lg. deck that we spent a lot of time on. The place is nice but needs some cleaning & maintenance.

We loved our stay. The rooms were more roomy than expected and the kitchen was stocked with tools and equipment. We used the outdoor gas grill & ate at the cabin every night and used the pool a couple times too. We were able to access plenty to watch on the TV and the wifi service was strong.

I would recommend a stay at the Island Club Rentals, it was a nice quiet place to stay, the cabin was clean, in saying that there are a LOT of cabin improvements that should be took care of,drapes don't work, the front outside door isn't working properly, locked us out ,my hubby had to take out the screen to open the door, the Big garbage cans should be dumped as the flies are horrible when the bin is full,pulled out a kitchen chair only to have the top of the chair in your hand, Need repair guys on duty,!!!!

We were impressed by the roominess of this cottage! Comfortable and affordable for the group we had. It was easy to get around on the island with the options of the shuttle taxi's that were specific to the community this rental was in. We would highly recommend staying here.

The overall stay was ok but their were a few problems. The couches and chairs that were upholstered were in bad shape. The cushions were broken down so bad that when you sat down you almost hit the floor making it really hard to get back up. A younger person might not have a problem but older adults can not get comfortable. Also the floors were not clean. They looked clean to look at, but if you walked on the floors with bare feet or socks your feet were black. They need steam cleaning. If these issues were addressed I would definitely stay again.

It would be nice if you can install fans in the bathrooms, clean the windowsills, and put better blinds in the rooms to keep the sunlight out. Unit 53 is a great unit with an abundance of space, number of beds, always clean inside as Nd close to all venues. We never have any issues as we try to rent this unit every year when available. The only item they may want to update is to replace the one board on the picnic table. Other then that, I highly recommend this unit!!You won’t be disappointed!

The location of the island club is great, very easy to get to and fun to drive to and from in our golf cart that was ready at our cabin when we arrived. The unit was adequate, nothing fancy, but worked for our short stay. Our biggest issue was mice in the cabin, noted on our first night which made it difficult to get comfortable and sleep well.

We arrived a little early, 3:15 and were told NO ADMITTANCE until 4:p. We sat in our car and called for our golf cart. A girl arrived and said we were not entitled to a golf cart, SEE THE FIRST PARAGRAF IN OUR INVITATION. At 4:we put in the code and went in to find the front door jam was kicked in and couldn't be latched. Also, the rear door screen was destroyed and couldn't be opened. No towel bars in the bathroom. LIGHT BULBS MISSING OR BURNED OUT. Big water leak through kitchen skylight. No door knob on bedroom closet and closet full of boards and junk. All in all terrible condition for this new construction. In bad need of a handy man full time. There are many more gigs, but this is enough. I want a refund for my lack of golf car as promised and incompetant employees who could not resolve problems on the spot. This is my last visit to Island Club.

The smells inside and outside house was very bad. The smell were like dead sea creatures. We called the office to request to collect highly full trash containers on the street, but no one came to take care of over the Memorial weekend. Also, the bed sizes on the website and PDF instruction are different from these in the rooms we signed up. It ended up that the bedding sheets were not for the beds.
