Non una vacanza qualsiasi, bensì qui siamo venuti per il nostro viaggio di nozze, un pó per il desiderio di girare una regione meravigliosa come l'Abruzzo, un pó per necessità viaggiando con un cane di taglia grande. La proprietà di Enzo è dotata di ogni comfort, casa spaziosa e luminosa, giardino grande e recintato, perfetto per chi viaggia con cani , la piscina è stata la ciliegina sulla torta! Una comodità impagabile alla fine di una lunga e calda giornata di passeggiate, prima di godersi un aperitivo sotto la terrazza adiacente l'appartamento. Cucina attrezzata, lavastoviglie e lavatrice comodissime, ci è bastato fare la spesa per sentirci davvero come a casa! In più Enzo è un host gentilissimo e accogliente, sempre pronto a dare validi suggerimenti sia sulle mete da visitare che sui ristoranti in cui mangiare! Torneremo sicuramente per continuare a esplorare le mille meraviglie abruzzesi.

Casa spettacolare, bella pulita grande con tutti i confort. Posizione perfetta per visitare majella gran sasso e borghi nei dintorni. Dal giardino una vista mozzafiato. Enzo padrone di casa impeccabile. Basta dire che noi l'anno prossimo torneremo!

Perfekte Ferien in den Abruzzen
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder sowie mit einem Hund in der sehr schön gestalteten Unterkunft. Wenn wir Fragen hatten war der Vermieter Enzo immer erreichbar und hat weiter geholfen. Das Grundstück ist fantastisch und eingezäunt. Es hat neben der Unterkunft 2 Pferde auf der Koppel gehabt, was unserer kleinsten super gefallen hatte. Alles war tiptop sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist super und die Gegend war der Hammer. Man hat vom Grundstück eine schöne Aussicht und die Ausgangslage ist perfekt gewesen für Ausflüge, egal ob man ans Meer oder in die Berge wollte. Wir würden jederzeit diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen. Im Ort hat es eine super Gelateria, sowie auch Restaurants waren super. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien.

Ruhige und ursprüngliche Form des Urlaubs
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist riesig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist etwas abgeschieden, aber genauso lieben wir Urlaub! Und wenn man einen Mietwagen hat - gar kein Problem. Enzo ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir waren mit 5 erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Genug Platz war für alle. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

De woning is perfect zoals ze werd beschreven. Heel net, alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Zalig mooi onderhouden zwembad! Ook Enzo en zijn familie stonden steeds klaar om ons te helpen waar nodig.

A wonderful apartment
This is on of the best apartments we stayed in. 3 large bedrooms with each own large and very pretty bathrooms. The kitchen seems quite new and has plates and knives enough for a hole day. The pool is well cleaned and the largest pool for one apartment (15 x 8 meters and 2,5 meter deep at the deepest). Enzo (the owner) is really helpful and stays above the apartment, so he is easy to reach. The apartment is fairly close to a small town with an beer garden and delicious icecream but still nice and relaxing away from city noise.
This is a gem that we absolutely will recommend.

Wir waren zu sechst unterwegs. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und groß, so dass wir alle eine gute Zeit hatten, auch, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so tolll war.

Mooi huis in een prachtige omgeving
We hebben een heerlijk week gehad. Het huis is voorzien van alles wat nodig is. 3 slaapkamers met elk een eigen toilet en douche. Enzo, eigenaar, is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Extremely comfortable
We shared this home with our friends and loved everything about it. Spacious with large bedrooms overlooking the mountains. The location was central to many sights including the National parks of the Abruzzo. The village had good amenities and a great coffee shop near the supermarket.
Enzo was a helpful host and we would highly recommend this home.

Property was nice with a nice view. The amenities could use some definite upgrading.
Upon arrival there was no welcome amenities as is customary in all the other villa’s I have rented from two different suppliers. The wifi was poor at best and was none existent in the bedrooms and mediocre in the living area. I mentioned it to the owner and he did nothing about it. Cell service in that area is also a problem and should be noted in the discription of the property. There was also no changing of towels or bed sheets in the two weeks we were there. This should be addressed with the owner.

Schöne Unterkunft mit prima Pool
Wir waren im Juli 2018 für eine Woche dort zu Besuch (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 5+7). Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Der Pool ist groß und die Kinder hatten dort viel Spaß. Im oberen Bereich des Hauses wohnen die Eigentümer/Vermieter. Im unteren Bereich ist die Ferienwohnung. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat einen separaten Ausgang und ein Bad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Für uns auch noch zusätzlich hervorzuheben ist, dass in der Umgebung einige Tiere sind (Katzen, Ziegen, Pferde). Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß die Tiere zu besuchen, teilweise durfte man streicheln. Das war eine sehr schöne Zugabe. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in ca. 10min fußläufig durch das nette kleine Örtchen zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es Restaurants und eine sehr leckere Eisdiele. Vielen Dank für alles und eine gute Zeit noch !

Would definitely recommend this place.
The house is so clean & well looked after. Seems like everything has been thought of to make our stay so good. It was great to be able to drink the water from the tap, which saved carrying lots of bottles of water from the supermarket. Showers worked well, with plenty of hot water. Much needed fans in the bedroom to keep us cool during the night.
Although the family lived upstairs they never intruded. The house was ideal for our 2 yrs old, & he was able to run around in the garden without coming to any harm.
The pool was also kept very clean, although deep.
San Valentino is within walking distance & our 2 yrs old loved the Dinosaurs in the museum, along with the Gelato in the town. Although not a lot of English is spoken we found everyone very friendly & helpful. The local supermarket has most items required but does close for riposo (siesta) but there is one open all day in Scafa, which is not far away.
We loved watching a typical Italian town.
Beautiful views to wake up to each morning, we couldn't have asked for more for a very relaxing holiday.Thank for allowing our family to stay in your lovely place, we would have loved to stay longer & sorry I never saw you before we left to thank you personally. EXCELLENT.

Heerlijke woning in een fantastische omgeving
We hebben genoten van de woning en het zwembad, huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, en e eigenaar Enzo is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Omgeving zeer mooi, Enzo heeft ons goede tips gegeven.
Ook onze dochter die in een rolstoel zit kon hier prima rijden.

We spend a wonderful week in casavacanza Duepiuinsieme. The house is very neat and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and all electrical devices are functioning well. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and, although it was high summer and very hot during our stay, were quite cool at night. No need to be concerned about the bathrooms as there are no photographs on the website: all three of them are, although not very spacious, equipped with a shower, are very comfortable and neat up to the standards of the rest of the house. The photographs of the garden reflect the reality: a refreshing swimming pool and plenty of space for kids to play or just to laze out in the sun.
Enzo and his family are careful owners, very helpful, correct, friendly and discrete at the same time.
San Valentino is a very quiet village. The local small supermarket at the entrance of the village offers all basic food and non-food products. Restaurants, serving local specialities, can be found in San Valentino and within a range of 10 km. Don’t forget to go to the local gelateria on summer evenings.
