House was exactly what we hoped

Awesome property in a great neighborhood with gracious hosts/property owners. Can't beat that! Looking forward to visiting again.

While the weather prevented us from using the kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equipment, these extras were what drew us to the house in the first place. If it had been warm, we wouldn’t have been missing a pool because of all the toys available for use. Marc and Patti met us at the house, filled us in on the surroundings and treated us like friends, even giving us two containers of fresh picked organic strawberries which we enjoyed every morning. The house is newly renovated and immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of anything that you would need. Seriously, we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to a small nature preserve. Apollo Beach was a disappointment, being a little further from Tampa than we would have liked and not the prettiest town in Florida to be sure, but you certainly won’t be disappointed in Mark and Patti or their beautiful house.

We really enjoyed our stay. Patti was a great communicator. Answered all questions and was very helpful. The house was adorable and loved being right on the water. Very clean. The only bad thing is my husband now wants a massage chair in our bedroom at home. 😉

You are captivated the minute you enter. The host has literally thought of everything that would be needed for stays of any duration. Impeccably furnished and appointed, you are not wanting for anything during your stay. let me repeat, THEY HAVE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING !!! Just book it, you will not be sorry! We will be back! Patti was a kind, responsive host. Everythnig you need is provided. We really didn't need to leave our rental to have fun. Fishing off the dock brought lots of surprises and Apollo beach is about 3 min away. We saw dolphins from the doc, caught dinner and made the best margaritas in the margarita maker. The AC was perfect and I spent a lot of time in the massage chair. We ate dinner while watching the Ocean and used the paddle boards to explore and find crabs. We also caught a blue crab and quite a few stone crab with the crab cage provided. We can't wait to go back and will be taking Patti's advice on staying longer!

We stayed at the house with five adults, two children, and three dogs. We were all very comfortable, and Patti and Mark were awesome hosts. Very responsive to our questions. House was very clean and the view was nice. Would go back. Saw dolphins one day!

Mark and Patti are wonderful hosts. The property is well-appointed and accepts well-behaved dogs. The screened-in porch is very large and comfortable. The screened porch is easy to work from although wifi is slow and spotty. The yard is fenced in from the street but there is no fence at the seawall. Apollo beach is within walking distance, is dog friendly, and is a great place to watch the sun set. There are plenty of dog parks in the surrounding area. The dock has space for two boats and one of the slips is rented out. There is no notification as to when the boat slip renters show up. We were there for two weeks and we know of four times that the slip renters showed up unannounced. I would expect to go back with our well-behaved dog. Even our chiropractor said that Florida was good for our backs!

Patti and Marks home is pristine and the location is lovely. Well appointed home with excellent decor within walking distance to Apollo Beach. I wouldn’t change anything. You won’t be disappointed with this property or your stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just spent a week at Mark and Patti’s place. It is just as pictured but even more inviting, peaceful, and beautiful. I don’t think we did much but relax, read books, and watch the boats go by for the first couple of days. Didn’t see any manatees but did see a few dolphins swim by the dock....amazing! The neighborhood is super quiet. We walked to the small beach near the home every day at sunset...really nice that it’s dog friendly. We met kind and friendly neighbors during the week too. I can’t say enough good things about this home. Patti and Mark were also kind enough to give us a quick but thorough walk thru of the house when we arrived. And provided freshly picked strawberries for us!! I’m so thankful we were fortunate enough to share their home for the week.

Host were super friendly and ver helpful. Nice place. Gave us permission to use kayaks , fishing equipment & beach stuff. We enjoyed the manatee viewing station very close by. Only down sides were poor lighting and lack of hot water w/0 letting it run a few gallon to start every time. Could use an easy chair with a light for reading.

We had the best time from the first minute we walked in. Every detail was thought of for easy flow, classy design throughout and all bedrooms were super comfortable! No end of things to do from relaxing on the beachfront over the water, fishing off the dock (my husband caught a bonnethead shark first time out and made his day!) kayaking, movies, board games, books. bike riding, stroll down to Apollo Beach, exercise equipment and the famous massage chair! We were able to run down to get food at Sams club but a Publix was only 2 minutes away. The Margarita maker was so much fun and the kitchen had everything to serve a nice meal not to mention the handy laundry facilities. We cannot say enough good things and will definitely be back for another stay! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

Definitely 5-STARS all around for this spacious, comfortable, and well-kept rental home! It was easy to enjoy the large furnished lanai with sound system, private sandy beach in backyard stocked with chairs/loungers, dock access, open concept kitchen/living/dining, beautiful furnishings/updates, and huge master suite. Whether you are entertaining a group or looking to unwind on your own, this is a wise choice! We look forward to staying again.

This is a beautiful, very comfortable and well-appointed house. Has everything you might need for running a vacation household. We really enjoyed the screened porch and watching all the comings and goings of boats, jet skis and kayaks on the water. Also saw some dolphins. Owners very responsive and neighbors friendly! Great neighborhood for walking.

Owners were their to meet us upon arrival and show us kayaks and fishing equipment. The place is extremely clean and all updated. The beds are comfortable and plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed walks to the beach, kayaking, and fishing off the dock.

Very Clean and well maintained. Spectacular Views and Sunset. All the amenities of home! Great location and close to Tampa, Busch Gardens, etc. Will be back again!

We stayed 10 amazing days at this house which is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Pattie and Mark met all our needs, were so friendly and brought us fresh picked strawberries. The house was clean, spacious, had a well equipped kitchen ( we love to cook), had a beautiful lanai, nice linens and a fabulous view. The house even had extra paper products, soap and condiments . Their sand beach and dock were great, even saw some dolphins ...we walked to Apollo Beach almost every day. St Petersburg and Anna Marie Island were great places to visit. We highly recommend this house. Thank you Pattie and Mark..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home. The view was fantastic. We enjoyed fishing, riding bikes, playing games in the Lanai, walking to the beach, etc. It was fully equipped with all the necessities and we absolutely loved every minute.

This house was so beautifully decorated! It honestly had everything we needed plus some...massage chair, kayaks, fishing rods etc! We loved our own private sandy beach at the dock with chairs. The screened lanai was where we spent a lot of time playing games, eating meals, reading. The owners were wonderful to work with and we texted and spoke a few times with them for advice on things to do etc.. We drove the short trek to Anna Maria island and spent the day at the beach which was amazing!!! New Year's Eve we watched the most amazing fireworks from the dock. Just gorgeous! We went to Busch Gardens on Sunday and my teens LOVED it! Our family of 7 fit comfortably in this house. Everyone had beds and the master mattress was so comfortable! The only tiny flaws we saw was there is no door on master bathroom. It just flows so no real privacy. And the showers would get hot but not stay hot for some reason. We just took fast showers while there...lol! We would highly recommend this home for your family! A great vacation all around!

Patti and Mark had everything set for us to relax and we felt that the moment we arrived. It was spotless and fully furnished. The waterfront access was beautiful. We thought it was incredible seeing dolphins and manatees by the dock. We loved having coffee at sunrise and wine at sunset. The massage chair was definitely a HUGE bonus. We loved kayaking and it was a perfect spot to adventure or just ease down to the beach. We would LOVE to go back!

"Exactly what we needed" is what I said when we first walked in the door. This home was prettier than the picture and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had nice appliances. We loved the massage chair and used the lifecycle when it was too warm outside to walk to the beach, which was another plus to the property. The beach is a nice walk and never really crowded and that is from the month that we stayed here. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept and the few neighbors we met were very friendly. The owners are super nice and will help or answer any of your concerns and I will highly recommend this home to any of my friends and we would defintely come back here also.
