Location is good and room is clean
Hotel doesn’t have a loby where you can seat, just restauran (no hotel restaurant, hotel probably give someone to open restaurant in loby), and on booking is pictures with loby.We booked 2 deluxe room, but one room was to small, no like booking pictures, and from toilet come bad smell. We call reception and told all of this they told that room smell good and that we look old pictures and no room like on pictures, we insisted for another room and when we call booking support they gave us better and bigger room.
Breakfast is very very bad, breakfast is till 10:30 but at 9:45 everything is empty, you only can eat no fresh bread an boiled egg and some salads. Stuff is rude and not helpful. We never come back in this hotel.

Location. Cleaning staff was nice and helpful.
Very poor breakfast and service in restaurant. Not suitable for families with small children. No facility of warming of babyfood. The irons were broken and were limed and no ironboard. Wifi connection was very poor and couldnt open any webpage. Communcation was also challenging. Coffe table in the room was broken and pieces of broken glass was very sharp, we ask the managemet to change our room because of our 2 years old daughter who could get hurt they refused our request.

Location was good. Overall our stay was pleasant and the staff were nice.
After reading other reviews before our visit I was very worried about staying at this hotel. I decided to see if we could up grade our room. I asked upon arrival and luckily enough we were able to up grade. I was more than happy to pay for this but we were given it at no extra charge. We were shown what our room would have been and I am so glad we upgraded as the original room smelt like mould and was small and dark.
The upgraded room was much bigger and brighter. Bathroom was also big and clean.
This hotel does not have sound proof walls or windows. Our room was facing the street right above the tram line. It was unbelievably noisy. Even with earplugs. The tram runs from 6am to 12am every day. We could also hear snoring from the next room!!!
Breakfast was basic but served our needs, so no complaints.
There is a pool but you have to pay 10 euro to use it which is utter madness!

Unfortunately nothing
Extremely dirty! The dining room was never cleaned during the 8 days of our stay. The floor was extremely dirty and messy, dirty tables and plates all over. Food was always the same and dipps were sour and old, so after the second day my friend received stomach ake and had to go to the hospital. We complained, but nothing changed. The swimming pool was dirty all around, with mold and people entered with shoes from outside. We couldn't use it at all,and it was disgusting!!! The location is near the historical area, but in the most crowded and dirty part which is not pleasant at all.

Beds were comfortable and location near the main tourist sites was good
There's a fee to use the leisure facilities, pool, sauna etc. The steam room didn't seem to be functioning, there was zero steam and it stank. There was an inset ceiling light that turned on if you turned on the other room lights however it would flicker endlessly and very rarely turn on properly. We saw the same problem in other parts of the hotel, the stairwell particularly. There were no hangers in the wardrobe. The shower water pressure and temperature varied too much. A couple of the staff were very friendly however many of them were not and acted like we were a nuisance and one was very rude to us both. A lot of the surfaces in the room were dusty. They required a cash deposit for a second key card for a twin room booked for two people. The room didn't really match the pictures displayed on Booking.com, particularly the arm chair which was a black plastic deck chair in our room. The floor wasn't carpeted as in the pictures.

Stuff was very friendly and polite also location is great, all necessary stops are close to hotel
Well my Deluxe room was about 10 square meters, too tiny. I’m still sure it was not deluxe. Carpet in room is in awful conditions dots from cigarets are all over. Walls are dirty as well as window and furniture. I wanted to exit the room as soon as I woke up, not comfortable to stay at all. also there is no tooth paste and no brush. but other amenities are on a place.
Check other options before you make reservation here.

Nothing
This run down hotel was so bad, I ended up checking out after less than 5 hours, and in hindsight, that was the best decision to make.
Upon checking in, the receptionist - unfriendly from the get-going - was adamant that I had yet to pay, even though I paid for my stay in full upfront. He literally said that he "doesn't care about the booking receipt", and insisted his records were correct. After 10 minutes, he realized that he had mixed up the transactions of multiple cards and bookings - he made no effort to smile, let alone apologize.
In the room, I was taken aback by the state of the property: the door frame is almost coming out of the wall, the mirror is attached to the wall with packing tape, and the carpet, walls, and shower were very dirty. In short, the place is literally falling apart.
On top of that, its soundproofing is non-existent, conversations held in other rooms and the hallway can be heard loud and clear inside the room.
At this point, given my relatively short stay, I was hopeful to just get through it and spend most of my time in the city rather than the hotel.
Being tired from my flights, I closed the curtains and decided to take a nap. When opening the curtains again after waking up, the whole curtain track (along with a lot of dirt and dust) fell down on me.
On the phone the receptionist told me he'd send someone to check it, though I went down myself as no one showed up for 20 minutes. Again, I was promised they'd follow up with me shortly.
After another 30 minutes of radio silence, I went back again and was told that they wouldn't have any available rooms but that they'd fix it the next day.
Since I wasn't willing to spend a night without curtains in an exposed room, I decided to check out.
The whole experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
