Welcome home to this street-level beautifully renovated condo right on Thames St. This condo lies in the heart of Newport, steps from downtown, ocean drive, and the beaches. Features include all brand new amenities with a nautical décor. Fresh off a major overhaul including top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new furniture and flat screens- this unit has it all! A small yard out back and laundry access upon request complete the space. The space: This newly redone condo features high ceilings and lots of natural light. Large all new windows give this unit an airy feel that compliment the tasteful furnishings. The entire kitchen is brand new, with a granite breakfast nook, stainless steel Samsung appliances, and all the amenities you could need. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds with TV's on the walls and all the channels you could need, including premium movie channels.

The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was perfect! My husband & I and our 2 pups were very comfortable & there was an extra bedroom for our son who came for a few days too!!
We had a wedding in Newport so it was the perfect location too. We could walk to almost everything.
Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Newport!
Communication with our hosts Matt & Ryan was great too. They were fantastic!

Very convenient location and spotless, but the one bedroom was very small and difficult to navigate because you could only get out of bed on one side. Parked on street but never had trouble getting a spot within 25 feet of door.

Let me start by saying the owner was extremely responsive. However, we ran into several snags with this property. The cleaning crew was subpar. We arrived to the unit to find ice cream pint lids in the sofa, old dog toys under the furniture, hair behind the doors and lots of dust. On top of that the sheets in one of the bedrooms had large holes ripped in them. It is also very inconvenient to have to get permission to access the laundry. The washer and dryer are both inside the unit, so it seems odd that you would have to bother the owner to get a key. We also found the property to be very noisy. It is a bottom level unit so some noise from above is expected. However when the upstairs neighbors wake your child up at 1:00am using profanity that seems like it’s coming from inside your unit, something is definitely wrong. The same holds true for the foot traffic passing by. Fire trucks and police also drive by with sirens on a frequent basis. Parking is also an issue. I spent more time than I care to think about circling the neighborhood in hopes of finding a space. In short, we LOVED Newport but will not be frequenting this residence again.

I decided to take a last minute trip to Newport to see friends. I’ve been there many times but this time I had to take the dog so I needed to find a different place to stay. I am so happy that I stumbled on this listing. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the dog. She could have spent all day out there sniffing around. The location was perfect. Close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away to be quieter. It was also a close walk to the cliff walk and mansions. Parking was easy, the beds were comfortable and the coffee maker and coffee was welcome. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect! Walkable to everything in downtown Newport, including well-stocked basic groceries at convenience store located 1 minute away at the nearby gas station. All is at it appears in the listing! Beautiful rooms, comfortable living area, and the backyard is a delight. We had work to do as well as fun, and the layout worked well for both separate and together time for friends/colleagues. Matt was easy to reach and quick to respond to all inquiries. I would love to book again for a future visit. Thanks for offering a wonderful place!

This sweet 2 bedroom was perfect. Located within walking distance to everything in Newport. Bonus backyard if you choose to bring a pet. Super clean, stylishly decorated complete with coffee and Netflix.
I would definitely stay here again.
PS The Bodhi Spa is a few doors down. Definitely check that out.

Matt and Ryan's place is in the PERFECT location—right on the main strip near some fantastic bars and restaurants but far enough away from the action that you're not too disturbed getting to sleep. The place was so immaculate it was tempting to stay in all night cozy on the sofa, and communication with the hosts was super easy. Highly recommend!!

The Yachting Village was great! Matthew and Ryan we easy to communicate with and great hosts. They took time to help with local knowledge and their recommendations were spot on. The location was great and the hose was everything as advertised. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Newport.
