Sleeping and Bathroom Configurations Upper Level Bedroom 1 – Sleeps 2 in king bed, ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 2 in queen bed, ensuite bathroom Lower Level Bedroom 3 – Sleeps 2 in king bed, shared bathroom Bunk Room – Sleeps 6 with built-in full-over queen bunk beds, shared bathroom Welcome to Lake and Vine Villa – situated between the vineyards and the lake, our villa is a true escape. This home is the epitome of modern, yet comfortable, casual chic. Modern with its clean monochromatic lines, fresh with its light and airy décor and casual with the use of natural elements. Lake & Vine Villa has 3 levels and sleeps 12 comfortably with 4 bedrooms (one being a bunk bedroom with built-in full over queen bunk beds) and 3.5 bathrooms; 2 of the 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms (error on floor plan – second bathroom on the top floor is not shown). All bedrooms feature closets, dressers, full-length mirrors, blackout window shades and cozy “alternative down” comforters. The main floor has hardwood floors throughout with a well-stocked kitchen with Caesar stone countertops, gas range and a counter height island with 4 bar stools. The dining table seats 8 (leaf stored in the basement utility closet). The living area has a 65” TV, Bluetooth surround sound, gas fireplace, sofa, and 3 chairs. There is also a half bath for guests’ use. This level also features a large 10’ deck overlooking the city of Chelan; another unique feature of this home is a large 800 square foot private backyard patio with a gas fire pit, grill, and a large dining table and chairs. On the top level of the house, there are hardwood floors throughout, with two bedrooms, a small media room with a 40” TV and daybed, and a desk and office chair. Each bedroom has its private bathroom, with one bedroom hosting a king bed and the other hosting a queen bed. The carpeted daylight basement level of the home features a bedroom with a king bed and a bunk room with two built-in full-over queen bunk beds. This level also has a large media room with a comfortable Crate and Barrel sectional, a 75” TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, and Xbox ONE. On this level, a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and a laundry room with a large capacity front-loading side-by-side washer and dryer. The outside patio features a ping-pong table. Take advantage of all the amenities the Lookout offers, including an outdoor pool with panoramic views, parks, playgrounds, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and a new marina. This home is located on Porcupine Lane, just a short walk from the pool, a pocket park with outdoor swings, and a larger playground. We had 5 adults and 4 teenage boys with us and this was perfect. All 4 teenage boys slept together in the bunk room, which is a built-in bunk so it was super sturdy!
2 masters made it perfect for 2 sets of parents to sleep in the upstairs area. The downstairs was perfect for the teens to hangout. The kitchen was wonderful and FULLY stocked with plenty of options for cooking purposes. It was not to far from the ATV to get down to the dock where we moored our boat.
We fell in love with The Lookout while here since it entertains everyone of all ages and will DEFINITELY be back!

Loved this property and this community! The house was perfect for our three small families. The community was so accommodating with two pools, family night activities, and a private swimming dock with drivers shuttling people up and down to the lake throughout the day. We will definitely be back!

While it doesn’t have a view of the lake, there are views of the north hills, is on a quiet culdesac and it’s conveniently located between the two pools. We were 4 adults and 5 tweenagers. The custom queen bunk room was the bomb and the kids kept commenting how comfortable the beds were. They loved the media room spending late nights watching movies curled up together of the big couch and bean bags, playing air hockey, ping pong or one of the closet full of board games. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable serving/cooking dishwater, dishware for inside and outside, pots & pans were in good shape and ample. My only complaint was there were virtually NO starter spices/oil/foil/plastic wrap but Lookout is conveniently located about 2 miles from Safeway. The rooms upstairs were nicely decorated with each their own bathrooms/tub showers. Beds were very comfortable. Nice reading room with daybed for additional space for a guest upstairs. We all enjoyed hanging out on the deck in the mornings and evenings as well as eating on the outside patio and roasting s’mores. We loved the amenities of the pools, central coffee shop, pickle ball courts, amazing beach, jet ski rentals and launch for SUPs. Lookout is a wonderful place to stay for families. This house was awesome and we will definitely be back again!

Great Neighborhood
Overall, it was a great stay! The deck is great place to hang out and the outside area is nice to eat dinner and hang by the fire pit in the evenings. The two pools were refreshing and we were able to befriend other families. My only complaint is the home is not very toddler friendly, there are a lot of knick knacks around the house and adult books, however, once we put the items out of reach, it was fine.

The house and surrounding community were very pleasant. The house was well decorated and very clean! We did have an issue with some of the amenities at the house itself. Both the fire pit and grill did not work which was a little irritating since that was why we originally chose to stay there. Other than that - awesome place would recommend!

The house was super cozy and the queen bunk beds were definitely a nice surprise!
Only complaint was the dishwasher needs replacing as it doesn't wash the dishes very well and the fire pit wasn't working, but we didn't end up reaching out to the property manager to come fix.
Walking distance to both pools/hot tubs and fun game room downstairs. Property manager onsite was super responsive and checked in with us various time to see how our stay was going. Would recommend for two small families!

The house was super cozy and the queen bunk beds were definitely a nice surprise!

We stayed in this home with five small boys ages five and under. It was a perfect location: easy walk to the pool and play area. It had a lovely area in back of the house that was level and paved for the boys to enjoy: we could be out back as a family and they could play. The huge front porch was also very accommodating re: littles could play and adults relax. We would definitely consider renting this home again!!!! We have all ready recommended to friends who also have younger grandchildren as the perfect home for their family to enjoy.

The house was amazing and had everything you need during your stay. The downstairs area was perfect for the kids, we loved the room with bunk beds. Housekeeping was excellent whenever we needed something they were there with answers. Although not many places were open due to COVID. We still were able to enjoy the beach and the Lookout community.

Fun family house
This property is beautiful, well stocked, and well designed. They are having a few issues with the electrical - we had a room lose power as we went to bed, and a bathroom lose it intermittently, and never could figure out how the flood lights worked on the patio/deck. The property manager was very responsive and I have confidence they will sort that out. There is a dome pool for wintertime swimming, a lovely hot tub adjacent to that pool, and pool towels are provided. I wish I would have known all that ahead of time since I had to scramble to get a swim suit. Again, the property manager was responsive and checked w local stores to assure I would
be able to purchase when I arrived. So all in, lovely place, responsive property manager, a snag or two in the house and the listing needs to be updated.

Everything clean, new and had everything and more of what we needed, it was a great location and was also decorated beautifully. It was extremely easy to book, check in and check out, and the look out staff were super helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again!

Our experience at the house was very good overall. It is great to have front and back decks/patio, so there is always an outside shaded area. The kids loved all the games and air hockey table.
Both bathtubs didn't drain well while showering, and one of the showers hardly worked. That was the only downside to this house.
We would definitely stay there again, but hope the shower situation would be fixed.

Our entire family stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Gorgeous home with all the right spaces. We took full advantage of the deck space, firepit, and great living spaces. The kitchen stocked everything we needed. Everything was tidy and clean. Highly recommend.
