About this condo rental
Very quiet 70 m2 apartment in an independent building surrounded by a large wooded park called "Tenuta dei Normanni", ideal for long walks in the open air and for a stay in an elegant and relaxing environment, just 10 minutes by car from the city center and 5 minutes from the motorway exit/entrance. The apartment has a large living room with a double sofa bed , a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a terrace with a table and 6 chairs. It is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle, TV, free wi-fi internet network and free parking. Upon request, everything necessary for children is available, such as a cot and a high chair. The price includes consumption, cleaning before and after guests' arrival, one set of towels and bed linen per person. For each additional series the price is €5. On the roof of the building there is a large solarium in common use with shower and sunbeds. Salerno is an ideal starting point to reach the most beautiful places in Campania, such as the Amalfi Coast (Vietri, Cetara, Amalfi, Positano) and Cilento (Agropoli, Castellabate, Acciaroli, Palinuro), Pompeii, Naples, Sorrento, Capri, Ischia, historical and archaeological sites, shops and shopping malls, etc ..

Im Herzen Campangiens
Die Lage ausserhalb von Salerno ist ideal, den im Umkreis von 50 km liegen Neapel, Vesuv, die bekannten antiken Stätten, die Amalfiküste, ......
Die Appartments sind top, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Inhaberin ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft in Person. Leider ist der Park kaum zu nutzen. Die Wege sind zugewachsen oder abgesperrt. Die Dachterasse ist auch keine Alternative, da dort eine kleine Mansardenwohnung untervermietet ist, der Müll herumliegt, nicht sauber gemacht ist. Arrangieren muss man sich mit der Tatsache, dass das Areal vorwiegend für Familienfeiern wie Hochzeiten, Kommunion, etc genutzt wird. Ruhig ist es dann bis spät in die Nacht natürlich nicht.

It was one of the best our stay experience, all was just simply perfect, wish such great owners and properties can be in all other destinations, we really enjoyed it , all was just new, clean, check in process was perfect! Can only suggest!

Wie in der Anzeige dargestellt, sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnanlage. Was aber alles Topf ist Paola, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich um Dinge, um die Sie sich eigentlich nicht kümmern müsste Sie hat die 5 Sterne mehr als verdient. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Danke.

Un appartement très bien aménagé avec de belles céramiques (spécialité locale) et un décor magnifique dans une oliveraie antique. Nous avons apprécié l’atmosphère de charme que procurait les mariages dans le site historique. Merci Paola

Een absolute aanrader voor rustzoekenden
Van 1-17 juni 2019 verbleven wij, in appartement nr. 3 van het landgoed 'Tenuta dei Normanni', gelegen in de heuvels van Salerno. Vanuit het comfortabele en smaakvol ingerichte, appartement heb je een schitterend uitzicht op het landgoed met zijn vele olijfbomen. Op het terrein, waar zelfs nog een amfitheater gelegen is, kan getrouwd worden en kunnen andere evenementen worden georganiseerd. Het is een heerlijke plek om na een bezoek aan de drukke Amalfikust tot rust te komen. Het appartement biedt een goede uitgangsbasis om uitstapjes te maken met de auto of boot naar Napels, Pompeii, Paestum, de Amalfikust. De meeste plekken zijn binnen 1 uur met de auto te bereiken. Salerno zelf, van waaruit veerboten vertrekken naar o.a. de Amalfikust en Capri, ligt op 15 min rijden van het appartement.
Niet alleen de locatie heeft ons hart gestolen. Ook over de verhuurster Paola zijn we vol lof. Ze spreekt vloeiend Engels en het is een vrouw die zeer begaan is met haar gasten. Ze staat voortdurend voor je klaar. Niet alleen voor vragen over uitstapjes maar ook voor gezondheidskwesties. Zij heeft ons in de laatste dagen van onze vakantie toen één van ons fysieke problemen kreeg er voor gezorgd dat er gedurende drie dagen een, zeer capabele, fysiotherapeut voor behandeling aan huis verscheen. Paola was zeer betrokken en informeerde voortdurend hoe het ging.
Wij hebben, ondanks de laatste dagen van onze vakantie, waarin we beperkt waren om dingen te ondernemen, een heerlijke vakantie gehad en willen deze locatie van harte aanbevelen aan een ieder die een bezoek wil brengen aan deze omgeving.

Paola greeted us upon arrival, she is wonderfully helpful and had all the information to make our stay a success. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The setting is idyllic high in the hills of Salerno with great views, peace and tranquility perfect after a day of exploring the busy amalfi coast, Paola also went the extra mile to get a van and driver that could accommodate 8 of us on a tour of the Potenza region, we had a wonderful day, thanks Paola for everything.

Fantastic property
Paola greeted us upon arrival, she is wonderfully helpful and had all the information to make our stay a success. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The setting is idyllic high in the hills of Salerno with great views, peace and tranquility perfect after a day of exploring the busy amalfi coast, Paola also went the extra mile to get a van and driver that could accommodate 8 of us on a tour of the Potenza region, we had a wonderful day, thanks Paola for everything.

Nice and quiet location
Nice location, very quiet and comfortable, Paola is a very kind and reliable Person, very modern an clean. Perfekt for sommer and winter, al lot of space. potential improvement could be more comfortable dining seats / sofa.

Ideal in einem Park gelegen mit Elektrotor am Eingang. Für Kinder mit diversen Sportmöglichkeiten (Fußballplätze). Meist ideale Ruhe, da die vier Wohnungen gut gegeneinander abgegrenzt sind.

This really is a fantastic property to rent. It is very comfortable, well equipped and in a fantastic location, very quiet and yet minutes from the centre of Salerno. You have your own private parking area and as well as the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen/living area, you have three balcony areas to sit and relax. Set in a gated park, it is so tranquil. The air conditioning works very well to keep the whole place nice and cool and the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. Paola is the perfect host and met us on arrival and gave us a lot of information and help relating to the surrounding area, timetables etc. She was also available on messaging to keep in contact with any questions we had during our stay and even went out of her way to help us with a toll ticket problem we had. The small supplies on arrival was also a very nice touch. When we go back to Salerno, this is the only place we would stay and would not hesitate to recommend it. Thank you Paola for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos, grand, propre et joliment décoré. Les lits sont très confortables. Le parc avec ses oliviers est magnifique, la vue sur les collines et la mer splendide. Les terrains de foot ont été très appréciés par nos garçons ainsi que les jeux de société à disposition. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Our stay in Tenuta dei Normanni was very convenient. The area in the mountains is approx. 4 KM from the center of Salerno. We used most times the car, but it´s very easy to go to Salerno by the city bus. The stop is very near to the appartment and the bus goes every hour until 22.00 hrs. We recommend to take the bus or ship for visiting the Amalficoast.
The Apartment has a lot of space and is well equipped and nice decorated.

Hello Paola,
the stay in this great apartment was really great. The area nice and quiet in the mountains and yet in 4 KM in the center of Salreno we liked it very much. The apartment is very well equipped and we did not miss anything. The apartment is very secure locked. It is worthwhile to come back at any time.

Paola has an acute attention to detail which makes the house very cosy and practice. The house was also very clean and has a big balcony with barbecue. Paola was also very helpful before and during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Paola and Stefania for being so helpful! The house is in a lovely place, although a bit remote and difficult to reach without a car. (Perhaps that's why it is so lovely). We loved to have our breakfast on the balcony, with sun shining and birds singing.
One tip: there is only one small grocery shop nearby, so if you want fresh bread for breakfast, drive to the top of the hill and leave your car by the gate, then walk to the shop, as there is no parking space in front of it. It would have been nice to have a toaster for all this bread that we bought in Carrefour and had to eat a bit stale, as nobody fancied getting up in the morning and getting a fresh loaf.
All in all - it was a super holiday, maybe apart from driving to Amalfi for 3 hours on November 1st and not finding a parking space!

The house is located close to Salerno in a very quiet and scenic valey close.
The appartment is comfortable with fine view to the far coast near Paestum and the Cilento mountains. The owners (namely Paola) are very kind and helpful with competent
advice. We felt very fine and had a nice time.

A very nice location on a hill with olive trees. The building has 4 apartments and is situated on a private terrain. The apartment (number 3) we had was very spacey and had a nice terrace. A restaurant and a little shop nearby. Paola (the owner) is very kind and helpful. Because of the stone floors we had some noise disturbance from our neighbours and WiFi was very slow but we had a great stay!

A wonderful holiday at i Normanni with my wife and young adult daughter. The apartments are in a beautiful location deep in woodland above Salerno. Ours was simply but well equipped, and very well presented. Paola welcomed us on arrival and could not have been more helpful.
We chose Salerno because of its good access to everywhere we wanted to go: by road, rail, and boat to the Amalfi Coast (the highlight, including the Sentiero degli Dei). It was good to find such a lovely setting with these advantages and yet out of the city. Highly recommended - many thanks Paola!

We had an amazing stay in Salerno. We were warmly welcomed by Paola on our arrival. She had a welcome basket with a wine and food prepared for us. The apartement is well located in a quiet area only a few minutes from the motor way by car. The apartement itself is beautiful and offers everything you'll need. There is a balcony with a BBC, and a sun terrace on top of the building. Should you stay longer there is a washing machine available. There is a lot of secure parking.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and located in a quiet area. Salerno is a charming city in its own right and is besides close to magnificent places in the Amalfi and Cilento areas. Own car is strongly recommended. The owners are very kind and responsive to their guests' needs. Nothing seems too much trouble for them and their staff and everything is done with a smile. Gennaro's helpfulness is particularly appreciated.
To sum up, a lovely house, run by good people in a beautiful part of Italy. Can't ask for more. Would love to return.
