The stay was perfect except the reception guy

Except the reception guy was not friendly with us at all, He made me feel like you guys are doing us a favor and that didn't seat well with me

The reception guy of today I couldn't get his name but he was not friendly with us at all

A complete waste of money & time!Never again!

The lady at reception was pleasant.

Everything! Horrible condition property, old and broken, not safe for a toddler, kids smoking weed by the pool! We checked in , walked past the pool , got into a gloomy horrible room, with a missing lamp cover in our bedroom, a scratched old coffee table,outdated bathrooms, ripped brown sofa, we checked out after 20 mins. We all refused to stay.

A dump that needs a serious revamp

I cannot say anything of the stay was exceptional there were so many negatives it was hard to give any credit

Firstly the kids sleep in the lounge so watching TV is out as you have to make there beds on the couches in the lounge , it rained so we tried sitting on the veranda however this was not possible as the roof is full of leaks so this is not a option , we then decided to go down stairs to braai this became a challenge as the entire roof is leaking , so that turned out a disaster , the general appearance and maintenance is shocking ,the fans in the bedroom are useless ,please try unit 14 fans and see if you can get them to work , the beds are antiquated and terrible to sleep on ,in general a run down establishment , than when you approach the management team they acknowledge the place is run down and will be addressed when the building gets revamped , I would suggest take this dump off your web site this wont be the last complaint coming through

One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Cleaning staff

Incorrect advertising!! There's no sleeper couch even though the ad says so. The security and front desk make it seem like you are a criminal getting in even though you explain your presence with proof. Key fobs didn't work. Activities booked and when you get there, they say they closing.

Nothing to stay

Nothing at all. Very run down

The staff and the handling of a situation that we found ourselves in! Not even management were prepared to help us when we mentioned that no proper WiFi would interfere with our work. We had to book into another place and all our money was taken! Not even a courtesy call from management to explain the reasoning . They had promised to call us to discuss the issue but heard nothing. If we had perhaps been given the opportunity to postpone our stay and give it to another family , we would have been very happy with that. Even a small portion of our cash back would have been appreciated! But either way , we received nothing, not a call, not an email!! Nothing! I will not ever recommend this place ‘

Good for family

It's perfect for families. Clean and they offer activities that both kids and adults can enjoy in the property.

Getting to the beach was a bit of a walk.

Quiet,relaxed and tranquil atmosphere so close to the beach. Awesome!!!

The location is excellent. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Loved it!

An extra bathroom would have been great🤣

Good

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The facilities for the children were exceptional.

In the specific unit that we stayed in, the bathrooms were not modern or comfortable. The bathtub in the ensuite had terrible stains with a shower in it. The shower in the other bathroom was too small and dirty in the corners. There were cockroaches in the bedrooms.

didn’t stay, no facilities and poor staff and dirty

booked by mistake thinking it was the Cabanas further up the coast. so when arriving at a very small reception area I was disappointed. there were no restaurants bars shops or even a vending machine on the property and the location was poor, with no restaurants or shops in close vicinity and the wrong side of the road to the beach. the pool and area was tiny much smaller than appeared on photos on booking.com. our room was not ready at check in time of 3pm, which was even more annoying as had asked for a 2pm check in. whilst we were waiting there seemed lots of unhappy guests complaining about several things so we decided against staying and moved to Breakers on the beach front and was very happy there

Host's are overly strict and unfriendly on bookings for steam room or Jaccuzzi. even if there is no slot before of you, then you are not allowed to go. They treat you like children. Steam room also needs cleaning.

The best stay an adult and a kid can ask for!!!!

We didn’t request for breakfast however the place was awesome the fact that there’s an area for kids to play made it a 10 out of 10 I would recommend the place to anyone, The swimming pool is great for all ages oh n there’s even a jacuzzi, I could go on and on basically we enjoyed our stay and will be coming back🙏
