The staff were helpful. I didn’t mention this to the owner but the ducting for the aircon seemed to go through the next door toilet with consequent smells.

There were three loud parties held right next door in three of the five nights I stayed there. I was kept awake until 3am the first night. The other two nights were not so loud but the noise came into the lodgings at 2 or 3 am and continued for some time until on the second of those nights I complained. No instructions were given about the shower. By fiddling around the first time I turned on the lights and I think in retrospect this is what activates the hot water. After putting up with the coloured lights in the shower for a couple of nights I figured out how to turn off the lights but then had cold showers for the following two days.

This is a small very comfortable hotel with several rooms, each of which has a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, TV, air conditioning, shower with Jacuzzi bath and excellent Wi-Fi. In the fenced garden there is a small swimming pool. At 5-minute walk from here is the cultural and commercial "downtown" of this district with restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel staff are very energetic, very friendly and very young people who only a couple of months ago took over the management of this hotel. And improvements are already visible in comparison with previous reviews... The hotel is very clean, linen is changed daily. Tea, sugar, coffee (ground, instant and capsules), cutlery and dishes are available free on the common table - you can eat in the room. Convenient that there is a new large food store of the famous Yohannoff chain nearby, just 200 meters from here. You can buy there fresh bakery for breakfast in the morning, and later, around noon - salads, snacks and restaurant-quality hot dishes at very reasonable prices. Buses of 5 routes stop right there, on which you can with complete comfort get to either Old City, or Jerusalem Central (for a transfer to Dead Sea) in 20-25 minutes. At 10-minute walk from here there is the stop of the few Arab buses, therefore you are not out of touch with civilization on Shabbat. Great base for a budget sightseeing tour of Jerusalem.

it’s located in an industrial zone behind a factory. the list the pool as amenities but it’s actually need to be reserved and paid for separately. they rent the pool which is near rooms to teenagers from midnight till 5 in the morning. it’s noisy and we couldn’t sleep

How long have you got…? The hotel is next to a warehouse so the approach is busy with forklift trucks loading & unloading trucks. Lots of empty pallets litter the area. It’s a real mess. There were 2 staff on duty when we arrived, neither of whom were remotely interested in our arrival. The wifi was very weak & was absent as often as it was present. The fridge leaked water so my wife almost fell going to the loo at night on the polished tile floor. The shower door allowed water onto the bathroom floor so that got wet & there was no bath mat to soak it up. No bedside cabinet on my wife’s side of the bed so her water / phone etc had to go on the floor. My side of the bed was hard against the wall so I couldn’t even have any water there. We were there 2 nights but no chambermaid went to the room at any time. The reception was generally unmanned. We had no clothes hangers & despite asking at reception none ever came. The “10” reviews on Booking.com look very suspect. Really, if you have a choice between this & any other hotel, choose the other. Booking.com should remove it from their site.

It was a simple room, good for sleeping and keeping your stuffs while roaming around Jerusalem.

Location is bad, difficult to find as there is no signage going to the area. It was at the back of a catering stockhouse, facilities are not complete. Noisy at night. Someones knocking on our door at 12 am to 2 am. Loud music at the neighbor room too which is we are sure not a guest because the room has no room number.

First, even Waze made a mistake finding the place. It is completely hidden, and I found it by luck. And I know the area. I chose the hotel since it was close to friends I was visiting. Otherwise, it is in a shopping-industrial area. Its price makes it attractive to youth, but that is about it.

I literally got SCAMMED on booking.com. It is in a terrible construction industrial zone. Everything is dirty — it was not cleaned after the last guest. There is barely a lock on the door. The door is made out of glass. Nobody speaks English. No food around to be found. I could not even leave my things in the room to go find some food. It is basically in a warehouse... The pictures on booking.com are a complete lie. It says there are spa facilities, pools — a complete lie! There is barely a working bathroom. I cannot believe this is on booking.com. Booking.com says they speak 4 languages: Arabic, English, Hebrew, Russian. I tried speaking English, Hebrew, and Russian to them — did not work. There were rats running on the ceiling and behind the walls. I would not be as concerned but the ceiling and the walls had holes! So I had to hide my food from rats. I could not use the bathroom because it has no heat. There’s only an extremely loud heating machine above the bed. So no possibility to shower because the bathroom is freezing. People were talking behind the glass door and the light from it made it impossible to sleep. I ended up reserving a stay at a different hotel using booking. I paid so much and had to find another place in a foreign country in a day. When I was trying to leave by taxi, the workers of Lago Suites were grabbing my hands and my suitcase! They were trying to physically hold me down to make me stay there! It was horrifying. The taxi driver saved me by helping mto escape them. They tried to FORCEFULLY hold me in the hotel.I can never trust booking.com again. I am horrified that this is offered on this website! Booking.com refused to do anything serious about it. I lost more than $700 on this hotel and got around $80 in compensation from booking.com. I am shocked booking.com cannot do anything about it. DO NOT TRUST!

Very filthy place and dirty linens. There is no hot water in the shower. Very neglected and very noisy. Bad attitude and there is no way to cancel and get your money. recommended not to get there even for free. Feels like a tourist trap

I wasn't expecting much, it was a fine place to crash in the last minute, nothing more. AC was ok and TV. soaps were given, as well as towels.parking nearby.

No windows, the only "window" is the door which is partially see through - therefore we were woken up by the sun early in the morning. The door and walls are not soundproof (not talking about noise - even small sounds). The sofa was very dirty, the bed smelled weird, towels were dirty and TORN and/or WITH HOLES. Fridge was broken and leaking, floor was disgusting. I'm used to crash in many places and I'm not expecting much but basic hygiene and an ok smell... And a window. Location is shady and dirty, there was a loud party in the building.
