Location suited us.

Cockroach in room. Gym equipment didn’t work. Bathroom door did not close.

Comfortable bed, had breakfast included and there is a small gym and sauna which we made good use of. There is also a rooftop outdoor pool but we don’t use this as the weather was not good at the time.

Our room was not very clean, bugs and dust everywhere. The carpet in the hallway outside the room looks like it’s never been cleaned. The location is very out of the way but we knew this when booking. If you’re on a budget this place does the job but you’ll spent a lot of time in taxis to get places.

I quite like the interior design of the room, dark and classic. The bed is large and very comfortable. And I love the bath there. The staff are friendly and very pleasant too.

The breakfast, and the food and drinks in over all is just about average. The options are not much, and the food is so so. Another factor that I don't really like is still the noise from the street. I can still hear the honk of the cars/bikes from the street, even though it's not that loud. During my stay, the water heater of the bath room did have some issues too, resulting in no hot water in the morning. But the hotel fixed the issue very quickly. So, well-done!

Big hotel and many free amenities. They provide breakfast buffet, swimming pool, sauna and gym. I like my cozy room and the receptionist here. they are friendly and helpful

La colazione era prettamente vietnamita mentre la posizione così così un po’ fuori ma servita da bus (per il centro consiglio il bus 159) vicino ad una rotatoria con tanto traffico. Cmq ci sono ristorantini vicino.

Our room was clean, location of the hotel was only 15mins by taxi to the old town (very easy to get a grab to/from hotel). Enjoyed the sauna and pool (though very cold water). Breakfast had a good selection.

The room didn’t have a window, it had a an imitation of a window which opened to what looked like an elevator shaft.

I liked that it was clean. The room was sufficient and the nice warm shower felt great. The sheets were nice and the room smelled nice. The front desk manager was awesome. She was so helpful and kind. You absolutely can’t beat it for the price point. Good breakfast in the morning. Very happy.

The location is off the beaten path. Not many restaurants near by.

Понравилось ровно одно, что есть четкая цена для позднего выселения: 70000 донгов за каждый час, начиная с 12 дня. Это действительно важно и нужно в некоторых ситуациях.

В номере на стене была черная плесень, так же она была в ванной в а занавеске, что вообще не понятно. Занавеска стоит очень дешево, почему бы не заменить? Сам номер очень сырой, вентиляции почти нет, открывать окно не приятно, отель расположен на пересечении нескольких авто магистралей и дышать из окна не получится, прокашляетесь. Цена таким номерам по 10-15$, но никак не 33$. Особенно, если не нужны ни завтрак, ни остальные удобства типа спа и бассейна. Так же в номере не оказалось таблички не беспокоить, о чем было написано модераторам отеля в чате на букинге, так же попросил не будить утром, не присылать уборку. Но моя просьба была проигнорирована и уборщица пришла и разбудила нас своим стуком. На повторное обработку модератор отеля ответил, что если нам не нужна уборка, то надо было повесть.табличку или предупредить их заранее. Что собственно я и сделал ранее. Безалаберный персонал, пытался сделать меня виноватым, но сами же и оподливились, ведь в чате сохранилось моё сообщение. После они конечно извинились и сами принесли табличку не беспокоить. Но что толку от этого? Не понимаю, откуда у отеля такие отзывы и такой рейтинг. Это полное днище!

Good choice of food at breakfast. Also we ordered room service food and it was great.

The photos of the rooms show windows but they are not actually windows. When you open the blinds they are actually empty stone voids between properties. We did not know if it was day or night! Very claustrophobic. Beds were rock hard. Hallways dirty.

They are a comfortable hotel, good price compared to quality. The swimming pool and terrace are great for relaxing. Delicious breakfast and especially very helpful staff

Frühstück war ab 6:30, war gleich da, sah das viele Vietnamesen schon fast fertig waren mit Frühstücken, bei Ihnen gab es Rührei, die haben sie komplett leer gemacht, Personal hat das nicht interessiert, habe die Schüssel hingebracht, was kam: ne Schüssel mit gekochten Eiern

Первоначально запилили на 2-м этаже. Но на следующий день пересилили на последний этаж. Номер светлый с балконом. Есть ванные принадлежности. Хороший интернет. Есть мини бар с приемлемыми ценами. Приятный персонал.

В номере было очень холодно. Кондиционер на обогрев не работал пару дней. Спали в халатах. Завтраки однообразные, на 3-й день перестали ходить. Очень не удачное расположение. До исторического центра 3-5 км. Пешком не дойти. Рядом с отелем практически ничего нет. Пару музеев и одна торговая лавка. Не работал сейф. Просили сделать все 7 дней нахождения. Не пришли. При оплате картой взымается комиссия + 3% к стоимости

Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung. Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein. Die Dusche funktionierte wunderbar und die Mitarbeiterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie half uns enorm mit Buchungen. Liegt außerhalb von der Innenstadt.

Lovely room and great value for money. Pool was nice. Would stay here again. Breakfast was great for the price and staff were very helpful.

Bed was too firm for our liking and accommodation a bit far away from most things but since taxis are so cheap doesn’t make much of a difference.

El personal es muy amable, la comida es barata. La habitación está limpia. La piscina esta super bien arriba del todo desde donde ves la ciudad.

Todo está un poco antiguo. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era bastante pequeña aunque no necesitabamos más. La sauna tiene una pared de roca de sal (creo) que tiene huecos por lo que el calor se escapa. El bar de arriba no estaba operativo. Y lo peor es la ubicación. Está lejos de todo aunque un grab es barato. Las categorías de estrellas de hoteles en Vietnam no tienen nada que ver con las Europeas por lo que no esperen los mismo estándares. Son bastantes inferiores.

Teníamos otro hotel reservado pero al llegar nuestra habitación tenía un problema y no nos podían dar otra... Reservamos este hotel porque no nos quedaba otra opción, y es un hotel económico y limpio

Majitelia nás oklamali sú to podvodníci! Ubytovacie zariadenie bolo zabookované pre tri osoby dve postele. Prišli sme na ubytovanie a nachádzala sa tam len jedna posteľ. Keď sa osoba, s ktorou sme veľmi ťažko komunikovali ( nevedeli ani slovo po anglicky ) potom sa spamätala, že mali byť 3 osoby a dve postele tak priniesli rozkladaciu posteľ, ktorá bola plesnivá, špinavá a mokrá. Neboli ochotný nám dať ani uteráky a obliečky a už vôbec nie vankúš a paplón pre 3. Osobu ešte boli aj nahnevaní čo si to dovoľujeme pýtať. Steny boli plesnivé a vlhké. V žiadnom prípade neodporúčam toto miesto. Boli sme nútení odísť z ubytovania.

Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Wir haben ein Extra Frühstück schon bei der viel Zu frühen Anreise bekommen, was wir sehr nett fanden.

Fenster leider schlecht gedämmt, dadurch kommt der Lärm der Stadt fast ungefiltert ins Zimmer.
