Would gladly stay again.

Great location for getting the train into Cardiff, 5 minute walk to the station. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Nearby parking was £5. Good location for pubs, shops and takeaways.

not satisfactory

My husband is allergic to feathers. We requested no feathers in the room but the quilt had feathers and there was no alternative. They offered us a 50% discount to compensate and told us to contact Booking.com but I cannot see any way to contact Booking.com to get a refund. I contacted Quay apartments for information about how to do this but they are now not responding. Allergies are serious issues (we had to put the quilt in the corridor, turn up the heating and sleep in our clothes with towels on us. Also the car park where you need to leave your car is very intimidating at night (it doesn't feel safe)

friendly staff but bed was a pain

Clean apartment and friendly staff

The ‘large double bed’ was just two single beds pushed together which kept separating. Made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Would enjoy living here full time!

EVERYTHING! All found as promised/advertised. Stayed 5 times and already booked again for 2 weeks time. All staff helpful, friendly but still very professional. Thanks for a great couple of days.

Due to weather it was difficult to see much of a view out of the windows, not their fault. Only problem I've found in all my stays was the shower in 904 was stuck on really hot/scalding. So only had a quick dip to freshen up. Reported it to the gentleman on reception and have no doubt it was promptly rectified.

The windows did not let you see the nice view properly or get air into the room. I just wish the windows would allow you to see the view then I would rate it 11/10!

Like being at home but without having to do the washing or cleaning! Own key access but still had 24hr reception personnel. Just 15minutes from rail station 10 minutes to centre, 10minute to rugby ground (Rodney Parade) my destination/reason for trip. Stayed 3 times and cannot fault anything. Due to unusual warm weather when going into apartment expected it would be stuffy -but oh no -air conditioning units in both main room and bedroom already on and cooling! Exceptional forethought by provider. 20/10 !!!! All you could want was waiting for you ' tea coffee, sugar, hand cleanser, cutlery, plates, pans, cooker, microwave, dishwasher even, dining table and chairs, settee, TV. Bathroom very well done including shower/shampoo , soap lovely white towels, Bedroom sizeable, comfortable mattress, choice of soft or firm pillows ,wardrobe plus hangers, hairdryer. Superb will be going back again without a doubt

The carparking was in a dodgy carpark. Felt unsafe going back to car. Especially when you see signs saying "drug users and vagrants beware, cctv in operation!'

Excellent one night stay. Ideal location with great facilities in the apartment.

Ideal location as I was working at Rodney Parade. Reception desk was staffed so easy to be issued with the key. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, clean, very comfortable bed with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities. The view from the ninth floor was an added bonus.

An eye opener.

A clean, comfortable, modern apartment. Friendly staff.

Having to pay £10 for early arrival, one hour before alloted 3pm 'official' check in time, even though our apartment was ready. £5 car park fee, payable to hosts. Acceptable, but car park was being used as temporary accommodation for a few poor homeless souls. Grim at night time. A floor to ceiling pillar bang in the middle of our bedroom. Windows do not open. All Windows are one complete sealed unit. The strong smell of spicy food on furnishings.

Great location for a great price. Def stay again should we be that way

Spacious modern tidy and full equipped with everything you would need. Staff amazing and helpful.

Parking not attached. Not really anything that can be done but it’s a little bit scary late at night in the dark when the stairs are locked off and you have to go up the ramps of the multi story. Homeless men in there which is uncomfortable

Fabulous place to stay for passport or short stay in Newport.

A great stay, we used it for accommodation to renew our passport. The apartment was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the air con, Wi-Fi, lovely bathroom and the comprehensive kitchen which we didn’t use. The bed was very comfortable. All staff onsite were delightful including security gentlemen. The NCP car park next door was very convenient.

There were two things we didn’t like but want to mention them to reassure other potential customers. The car park NOT owned by quay apartments was very dirty and quite unsavoury. We were very nervous leaving our German Car in it overnight. OUR CAR WAS FINE we didn’t need to worry. The only other thing was the hair dryer cord was short and no plug near a mirror.

Friendly on reception, home comforts provided. Apartment was bigger than expected, clean and had all appliances available and more of staying longer.

Toilet flush was not working, no one to help after 11:00 O’clock pm till 7:00 am I complained next morning but no body to help
