This large stunning vacation home set in the prestigious retreat of Legacy Park and features three master suites, games room, and 28ft private pool with a fantastic conservation view. It has space for up to twelve guests across it's five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Villa offers our guests executive accommodation only 15-20 minutes drive from Disney and only 25 minutes drive from Universal and International drive so it's right in the thick of all the action, yet the home is still located in a peaceful and tranquil setting. The villa just oozes Luxury in every single room and is simply the perfect choice for your holiday. After a fun packed exhausting day at Disney or Universal you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished Villa. You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private 28ft heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom, all overlooking the conservation area with stunning views of the open woodlands beyond which makes it nice and secluded. The whole villa is fully air conditioned. The living room has a new 60" wall-mounted TV with Soundbar and Blueray DVD player. The family room also has a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, complete with Bluray player. Cable TV is available on the flat screen TVs in the home. WI FI internet access is available at no extra cost, just remember to bring your laptop or tablet. Meal times will be stress free in the large fully fitted kitchen with all the modern equipment you will need including large fridge/freezer with water and ice-cube dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, grill, blender. Everything you could need to put your culinary skills to work. For those who enjoy formal dining, there is a separate furnished dining area that seats eight - perfect for a relaxing meal with friends or family after a long day. The villa has one huge master suite furnished with a comfy king size bed, large wall-mounted 47" flat screen TV with bluray payer. The room is complete with large en suite including toilet, large bath, shower enclosure and twin sinks. It also has a large walk in closet. The other two master bedrooms are complete with Queen size beds, large wall-mounted flat screen TV's and en suite bathrooms including toilet, bath with shower and sinks. For guests with restricted mobility one of the master bedrooms is situated on the ground floor. The two twin bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds, wall-mounted flat screen TV's and DVD players. All are close to the upstairs family bathroom which has a toilet, bath with shower and single sink. To accommodate two guests there is also a double sofa bed in the game room so it is possible for the villa to sleep up to 12 guests in total. For child safety the pool door is complete with a child alarm. You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom, all overlooking the fantastic conservation area. Pool and Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is £160 per week for both. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £130.

We just left after staying for a week with our friends and their children. We had kids ranging from 2 years old to 17 years old and the house was perfect for all! The home even provided baby gates got the stairs which was brilliant!
We enjoyed the multiple en suites and living rooms. The pool and spa were such a nice place to rest and relax and also have some fun.
Nick communicated with us throughout the process and even checked in during our stay.
The house was equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels and wash clothes and even a couple of baby items.
We were only about a 25-30 minute drive from theme parks which was great.
We would most definitely hook this house again!

Fantastic location and wonderful villa. Had an amazing time and the travel time from the Disney parks was superb!
The amenities within the villa were awesome, home comforts and a great family feel. My only grumble was the lighting within the villa, my old eyes 😂 - but if that’s all I can moan about - then I’m really being picky and proves it was a great family base.
Nick was amazing with his communication and I thank him for that.
Over all the villa was as described and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place and base of operations.
A cheeky wave from the neighbours daily and felt extremely safe and a welcoming lovely area.

The house was clean upon arrival and it was spacious - great for the 10 of us staying there. One nice feature was the four bathrooms (3 were attached to bedrooms). The house is located in a very cramped neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of cars parked in the road. We enjoyed the large vacant backyard view. Areas that need improvement - If you choose to stay here - bring your own washcloths. Towels were provided but we had to go out and buy our own washcloths. The furnishings are rather dated and not the most comfortable. Beds overall were not very comfortable either. Carpet should be replaced on the main floor and main floor bedroom - worn and stained. The microwave didn't heat properly and the door was damaged and taped together. Lightbulbs needed to be replaced in several rooms. The main floor bathroom toilet paper holder needed repair - it kept falling apart and we didn't have the tools to fix it.

Cannot give enough praise for this property & support from the property manager. We have stayed at many properties in the area & this has been by far the best, cannot wait to go back.
Beautiful area, lovely place to escape the chaos of the parks. Home has everything you need, very clean & comfortable, loved the pool & hot tub, especially in the evening after a long day in the parks.
Very close to local amenities.
Cannot recommend this property enough.

Fantastic Villa for Two Weeks of Disney/Universal Parks
We have just returned from our fantastic holiday in Florida at the villa.
It has been such a long wait to get here after the covid outbreak, as we were booked for the summer of 2020 originally.
Although the outbreak of Covid hit us all like we have never experienced, the owner was fantastic and very flexible to re arrange dates.
The villa was perfect and matched or exceeded the expectations from the pictures and info (Have stayed in several over the years in the area).
When we arrived after a long flight, we opened the door to a lovely cool air conditioned large and fantastic lounge area. Walking through to the kitchen/dining area, it was very welcoming to see the table already set with place plates and fancy cloth napkins.
We found all the amenities were perfect in the villa to provide a great base for some long park days, always air conditioned, lots of hot water and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking and fridges/freezers to keep our food fresh and beers cold!
The coffee machine was a nice touch and always on each morning.
The pool area is extra special as it backs onto an open green area with a pretty tree just outside, making it feel homely. We saw hot air balloons, deer and raccoon type animals from the safety of the pool enclosure.
We did have the pool heating option, which made both the pool water and spa lovely. We particularily were impressed with the warmth of the spa in the mornings, lovely and warm , but not too hot considering the beating sun. It was nice to swap between the warm spa and the refreshing pool.
We had two families with a total of 8 people so used all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We really found all the beds very comfortable. The master bedroom is huge and the bed so comfortable, specially after some long park days.
Overall, we could not of wanted more from the villa as our base and made for a fantastic 2 weeks holiday. So needed after Covid!
Hopefully we helped prepare the villa for the next visitors, as helped the cleaners as were happy to look after the place and running around with the hoover and followed all the requests for leaving with the laundry washed etc.
PS we had the BBQ option too which was nice.

Enough space for family of 12
This home had enough space for 12 people, we did not feel crowded at all. Amazing how each room had a TV, Enough space to sit and relax, The only thing I really dislike was the lighting other than the restrooms, kitchen and laundry room, everywhere else in the house they had table lamps with very dim light. Other than that we enjoyed the house and the pool. Communication was amazing any questions I had they answer back quick. We all loved the stay.

First time VRBO renters so we didn’t really know what to expect. Be prepared to wash all bedding & buy everything needed for daily life… linens & towels we supplied but you have to supply your own laundry soap, toilet paper paper towels, even trash bags. Other than that things went as expected.

Great location!
The house was very spacious. It was located within short distance of everything we needed. We saw many wildlife animal from the pool area. The bathroom located in the pool area was a plus. We also enjoyed the pool table. We had a great week.

Business Vacay
The home provided a relaxing stay. It was both business and pleasure for me. I was extremely satisfied that the WIFI worked as wonderful as it did with me having to have both laptop and tablet running. Also the kids were able to have their gaming unit running without interrupting my work. When work was over the pool and spa is where I spent my downtime. Plenty of living space so everyone could disappear when wanted and come back as a unit during fun activity time. The only downside was it gets a little warm at night in the home I don't know why the air works great during the day. I would stay again.

Nice getaway
We stayed here because we were supposed to go to Disney. Due to COVID we did not go to Disney, but still stayed in the house as a getaway. The house is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of things to do in town.
We were not aware at first that we had to choose if the heat went to hot tub or the pool. That's only relevant if you stay when it's chilly.
Property management is amazing and easy to contact.

Beautiful
We loved our stay in this home! The property was clean and very spacious! It was well stocked with the things we needed and was perfect for family dinners! We loved waking up and going outside for a swim. The bathroom outside was a nice touch as well! We saw wild turkeys in the backyard! It was an amazing experience for my family!

Spacious Home
We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. Nick was very prompt to any questions or concerns we had. He emailed us o make sure everything was okay we noticed the pool pump was leaking water and the next morning someone came and fixed it right away. The home had everything you needed to cook meals, pots pans etc. as well as more than enough extra towels and blankets. We had more than enough space for a large family to get together or relax when you needed time away to relax on your own. The location is great quiet area grocery stores are near by as well as restaurants. Disney springs or the parks are close as well.
We even saw a deer in the back of the home! Which was cool because we never see that. Thanks Nick we enjoyed our time in your home. Michelle & Anthony Tamarit

Family Getaway
Before Our Stay: The reservation process was easy and Nick was very receptive and responsive to all communication.
During Stay: The house is huge. It was just the 4 of us, so we all had plenty of room. Overall it was a great stay. Everything was as advertised. There were plenty of spaces within the house to “hang out,” which is what we did, as we did planned a “staycation.” We did NOT pay for pool heat (as it was late June), but that meant that the hot tub also did not have heat. Overall, a great stay.

WOW
My family stayed here for a week and we were very impressed. To begin, the house is huge!! It’s great to gather in the large living room for movie night, or spend time alone reading a book in the upstairs game room. The kitchen table is large with plenty of room for family meals, playing board games or putting together a puzzle. The pool was very nice and I especially enjoyed the hot tub. Also, there are enough chairs by the pool to accommodate everyone. There’s also a bathroom by the pool.
The location is perfect. The house is close to WalMart and food stores and the drive to Disney World isn’t long at all!
There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and that is for sure a plus. The kitchen is huge and great for preparing meals. There is a laundry room complete with an iron and ironing board. The pool table in the upstairs game room is a nice activity as well.
Linda came over to meet us. She is very nice and we enjoyed talking to her.
My family has talked about coming back next year. We had a wonderful vacation.

Close to Disney Parks and lots of space
My family and I really enjoyed the home as it was very close to the parks. Listing of the home was very accurate with tons of space and room for everyone. Will recommend and definitely come back in the future. Owner communications was excellent and promptly.

Great Location for Our Family Vacation
The home was spacious, comfortable and there was ample room for our family. The pool and hot tub were great and our family enjoyed their time outside. We were glad we paid to heat the pool as most evenings the temperature was quite cool. Nick is very communicative and responsive and guided us at every step of the process. The commute to parks and attractions was reasonable and the location suited our needs. We particularly enjoyed the views of the natural space behind the property. Lots of TVs in the home and we found these easy to use. It was also handy to have a bathroom adjacent to the pool.
Despite the appearance on the listing, the driveway only accommodates two vehicles, and parking on the street is congested however there was sufficient parking within sight of the home.
Our biggest concern was the poor quality of the mattress in the master suite, which was disappointing and communicated to the owner. Overall though we had a great stay and were grateful for the opportunity to stay in this spacious home.
