Located in Palmela, this lovely house for R 4,188 per night is a great choice for your next break. Villa with excellent natural lighting, garden and private swimming pool (10mx4m) included in a 4 Star Golf Resort designed by Tomás Taveira, one of the most renowned Portuguese architects. The resort combines modern architecture with the natural beauty of the region. It is extremely quiet and has an 18 hole golf course with wide green spaces, 4 small lakes and cycling tracks that allow wonderful walking and cycling rides (2 bicycles available). Also includes a large Public Swimming Poll, Restaurant and Bar in the center of the resort. This pleasant private condominium with security 24hours a day is located on the edge of the Arrabida Mountain Natural Park, between Palmela and Azeitao, nearby the Costa Azul touristic region where you can chose from calm to wavy wonderful beaches just 15 to 30 minutes’ drive. Also with quick and easy driving access to the most representative cultural places of the region (Lisbon / Palmela / Setúbal / Troia / Sesimbra: 10 to 30 min. drive), like Amusement sites, Popular Art, Museums, Nature sightseeing, traditional gastronomy including several important Portuguese Wine Cellars and Vineyards. Summarizing, it is a fascinating place where you can combine a delighted relaxing time inside the resort with multiple pleasant leisure activities nearby, like beach, tours, sports, cultural, amusement and above all have fun! We knew the property from before. We certainly enjoyed our stay but the house is showing signs of being tired as the owner accepts( quite a few lights not working; broken fridge/ freezer in kitchen; no real pillows (most were cushions); lack of mirror in upstairs bedroom.. None of these were major but they were irritating particularly struggling to sleep because of pillows.

Mooie woning,
Binnenkomst was top. Eigenaar geeft een fijne rondleiding en is erg galant. Huis is in prima staat, mooi zwembad en de lighoek is een mooie toevoeging. Erg leuke inrichting en benodigdheden. Huurauto is een echte must wil je ergens komen

Erholsamer Familienurlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus mit wunderbarem Pool sehr genossen. Bei Fragen konnte man jederzeit Ana oder den Vermieter kontaktieren und es wurde einem sehr freundlich geholfen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool wurde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt. Die Anlage auf der das Ferienhaus steht ist angenehm gestaltet und rund um die Uhr ein Security vorhanden. Die Lage des Objektes ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Ein Auto ist dabei sehr von Vorteil. Wir können das Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen und kommen vielleicht selbst wieder.

Cooler Urlaub auch bei Hitze
Herrliches Pool-Haus in einer ruhigen, etwas abgelegenen Gated Community wenige Kilometer von Palmela entfernt. Das Erdgeschoß mit Wohnzimmer und Pool verdient glatte fünf Sterne. Großartige Außenanlage mit einer äußerst angenehmen Loggia (umgebauter Carport). Nur kleine Mängel an etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Einrichtungsgegenständen. Die Schlafzimmer oben sind nett aber nicht übermäßig luxuriös ausgestattet, Betten sind Geschmacksache. Großartige Betreuung durch Ana, die immer zur Stelle war, wenn etwas klemmte. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Fahrzeiten zum Meer sind im August wegen dem regen Verkehr etwas länger als in den anderen Bewertungen angegeben. Nach Lissabon fährt man am besten mit der Fähre von einen der Häfen am Südufer des Tejo. Bäcker mit kleinem Supermarkt fast gegenüber, größere Geschäfte innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto. WLAN funktionierte super. Es ist deutlich wärmer als am Meer, da es weniger Wind hat. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus zu einem fairen Preis.

Pour la maison il vous manque une cafetiere pour le café du matin et il faut faire quelque chose pour l’eau chaud
On fini à l’eau froid très souvent

Schöne Villa mit tollem Service
Den anderen sehr guten Beurteilungen kann ich mich nur anschließen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool und das zum Pool-Haus umgebaute Carport. Darin ließ es sich bei 38 Grad auch draußen wunderbar aushalten. Für den Poolbereich gab es eigene Handtücher in ausreichender Anzahl.
Das Willkommensgeschenk des Eigentümers hat uns sehr erfreut.
Ganz besonderen Dank gilt Ana, die sich anbot uns zu helfen, wenn wir einen Arzt benötigten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Malgré que nous nous somme retrouver sans voiture ( attention les loueur auto demande une carte en relief obligatoire) tous etait a proximité même le bus la villa est vraiment magnifique et ana la personne qui nous a accueilli est vraiment super sympa et avenante je ma remercie , vacance genial je recommande vivement.

A casa é muito agradável e está muito bem equipada. A casa tem boas áreas e está bem decorada. A piscina e a zona exterior é muito agradável. Foi tudo muito agradável e os pontos menos positivos na nossa estadia foi o facto da água quente não estar a funcionar devidamente e um cheiro desagradável a peixe na cozinha que sentimos no início da nossa estadia na cozinha por causa da sujidade existente no exaustor, mas que com uma boa limpeza desapareceu. O acolhimento foi muito bom e decididamente recomendámos esta casa para umas boas férias e esperámos poder regressar novamente!

Casa muito confortável, piscina óptima, uma área exterior muito agradável para o convívio, almoços e jantar.
Apenas 3 aspectos a melhorar:
- Escadas da piscina muito más para subir ou descer;
- Falta de um poliban, na casa de banho do r/c
- Falta um quarto no r/c para quem tem mais dificuldade em subir escadas.

We have just spent two weeks at the villa - and such a great place to stay. It is really well-equipped and the pool is amazing. A car is necessary- it’s about a kilometer from Quinta do Anjo, where you will find supermarkets. It’s approx 30 minutes to many of the glorious beaches that Portugal has to offer. Miguel and Ana were so welcoming and did everything to help us settle in. Our older teenagers joined a gym (R M Ginasio) - about 10 minutes away- for the two weeks.

Tolles Ferienhaus!
Haus ist super geräumig, toll eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber übergeben worden. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, der Pool war toll und wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt.

Le seul bémol... les chiens du voisinage qui aboient en permanence et qui sont difficiles à supporter au quotidien. ..
Nous remercions Ana pour son accueil. .personne charmante qui parle très bien français.

La villa est très agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le cadre est calme. Nous y avons séjourné 15 j à 5 : 3 adultes, 2 ados.
Elle est idéalement située pour visiter Lisbonne et ses alentours : Sintra, Mafra et pour se rendre sur les plages de Sétubal. Et au retour, profiter de la piscine.
M. Sobral et le couple chargé de l'accueil sont très chaleureux, qualité qui se retrouve chez beaucoup des portugais que nous avons croisés.

Spokojne okolice Lizbony
Relatywnie dobrze położona willa. Oczywiście trzeba posiadać samochód - no chyba ,że ktoś ogranicza sie tylko do basenu i golfa. W odległości do 30 min jazdy kilka ciekawych i w czerwcu niezatłoczonych plaż z pięknymi widokami i spokojnym morzem, wszystkie strzeżone choć niektóre wymagają trochę górskiej wspinaczki :). Okolica dla wielbicieli wina. My trafiliśmy na koncerty jazzowe połączone z degustacją nad podziw dobrych win na zamku w Palmeli. Pozostałe atrakcje okolic Lizbony - Sintra, Mafra, Estoril itd w zakresie godzinnej podróży - głównie wygodną autostradą.
Sama willa bardzo wygodna, przestronna i dobrze wyposażona we wszyskie niezbędne przedmioty codziennego użytku, Wygodny choć nieduży basen. Właściciele komunikatywni i bezproblemowi.

Wir haben schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht , der Motor der poolpumpe war defekt , da wurde sich schnell gekümmert! Meine Tochter fand das Hochbett super!
Es fehlten ein paar grosse Töpfe und vllt wird demnächst mal die eine oder andere Wand gestrichen ;) (Garten) soll aber gar nicht so neg wirken

We had fabulous holiday in palmela village this September. Vila is absolutely beautiful. Lots of space in side and outside.. Area very safe .
Only thing- too quet, and too fare away from everything. Car is needed.
