Tutto perfetto
Siamo stati benissimo, la casa è grande e molto carina, esattamente come dalle foto, il gazebo fuori meraviglioso per fare colazione o per un aperitivo di ritorno dal mare.
La posizione ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi spiaggia di Formentera.
Sicuramente la consiglieremo agli amici.

Vincent the best
Vincent è il nostro host è stato gentilissimo, ci ha accolto con simpatia e ci ha anche cosentino di fare un che-out ritardato.
La casa è bella, spaziosa, pulita ed ha un bellissimo giardino/patio, nel quale abbiamo fatto la colazione.
Unica pecca, la nostra vacanza è stata troppo breve, per il resto abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno.
Torneremo sicuramente..

El único pero que le puedo poner es que la cocina no estaba del todo limpia, pero por lo demás todo genial.

Ubicación Inmejorable
La casa está ubicada en pleno centro de la isla y perfectamente comunicada para ir a cualquier sitio. Se encuentra a 1 minuto andando de San Ferrán, un pueblecito con encanto y buenos sitios para ir a comer o cenar.
La casa es muy luminosa y muy amplia y tiene una terraza con mucho encanto, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Una pega es que los enchufes de la cocina no funcionaban y por lo tanto el microondas tampoco funcionaba, no obstante informamos a Vincent y suponemos que ya lo habrá solucionado.
Agradecer a Vincent que nos diera todo tipo de facilidades, tanto para la entrada como para la salida de la casa.
La casa cumplió nuestras expectativas.

Formentera con amigas
Hemos estado 7 amigas un fin de semana, la casa fenomenal, amplia, limpia y con un patio ideal para cenar. Lo único a puntualizar es que la casa no es privada, arriba hay otro apartamento y, en nuestro, caso eso nos condicionó a no poder charlas a gusto en el jardín y poner algo de música. Aún así, la casa es fantástica. Gracias a Vicente por ofrecernos hasta su casa privada por si queríamos poner música por la noche 😊 todo fabuloso, volveremos seguro.

Vivienda y anfitrión perfectos
Una experiencia maravillosa y para repetir. Vicente un anfitrión muy bueno, servicial y atento. Cuando llegamos nos ayudo con las maletas y el día de vuelta nos facilito poder guardar las maletas.
Sin duda repetiremos con el la próxima vez que vayamos a formentera.

Hemos estado muy bien en la casa, está bien equipada y con un porche interior muy agradable. Cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado, enseguida Vicen nos ha atendido. Muy agradecidos!

Está muy bien que según la gente que se va a alojar en la casa te adapten el precio, como solamente éramos dos nos dejó una habitación abierta y las otras dos cerradas, pero disponíamos de los dos baños y toda la casa y espacios exteriores. Como nosotros teníamos las bicis el patio nos era muy cómodo

Parfait séjour
La maison est très bien placée à l'entrée de San Ferran dans une ruelle calme. San Ferran et supermarché du coin sont accessibles à pieds. Spacieuse maison très propre, impeccable pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, avec une grande terrasse pour des dîners dehors. Vicent est aussi flexible et très sympathique également! Je recommande cette maison. Bon séjour!

No podía ser mejor, la casa es preciosa, cómoda, grande, limpia y la ubicación es genial. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido muy buena y ha estado pendiente de nosotras en todo momento para resolver cualquier problema. Repetiríamos sin duda. Gràcies Vicent!

Espectacular casa en formentera
Íbamos un grupo de 6 amigas y nos ha encantado la casa. Tiene una terraza súper amplia para poder hacer cenas y comidas.
También la cocina está totalmente equipada incluso tiene cafetera de cápsulas, algo que nos encanto. Los baños totalmente reformados y todo muy nuevo y limpio. Sin duda, repetiremos el año que viene en esta casa si está disponible en las fechas en las que queramos ir a Formentera. 100% recomendable.

Estancia corta pero muy agradable
Ideal para escapada corta con los amigos!!! Muy limpio,bonita terraza y Vincent muy amable y educado. Lo único que se atascó el wáter y la lavadora no funcionaba, Vincent se ofreció a repararla pero como fueron pocos días no importó.

We made WhatsApp contact with the owner before the holiday. The owner met us at the port to take us to the property and showed us the local supermarkets and bike/car hire. Supermarkets are within easy walking distance.
We had the whole ground floor, no one was living upstairs.
The ground floor was spacious and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable.
This was the first time my wife and I hadn't hired a car on holiday. We enjoyed walking, and there were plenty of walking routes to either nearby coast. Sant Ferran seems to be on every bus route, and timetables are online. We also hired bikes for other excursions.
A few minor negatives: There is plenty of crockery in the kitchen, but it might be a bit short of some cooking utensils if cooking for a larger family. The kitchen sink drains slowly.
We had some heavy rain in late Autumn and this led to electrical trip-outs. However the electrician arrived within 30 minutes of the call-out and identified the problem and fixed it.
The owner was away when we returned to the UK, but the recommended taxi firm didn't let us down with a 7 am booking on a Sunday morning.

Todo excelente, la casa, la atención de Vicent y demás. Solo un detalle, parte de la casa es un piso que si bien no se comunican entre sí, le quita privacidad. A nosotros no nos generó ningún inconvenientes, pero por ejemplo tratábamos de hacer poco ruido cuando llegábamos tarde por la noche para no molestar. Por lo demás, todo 10 puntos!
