Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this beautiful multi-floor townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and multiple private balconies – each one with great patio furniture. With a private elevator and two car under-unit garage, you will have all of the privacy you desire. Demere Landing #127 has everything you need for an island getaway! The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and everything you could possibly need for preparing in-home dinners during your stay. The spacious living room features a 48" high-definition Smart TV – perfect for your Netflix binge, and a book library. The dining room seats 6 with two additional spots at the breakfast bar. This unit has three bedrooms – the master bedroom has a king size bed, guest bedroom boasts a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. Just in case you need a little more room, the sofa is a sleeper! Each bedroom has flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, nice bedding and private balcony access. Demere Landing Condominiums are located in a great south-island location near the village, beach, shopping, and restaurants. You will find yourself surrounded by lush landscaping situated in a peaceful and relaxing environment, complete with lagoons and a community pool. CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). • Dogs are welcome in this unit for an additional $50/pup non-refundable pet fee. (Limit 2) • Parking for two vehicles is available under the unit in the garage. • ½ mile to the closest public beach access, .9 mile to Pier and Village Areas Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families. What to Expect in your Unit: • There are 5 TVs located in this property. • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest. Bedding Includes: 1 - King 1 - Queen 2 - Twin 1 - Sleeper Sofa Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee. Property location convenient for biking anywhere you wanted to go. Very comfortable accommodations. Other reviews were concerned pet stains however only saw a samll area in one bedroom and there was no pet odor. Property was very clean and well maintained. A bonus was the garage for bikes and beach gear. Would stay again.

Huge condo with plenty of room for 6 adults. Added bonus of an office with a pull out sofa bed so even more sleeping room that expected. Well stocked kitchen and nicely furnished unit. Will definitely consider staying in this unit again! Owners do need to consider new flooring upstairs.

Big condo with lots of space. Not clean upon arrival-even after cleaning crew left. Inadequate towels/bedding for 8 people. Real Escapes office staff met those needs promptly. Nice condo community and we love St Simons been going there for years.

The moment we entered the condo we knew we had made a mistake. The carpet was the dirtiest most disgusting carpet I'd ever seen in my life. There were more stains than carpet. I refused to take my shoes for the entire time I was there.

Demere Landing #127 has beautiful curb appeal. It was a pleasant surprise to have a personal elevator to take us up 3 floors. The two car garage was an added bonus. Each floor was wonderfully decorated and updated. The rental accommodated my family of 5, my sister and my nephew, and parents. Everyone had plenty of room. It was nice to have a full size kitchen to prepare food for our family reunion. My only complaint is the sleeper sofas were not comfortable. You could feel the coils. They need to be updated. We had to buy air mattresses for our boys to sleep on after the first night. Thank you for providing a Home away from home.

The best vacation ever! Excellent accommodation. Everyone loved the spacious condo. Definitely a home away from home. We had a great time. For most of us, it was our first trip together. I have not stayed overnight with my aunt and cousins in years, I think I was a teenager. Anyway, the rental was very nice and it had lots of space and storeage. The walk to the beach was nice and not too far. We were able to cook and order out. The area is very nice and quiet. Neighbors were friendly and people around town were also friendly. This was a great trip because we were looking for a trip where we could hang out together and not worry about the area being over populated. Great town, great rental equals happy family.

We thoroughly cleaned when we arrived Dec 29, finding much long, light brown hair.The carpets looked as if someone had tossed coffee across the room and up the stairs. As requested a rug cleaning co. did a very good job in 30 minutes on Dec 30.But I only wiped the fridge shelves, upon arrival, and did not remove drawers, etc. On Feb 27 I cleaned the fridge, removing every drawer and shelf.There was more long lt brn hair in the bottom of the fridge!Since there are 4 different sizes of beds in the house it would help greatly if all sheets and blankets were marked T, F, Q or K.We never found a 2nd twin blanket.We had to replace many light bulbs AGAIN this year. Thanks to the new owners, who had a basket of light bulbs in the closet.Some of the upholstered furniture--which was new last year, has some bad stains.Also, it was nice to have deck furniture--though it was too cold to use it very much!
