In my opinion, tourist resort Ravni is hidden pearl of Istrian east coast. That is a small place on sea coast. There is a long beach, crystal clear water and untouched nature. It is a peacefull place without big traffic. Beach is 500 m long and it consists one large and many small beaches. There is caffe-bar, restaurant, playground, sport field and rent-a-boat servis. Resort Ravni is located from the local center, the town of Labin, about 20 km ( 20 min car ride ) and from the destination Rabac, 25 km ( 30 minutes car ride ). Tourist resort Ravni and our apartment, with stunning view of the sea and islands, is one of those special places where you can truly enjoy your holiday. Once you came to apatrment with your privat car, Rent-a-car or taxi service, you won't need it anymore. All you need is in the vicinity of the apartment. Very relaxing vacation in a not so crowded area. Small apartment but all the needed equipment and a great terrace with a fantastic view. The host is very polite and gave some tips about the neighborhood.
The beach is on 10 mins walking.

Der schönste Ausblick in ganz Ravni
Wir sind nun das zweite mal im Apartment Sea View gewesen und werden wiederkommen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie sein Engagement funktioniert prima. Er ist sehr bemüht bei jeder Frage zur Seite zu stehen und informiert steht’s über Ereignisse, welche im Ort oder der Umgebung geschehen.
Das Apartment ist mit allen was man benötigt ausgestattet und wird sehr sauber und ordentlich übergeben.
Die Lage des Apartments ist optimal. Man hat es nicht weit zum Strand und Restaurants und einen kleinen Laden hat man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreicht.
Die Terasse ist unglaublich und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Diese ist ausgestattet mit einem Tisch, Stühlen und zwei Liegen.

Ausgezeichnete Wohnung / Ausgezeichneter Vermieter
Wegen Straßenbauarbeiten konnten wir die gebuchte Wohnung in Ravni nicht nutzen und haben dann als Alternative eine bessere Wohnung des Vermieters in Medulin erhalten. Diese War sehr sauber, komplett ausgestattet und lag nur ca. 200 Meter vom Wasser entfernt. Weg zum Konzum (frische Brötchen) ca. 150 m, zu Plodine und Lidl ca. 1 km. Bis Pula (u.a. Amphitheater) sind es nur 10 km.

Wunderschön
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Fewo ist zwar klein, aber super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick, wie schon von so vielen anderen erwähnt, traumhaft. Im Oktober ist im Ort, bis auf den kleinen Supermarkt, alles geschlossen. Wir wollten Ruhe und haben sie in Ravni gefunden. Für Ausflüge in Istrien ein guter Startpunkt, alles innerhalb von 1 - 2 Stunden mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ach so, der Ordner von Ronald ist top. Da steht alles Sehenswerte drin. Aber auch das wurde ja bereits von vielen erwähnt. Ronald ist übrigens der Beste, sehr freundlich und gewissenhaft.
Fazit: Alles bestens, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nachteil ab 26. September : Im Ort waren die Bistros geschlossen und die Duschen am Strand abgebaut. Werden künftig um diese Zeit nicht mehr dort sein.

Sehr schöner Ausblick, unbezahlbar. Preis/Leistung in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für taugt für 2 Personen. Hundefreundlich. Aufmerksamer und sehr netter Vermieter. Ausführliche Infobroschüre vor Ort mit nützlichen Tipps. Der Weg von der Wohnung zum Strand endet direkt am Hundestrand. Perfekt für Hundebesitzer.
Für Wanderungen mit dem Hund bitte unbedingt beachten, dass Maulkorbpflicht in den Bussen besteht.

Die Terrasse war einfach morgens unser Highlight. Die Sonne, der Blick aufs Meer. Die Klimanalage war auch sehr wertvoll. Ronald war ein toller Gastgeber und die Wohnung war perfekt sauber.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, obwohl sie nicht besonders geräumig ist. Toll ist der große Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine. Der große Balkon ist auch wunderbar! Der tägliche Fußmarsch zum Strand ist mit kleinen Kindern doch etwas mühsam, obwohl der Strand an sich sehr schön ist. Ronald hat uns tolle Tips gegeben!

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern und mehr Stauraum/ Hängemöglichkeiten im Kinder Schlafzimmer wären noch schön ;-)

Traumblick
Ronald hat uns wieder sehr freundlich in seinem schönen Apartment empfangen. Kommunikation verlief wunderbar - schon vorab gab es rasche Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Das Apartment war super sauber, der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Ruhige sehr grüne Umgebung, und wenig Tourismus. Wir haben eine super heiße Woche erwischt, und uns über die perfekt funktionierende Klimaanlage gefreut. Die umliegenden Strände sind herrlich, die Menschen freundlich, und auch das grüne Innenland für Ausflüge empfehlenswert. Zur Grenzsituation für Österreich, genügt es derzeit einen Selbsttest zu machen, oder ihn bei Bedarf einfach in Österreich innerhalb von 24 Stunden nachzuholen.

Traumhafte Lage! Gemütliches Apartment
Wir haben als Familie in diesem Apartment zwei Wochen in April verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft: ganz ruhig und idyllisch; die Nähe zum Meer und die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Apartment aus sind hervorragen. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es Wanderwege und Biketrails. Für Sommerurlauber viele abwechslungsreiche Bademöglichkeiten.
Also wir kommen wieder gerne!

Das beste ist die Terrasse und die Aussicht
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich....die Wohnung ist sehr klein aber die Terrasse mit Ausblick hebt das wieder auf...das einzige was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist sind die Betten die sich wie Bretter anfühlen

Wunderbarer Urlaub!
Die Wohnung ist praktisch geschnitten, der Meerblick ist einfach einmalig, die Natur - fantastisch! Der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und nett. In der Küche hatte uns ein Wasserkocher gefehlt, Geschirrtuch und ein paar Topflappen wären auch nicht schlecht. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist ca 700 Meter, bis zu Pinienbucht ca 900 Meter, gutes Training für die Beinmuskulatur. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Istrien!

Der Vermieter war Sehr nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, besonders die Pinienbucht war wunderschön!
Die Wohnung ist klasse besonders auf dem Balkon haben wir viel Zeit verbracht.
Das einzige Manko ist die Küchenausstattung, wer gerne selber kocht, hat hier ein Problem. Wichtige Sachen wie Topflappen und Untersetzer, eine Schere, eine Grillzange, Schüsselchen etc. fehlen

Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vermieter ist extra für uns schon um 9.00 Uhr zum Öffnen der Wohnung vorbeigefahren. Dafür nochmal herzlichen Dank!!!
Wer Erholung und wenig Trubl am Strand sucht ist hier genau richtig.
Es gibt für Hunde einen megaschönen und großen Hundestrand, der sehr sauber ist, keine Hundehaufen etc.!
Auch die Möglichkeit zur Pinienbucht (Laufen ca 15 Minuten mit festem Schuhwerk) ist traumhaft schön, abgelegen und versteckt. Dort hat man durch den Wald viele Schattenplätze und ab 14.30 Uhr komplett Schatten, der ideale Ort um die herrliche Morgensonne zu tanken.
Im Ort ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen mit allem was man braucht, ein super leckeres Restauran (Bistro Ravni) und direkt am Meer eine Bar für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch, gekühlte Getränke und Eis to go, was will man mehr....
Wir haben nur die Pizzeria vermisst, die dieses Jahr wegen Corona geschlossen hatte...
Man sollte lediglich beachten, die nächst größere Stadt Labin mit Plodine, Lidl, Sparkauf und vielen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants ist 20 km entfernt und man fährt eine sehr kurvige und enge Straße und braucht ca 20 bis 30 Minuten dorthin.
Auf alle Fälle besuchen wir Ravni wieder!!!
Kleiner Tip an den netten Herrn Ilic, es wäre perfekt, wenn für 2 Wochen Aufenthalt 2 Spüllappen und 3 Geschirrtücher zur Verfügung stehen könnten. Ansonsten ist alles vor Ort. Bequeme Betten, Handtücher, Riesenkühlschrank + großes Gefrierfach.
Nochmals Danke für die wunderschönen erholsamen 2 Wochen.

In der Nachsaison sehr einsam
Leider hatte der für uns, als Entscheidungshilfe für dieses Objekt wichtige kleine Lebensmittelmarkt nicht geöffnet, sodass man für jeden Einkauf ca. 20 km sehr kurvige Straße fahren musste. Die Lokal am Ort waren leider auch alle geschlossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse wiegt da aber vieles auf... und jetzt kommt Jammern auf hohem Niveau... auch wenn der Blick aufs offene Meer fehlt, weil Cres so nah ist 😉 Eierbecher in Wohnung wären cool

Erholsamer Aufenthalt
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Hunden war die Größe des Objekted ausreichend. Der (Hunde-) Strand ist wirklich sehr gut vom Objekt aus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt.

So lange man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat. Alles in allem super schön.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir überlegen wieder zu kommen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und erholsam. Der Gastgeber sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit. Der absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse mit einem Wahnsinn Ausblick. Wenn man mit Kindern anreist, wäre für die Küche eine Spülmaschinen hilfreich. Da der kleine Supermarkt in der Ortschaft renoviert wurde, mussten wir für Semmeln zum Frühstück nach Labin fahren. Was schon etwas nervig ist. Trotzdem gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Unterbringung und sehr nette Gastgeber
Gleich nach der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich von unserem liebenswerten Gastgeber-Ehepaar mit einer Flasche Wein, wildem Spargel und vielen nützlichen Informationen empfangen.
Dank der hübschen, sauberen und komfortablen Wohnung und dem beschaulichen haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der Terrasse wurden wir mit einem sensationellen Ausblick gesegnet, den wir jeden Morgen - sogar an den Regentagen - genossen haben.
So verbrachten wir einen unserer schönsten Urlaube und konnten uns gut erholen.

Quiet and relaxing apartment on the wild east side of Istria
We (my wife, two kids and me) had a perfect stay at this cozy little apartment, it was very relaxing. Ronald took perfect care of us and gave us very good recommendations. We had a great time and will definitely return.
