Welcome to Beach Music, a magnificent home located directly off of Scenic 30A in Old Seagrove Beach. Spend lazy days at the private pool or head over to the beach and experience the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With boutiques and eateries just minutes away, you’ll find the location ideal for a fun-filled, sun-filled vacay! Beach Music is a gorgeous cottage-style home with five bedrooms and three and a half baths accommodating up to 16. An inviting floorplan, beautiful interior finishes, and covered porches combine to make this home the perfect retreat. Ground floor features include a cozy living room with a wet bar, a sleeper sofa, and two additional bedrooms, one housing a king bed with views of the private pool, the second featuring two custom twin over twin bunks. The second floor is truly the heart of the home, featuring a living room with a large flat-screen TV, sectional sofa, and cozy armchairs. Prepare snacks or three-course meals in the well-appointed kitchen with plenty of space for everyone. Join together for meals at the dining table, breakfast bar, or take in the sea air on the wrap-around balcony with plenty of seating. Three bedrooms await on the third floor, including a bright and airy bunk room with two twin bunks. The master bedroom and guest suite, both with king-sized beds, are spacious and beautifully decorated with direct access to another lovely wrap-around balcony. A washer and dryer are readily available for added convenience. Cool off in the pool, take advantage of the charcoal grill, and rent beach equipment at a discounted rate through Vacayzen. Walk to the beach, or take a five-minute drive west to Seaside and explore shopping and dining at its finest. Head east to experience The Hub, an entertainment district and gathering place the whole family will enjoy. It's all waiting for you at Beach Music in Seagrove Beach! Requests for pool heating must be submitted a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

We had two families with all boys (high school and college). There was a total of 12. The convenience of the location to the beach was amazing. But we didn’t realize the house was on 30A. Sometimes was a challenge pulling out of the circle driveway. House is a little bit older but overall was in good condition. Bring more dish towels. Only one was given. And refills for the dish brush. The 2nd floor was perfect for the kids to hang out in after parents went to bed. And we rented chairs and umbrellas that were delivered to the beach everyday for us through Beach Chair Rentals (Chip). Pool isn’t very big but was fine for a quick dip. We had a great time!

We like this house a lot and it’s our second time staying here. It’s close to the beach and has ample room for 2 families. 2 rooms with bunk beds for kids. The house could be better stocked with supplies especially in kitchen. Also really needs a space for pantry items- suggest a shelf or something to store pantry items in the kitchen. Overall the house is great!

Kitchen fridge not working upon arrival, food spoiled overnight, had to be thrown out. Property manager did offer to reimburse, but 10 people in a house with no refrigerator is a nightmare and it was not repaired by time we left. They supposedly ordered a new one. Paid for pool heating, didn’t work until very last day- they called a pool repair guy, took 2 visits- $180 completely wasted. Property itself a great location, just never had a rental property with so many issues. We always enjoy our VRBO properties, but this one was managed by a private local company that didn’t have responsive repairmen. Overall we enjoyed the beach and our friends, just a HUGE hassle using coolers and the two mini-fridges on site, couldn’t hold the milk, eggs, and other food.

Great location! Close to beach and other places. Pool was very nice and relaxing. House was big enough and spacious. Dishes were dirty though so we had to clean them before using them. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Short beach walk through the mangroves . I paid to get pool heated and it literally took until Wednesday to accomplish that. The guys came out on Wednesday and still wasn’t turned on although they were nice and said they would . Pool had lots of sand in bottom and no vacuum on property .
The built in 1st floor bunk beds aren’t that long if you have tall people using them . Nice home and parking for about 3 cars max .
Also LOTS of steps !
Overall recommend. Love love the location .

This property was absolutely amazing! The house was clean and had all necessary kitchen items! The kids loved the pool at the end of the day! It was clean and the perfect size for our 2 families. The walk to the beach is short, and so easily accessible. The kids were able to run back and forth if they needed to grab something. We are already planning our next visit!

Only negatives would be the master upstairs bed mattress needs to be replaced (noisy, slumped) and outdoor shower knobs are broken. Great layout for families with kids! Lots of space to play and eat. This place was wonderful. Lots of room for everyone! Very close walk to the beach! Only negatives would be the master upstairs bed mattress needs to be replaced (noisy, slumped) and outdoor shower knobs are broken. Great layout for families with kids! Lots of space to play and eat. Our family has stayed in many homes/condos in this area. This house is perfect for a large family or multiple families staying together. The pool is quite small but most are in the area. However, our pool stayed pretty dirty due to the leaves and such. We also had to add water to the pool once because the water level was low. Some of the interior is outdated but very clean on the inside. If you need a large house in a good location this is the one! Also, the kitchen was very well stocked.

Perfect location to nearby Seaside and the HUB. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. Anything your needed you could pop right back up to the house and come right back down. The pool is nice with a full enclosed shower with both hot and cold water. The washing the sand off station was adorable on the palm tree right outside of the gate. The couch could stand to be replaced. It is pretty broken down and has a rip in the back. The other two chairs need to be steam cleaned and you can see the dark spots on the arms etc. There is construction going on across the street that woke us up early but that won't be there for long. The road noise at night could be annoying at time since you are steps away from the road. Overall experience was great.

The house was perfect for our family! Such a quick walk to beach. We really enjoyed the pool. We had a bad storm one night and the pool was really dirty and I called about it and someone came and cleaned the pool that day! Very impressed with the service!!! Planning on booking for next summer when we get our schedules together.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Music! Tidy, sheets on the bed, definitely a few outlets that could use rewiring but otherwise was exactly as we saw in the pictures. We appreciated that the kitchen was very well equipped and the presence of a few beach chairs was an added bonus. The beach was an easy (and pretty) 2-minute walk and short drives to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Beautiful weekend
We had a wonderful stay at Beach Music for a long weekend with friends and family. We had a total of 5 adults and 7 children ages 3-11 and the house was perfect for us. It is just as shown in the pictures with a perfect layout for large groups/multiple families. The location is amazing and the walk to the beach is short and also enchanting

There are a few issues with the house, dryer did not work, leaky sink, no linens on the bed, most of the electric outlets in the bathrooms did not work, but we had a good time

We had a great holiday week at Beach Music! The house was in a great location with easy access to the beach and a short bike ride into seaside. The house was great for 2 families and a grandparent. My only request would be a dustpan and some upgrades to the cookware.

Great location and beautiful house.
The house was great. The only drawback was that the pool wasn’t very clean and the pool cleaner didn’t come back as he said he would. There were also 3 missing remote controls for TVs.

Great house, extremely convenient to the beach with private walkway leaving fenced in pool area.
We loved the house. Great location for a quite family getaway! Easy beach access, great cozy pool. Close to Seagrove shops and food.

Very nice looking place with easy access to beach
We were pleased with the house! It is spacious and very clean. Kitchen is packed with items to cook with, but does lack a pantry which was tough with lots of food having to be left on counters. The walls are thin, so loud noises do travel. Parking is plentiful.
The location is excellent with the house being in walking distance to Seaside and stores.
Managers are very responsive and helped to ensure all questions and needs were answered immediately, even on Saturday and Sunday.
