Śniadanie bardzo dobre. W niemieckich hotelach ciężko się do czegokolwiek przyczepić, jest to wszystko przemyślane i solidne. Podoba mi się strefa relaksu dla dzieci, podczas pakowania samochodu - dziecko może się zająć sobą.
Brak wody w butelkach w pokoju. Brak czajniczka i możliwości zaparzenia sobie herbaty/ kawy w pokoju. To są proste i tanie rzeczy a bardzo by ucieszyły Klientów. Schodzenie na dół do wspólnej strefy nie zawsze zmęczony Klient ma siłę i ochotę żeby jechać windą na dół po butelkę wody lub herbaty. Brak możliwości ładowania samochodu elektrycznego przed hotelem - a może nie zauważyłem ??? Podczas kiedy jestem na śniadaniu i nie wymeldowałem się room service wchodzi i sprząta - powinni mieć informację, że pokój jest jeszcze zajęty i nie wolno im wchodzić do momentu aż Klient się wymelduje.

Die Toilettenspülung der anderen Zimmer sind sehr laut.

Das Frühstück ist akzeptabel. Die Kaffeemaschinen werden leider nicht zeitnah nachgefüllt. Das Buffet ist chaotisch aufgebaut. Das Zimmer ist schmuddelig und schmutzig. Es gibt nicht einmal ein Wäschebeutel für die Gäste. Preis/Leistung sehr miserabel.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort. Die Zimmer(auch das Bad) sind zwar etwas klein, aber sehr sauber und für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen ok. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und auch beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Rezeption und Bar sind rund um die Uhr besetzt. Die Lage ist top,man ist in 3 Minuten an der U Bahn/ S Bahn Haltestelle. Wir waren in ca 20 Minuten am SI Center (Tarzan und Tina Turner Musicals). Auch das Zentrum von Stuttgart ist so gut zu erreichen.
Als Frau hätte ich mich im Bad über einen Kosmetikspiegel und etwas mehr Ablagefläche gefreut und das Regal für die Kleidung ist relativ klein. Aber bei 2 Nächten reicht es aus.

Alles perfekt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Kaffee und Wasser sind kostenlos. Sehr modern und sauber. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.

Cleanliness was good
The room was very noisy, the walls were shaking everyone someone closed a door on the hallway am the room was situated directly above the terrace. Additionally, the fire alarm went off at 23:30 at night, most of the guests went outside but no one of the staff was present.

Staff very friendly and ready to help. Plenty of sitting area in the lobby and outside. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Room was welcoming and clean.
Room walls very thin as you could hear most of what was being said in connecting room.

Great location, nearby parking garage a block away automated for guests by license plate. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast had nice variety.
Check in and check out were very slow. Seems they need to hire one additional receptionist for how busy the reception area is. Printer down at check out, no receipt. Room was above dining area and a bit loud at 23:00.
