In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reasons we are taking the following actions: Hand sanitizer and protection mask available in the property upon arrival Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs. Change all our linen and towels after every stay. Use one good product to disinfect surfaces all around the property. Situated in residential area of Alvôr, this delightful new house is on two floors. The ground floor has two bedrooms, in suite a very large living/dining room with patio doors overlooking the terrace and pool. The fully equipped kitchen leads into a covered terrace area which has a built-in barbeque around the corner. The pool has shallow section for children. Pool furniture and the alfresco eating facilities on the covered terrace are in teak and fittings throughout the house are of very good quality. On the floors is the master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom and a further twin bedded room with en-suite shower room bathroom. Both these bedrooms have a small veranda with partial sea view. A car port is provided for guest's cars. .. The villa is air-conditioned. Within walking distance of centre of Alvôr (200 metres approx.) and just 1 Kilometre from the beach at Alvôr, this delightful villa is finished and furnished to a very high standard. Our stay at the villa was lovely and we will definitely come back again, if possible. The beautiful villa lies in a quiet neighbourhood in Alvor and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the next big supermarket, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our holiday with the big pool, nice barbecues and lovely days at the beach of Alvor. Thank you for everything, dear Lena! Best wishes from all of us!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa is located right in the heart of Alvor and so is convenient to all amenities. The pool itself and the pool accessories are of the highest standard. We loved our stay and would not hesitate in recommending the property. Lena is a lovely lady and so very helpful....we loved our chats with her!

We’ve just had the most amazing stay at the villa. Everything was perfect and Maria Helena was kind enough to stay up when we didn’t arrive until midnight due to a cancelled flight. The location is fantastic and the villa was so well equipped with everything you would need. Thank you so much for looking after us x

We had a great time at the house. Plenty of room for the extended family. The pool area is excellent and having a child’s pool was a welcome bonus for our 18 month old grandson. Already looking to book again for next year.

We loved staying at this property as it was beautiful; large well decorated rooms, well stocked gourmet kitchen and gorgeous outdoor area with private pool and dining
area. It was paradise and Lena was friendly,
efficient and kind!

Beautiful villa in a great location near to shops, beach, restaurants etc. The villa was spotless, with lots of room for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. The outside area was magnificent with great sized pool for all to enjoy and lovely seating areas, BBQ and sun loungers. Maria Helena was an excellent host and we will be returning.

We stayed a week with family of six in this luxurious villa. Beautiful bedrooms, each one decorated individually, big terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen plus outside barbecue - and all of that in short walking distance to the village of Alvor. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this wonderful place!

Lena was fabulous and made everything so easy. The property was lovely and had everything you needed. The villa is in a perfect locations, so close to the village, shops and beach. Will definitely be returning again soon!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in this amazing villa. Lena the owner has been super helpful, right from the initial enquiry, to booking our taxi from the airport, to hosting us at her lovely villa. The villa itself is a true home from home, we were a party of 6 adults and 1 child and the facilities were perfect, we all had our own bathrooms, which made our time there much more comfortable. The bedroom, kitchen, dining room, pool and bbq were all perfect, we had everything we needed! There is a massive supermarket in walking distance which meant we didn’t need a car. The town of alvor is also a few minutes walk away, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach is also in walking distance which was fantastic. Thanks Lena for a wonderful stay, we hope to return as soon as we can!

We fell in love with this lovely villa when viewing it last year. It is spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy for friends/family. The owner is so lovely, warm and helpful. To improve any future stay we feel this villa could do with a little make-over and update by way of furnishings, crockery, glassware etc otherwise a beautiful villa. Thank you.

The Villa could not be in a better location, a few minutes walk to the town centre and a few minutes from the supermarket.
It is a very nice size and has everything you need. Lena was a great host and very accommodating, one call and she was round going above and beyond.
Will definitely be coming back.

We had a great family stay at this villa with our two young children. Lena is a great host and met us on arrival to show us around and made us feel very welcome. The villa is excellent with a fantastic swimming pool and shallow kids pool surrounded by a large terrace and outside seating. There is also a cupboard full of buckets, spades and pool toys which our children loved. The villa is in a great quiet friendly location but only a sort walk into town and onto the beach.
We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to stay there again.
