Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. The two villas are in the area of Otzia and are set on a 4,000sq meters plot of land. Each villa has its own infinity swimming pool. Villa 1 , which is 190sq metes, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a w/c, three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. There is also a separate guest house with a bedroom which has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people and a bathroom with a shower. Villa 2, which is 265sq meters, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms with showers, one w/c. Villa 2 also has three guest houses, two of them have bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms with showers. The third guest house has 2 double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The villas will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
