Available for short let’s in season and longer term let’s off season, the house is a three bedroomed holiday home located in the picturesque heritage village of Dunmore East. The house sleeps six people and is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, CD player, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and hand dryer. It has two bathrooms and two ensuites. The main bathroom and main bedroom ensuite have been newly renovated in July 2021 to include two modern shower facilities. The house is located in the landscaped Harbour Village and has all the requirements for your holiday needs. There is a bright conservatory adjoining the kitchen which is excellent for relaxing , reading etc. There is a patio space where you can relax (with an outdoor patio set and barbecue). There is a king side double bed in the main bedroom with views of the sea and two twin rooms.There is also a sitting room with a wood burning stove! The house is located within just behind the Main Street of the village ( which contains restaurants,shops, bar, cafe)and 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The adventure centre (to keep children/ teenagers entertained) and the harbour are just 5 minutes walk away. Access to the Waterford Greenway is 15 mins drive away. The Comeragh Mountains and numerous other beaches are within driving distance.

Our stay was very comfortable. Our host was very good and thorough with communication and provided a folder with all relevant information a guest from out of town would require. Close proximity to all services and amenities the house had everything you would want for your stay.

Difficult to find the property initially since it was tucked back in a neighborhood. The hosts were good at responding and assisting with location. Once found was a delightful property, close proximity to the town. My teen nieces enjoyed walking to the beaches, shops and town. A great time was had by all and we would highly recommend.

The home looks great in the pictures but is even better in real life, we loved it and it felt like home as everything you needed was there.
Gorgeous rooms with lovely comfortable beds and quality bedding. Powerful showers. Spotlessly clean.
Theresa goes out of her way to make you welcome and it was all perfect.
Local cafes, bars, restaurants and shops all within a short walking distance along with a great bus route to Waterford.
We will be back if you will have us again.

Stayed over the Easter break, the host was lovely and was very informative of everything while we stayed there and helpful when we needed to find out about a few things about the house. It was home from home. Location was great. Would highly recommend staying there. We will definitely come back to this property again.

The property is very spacious and airy. We practically spent all our time in one area - the Kitchen/Dining/Conservatory with direct access to the patio seating area. As you would expect, the kitchen came fully equipped with all the modern appliances. There is also a nice sized utility room. The master bedroom has a wonderful view to the seafront and horizon beyond. It is also en suite and includes a great shower.
The house is located within a 3 min walk to town and the local mini market (Costcutter) - which sells superb fresh fish on most days of the week.
Dunmore East is a wonderful little town with lots to do and see there - This property is perfectly fitted out and positioned for you to take full advantage of its virtues.

This is an amazing house filled with light, in a great location. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the property owner is very responsive and friendly. The only things that could be inproved in this (and most vacation homes) are the selections of pots and pans and sharpness of the kitchen knives (i enjoy cooking). There is one floor tile in the kitchen that makes a surpising sound when you step on it. (You'll know it when you hear it... :)). Would absolutely recommend this house to all. Thanks, C.

Overall we had a very enjoyable experience. The facilities in the house were excellent. However the showering facilities werent great. There was only one shower working which was very small and the water didnt stay hot for more then a couple of minutes per shower which was tricky as a family of 5.

Amazing stay in a fantastic property
Myself, my husband, our 10 month old twins and my parents had a wonderful stay in Theresa's house. The location is second to none - a very quiet estate but less than a five minutes walk to the town and 15 minutes to the beach. The house was spotlessly clean (very reassuring given these Covid times) - the photos really don't do it justice, it was much bigger than expected and had everything we needed, the outdoor furniture and patio area was great and the travel cot and highchair much appreciated! Theresa was very quick to respond to all messages and requests and flexible about check in/check out times... we hope to return :) (Note to anyone visiting with toddlers - it is all wooden floors and tiles so bring some mats/carpet if you have crawlers!)

Delight in Dunmore East
A clean, comfortable, well-equipped house in a beautiful part of south-eastern Ireland. The house is situated close to all the local amenities with some lovely views from the patio and main bedroom. Instructions from the owner re-key access, heating/hot water, kitchen and laundry equipment and other required pieces of information were clear and concise. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. We hope to return.

Great location in dunmore east and the house is spacious and Bright.
Really handy they had a high chair and travel cot for the baby and the host was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Lovely week in a great house
We were delighted with the house and it’s location. It was spacious, bright and clean and the location was great. We had a great week in Dunmore East, swam every day, explored the area and walked along the cliffs.
I recommend the house.

Lack of amenities
We were happy with the house and location; however, we only had 4 bath towels and less than 1 roll of toilet paper for the week. While there was a large notebook with information, we were unable to figure out the radiators so we had no heat. There is an immersion system for the water so showers were limited to less than five minutes. This is a nice property but lacking basic necessities. The house was difficult to locate because the house nos. We’re on the patio door and not the front door. Theresa is very nice and was accommodating.

Beautiful place to stay in the quaint village of Dunmore East
The home is very nice, up to standards, we enjoyed our stay very much. Our older kids could walk to playground from the house, and the walk to the beach was not too bad.

The house is in a super location, close to the harbour , beach, restaurants and shops.
The owner was extremely helpful and made some adaptations so that 6 adults could be comfortably accommodated.

Very Comfortable Home in Excellent Location
This home was very comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the mattresses and linens--one doesn't always find comfortable beds in a rental home. These were top-notch. Also, the house holds heat very well. We were warm and comfortable in the dead of winter. The owner was kind enough to put up baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. There were also toys for our one-year-old to play with, a portable crib, and a high chair.
The owner was readily-available and immediately helpful even though it was Christmas.
The home is in an excellent location, a short walk to shops, restaurants, pubs, and a park.

Fantastic location, great house
Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful sea views from the master bedroom. The reception rooms were really spacious. We barely used the living room as most of our time was in the kitchen. Kitchen was bright and airy and well stocked plus has a dishwasher which is great when on holidays. High chair and plastic cutlery and bowls were very handy with a toddler. The location was really central in Dunmore East. Minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Also there are 2 shower rooms, a bathroom and wc downstairs in a very handy utility room with a washing machine.The host answered all our questions quickly and was very helpful. We would certainly go back.

Angenehmes Haus in einer Siedlung oberhalb des Ortes. Läden, Restaurants, Hafen und Strände sind zu Fuss leicht zu erreichen.
Haus ist pragmatisch aber gut ausgestattet. Für uns war alles da, was man braucht.

Beautiful house in a great location
Dunmore East is a fantastic place, with beaches, harbour, good pubs and restaurants. The house is located only a few minutes walk from the centre, but in a quiet location. Dunmore East itself is a great base to tour the surrounding area.
The house is spacious and the rooms are lovely. It wasn't clear when I read the description, but there are two bedrooms en-suite as well as a sink in the third (and a downstairs toilet).
We're already thinking of going back!
