This one bedroom apartment 67sq m is for rent on a daily basis. Only 4,7 km to Reykjavik center. Pick up included at the city bus terminal upon arrival. The check out time is 12:00 a' clock. The check in time is between 14:00-16:00 but later if you wish. The 67sq meter apartment has 1 bedroom and a fold out couch in the living room, fully functional kitchen with kitchen supplies and a bathroom with a shower. Wireless internet. The house was built in 2007 A car is included in the rent of the apartment, it's a used Mitsubishi Lancer station wagon and all you pay for is the gas. Washing machine and dryer, Internet.Cable TV. Safe.

The apartment was as advertised, very comfortable, plenty of room, nice hot shower, and even a washer/dryer combination. The big benefits of this rental are the use of the car and the transportation that the host (Siggi) provides to and from the airport (for a fee). It was so convenient to not have to worry about transportation. I highly recommend using the transport service he provides. The conversations you'll experience are worth it. We chose this location based on the reviews from others and they all had such great experiences with the hosts. They provided more than a place to stay and a car, but a home away from home. <3

The apartment/house was small, but tidy and sufficient. We had a few little hiccups (internet password, check engine and oil lights on the dash of the car)…Siggi was quick to reply to our inquiries and the car did great while we were there. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Reykjavik this house isn’t your best option…but if you want to be by the water and some good walking then this house is for you. Great home, great host, and the access to the car is very nice. We would stay here again!

Siggi and his wife are so kind. Great place and location in Reykjavik. The ocean is a short walk from the VRBO. Siggi does charge to pick you up from the airport and take you back. As one review commented, totally worth it, but do have cash for him, it was $250. With the car included in our room, I feel like we did come out ahead. Iceland is such a beautiful country. Loved it ❤️

Siggi is a perfect and extremely kind host, and the home is a wonderful starting point to explore Iceland. Seltjarnarnes is a great place, with the grotta lighthouse, bird shores, the Kvika footbath and the wonderful hill panoramic view in short walking distances. The bikes and the very close bus station are perfect for Reykjavik, and the robust Subaru kindly provided by Siggi lead us to many incredible experiences. Thanks a lot for wonderful holidays!

Great apartment, close to Reykjavik. Siggi, the host, offered to pick us up at the airport (for a reasonable fee) and the use of the car made the stay so much more enjoyable to not have to worry about transportation. 5-10 minute drive to City Center, or a 30-ish minute walk. He pointed out good places to eat and get groceries, and even let us rest in a different apartment until ours was ready. Great stay, wonderful hosts! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying here to explore Reykjavik and the Golden Circle. Our hosts were so kind, including directing us to a playground the kids loved and the more affordable grocery stores. Apartment was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the maps that were available as we planned our excursions each day.

This place fit my husband 11 year old daughter, and I perfectly. It was super close to Reykjavik, very short, five minute drive to all the action. I love that it was so close to the ocean and walking paths. There was a lot to see just on that little peninsula. The house was super clean. The kitchen was just the right size. And we had plenty of space for the three of us. The best part was the use of the car. That was a significant savings for us while we traveled. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I’ve already shared about it with my friends who are planning a trip to Iceland. We even got picked up and dropped off from the airport which, although we paid more for in our opinion was well worth it. It reduced a lot of our stress. Especially with our odd flight times.

Clean, well appointed, great location and Siggi is such a pleasure to deal with. Having a car provided was so convenient and gave us such flexibility to do what we wanted, when we wanted. Iceland is magical! Loved every minute of it.

Loved our stay at this apartment. Ideal, quiet location just a few minutes drive from central Reykjavik or catch the bus which passes by the apartment. Supermarket is close by and you can step out for a walk along the coast.
Our host Siggi was friendly, informative and keen to make sure we had a good stay.
Siggi also picked us up from the airport and dropped us off for a reasonable cost, which simplified our travel.
Would be happy to stay here again and would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Iceland. The home was in the perfect location just a few minutes from downtown Reykjavik and a short walk to a beautiful view of the ocean and local lighthouse. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The use of their car and Siggi’s offer to transfer us back and forth to the airport was all very convenient. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to visit again!

This place was great and cozy. With the inclusion of the car, the location was perfect as it is not within walking distance of many places. Area was quiet and neighbors were all very nice.
Siri was absolutely fantastic. He picked us up from the airport (for a fee of course) and dropped us off at the blue lagoon on our way out. He had great stories about his home and anything you needed to know- he would tell you.

Siggi made our trip to Iceland so easy. He picked us up at the airport for $110, which we thought was a deal. Siggi also showed us where the grocery store was in his neighborhood. We saved lots of money and hassle by buying food there and eating at the apartment. We also enjoyed using the car to drive out to the Blue Lagoon - again a money and time saver. Also, we used his car to go into Reykjavik, which was just a short drive away. Siggi also gave us a ride to the bus station to meet our hiking partners, which was a huge help. The apartment is clean and comfortable - I highly recommend staying there!

We started our Journey at this place, it could not have been better! It has everything one would need (complete kitchen, hot shower, washing mashine, comfy beds), it is super clean, and the hosts are incredible friendly and helpful. The location is near to the city, but has its own perks like a Lighthouse and a tiny hot spring in proximity. Things are so easy to reach with the car, that Siggi and his wife are lending. Over all, this was a wonderful stay.

Our host greeted us at the airport and gave us a short driving tour on the way to the apartment. It was very clean and a good size with a nice kitchen. Easy walking distance to ocean side walking trails and an easy drive into Reykjavik. We would visit again and recommend to friends.

Siggi and his friends are absolutely wonderful and the apartment is in the perfect location if you want to see the Northern Lights. It's only a few minutes from the lighthouse in a very nice neighborhood; and the neighborhood is only a little ways from downtown Reykjavik. Perfect location. And the use of his car is such a convenience. Siggi had his friends pick us up and bring us back to the airport since he was in Spain. The design of the shower is a little challenging; we learned to build a dam to keep the water from going all over the bathroom floor.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It is nestled in a wonderful location with the ocean just blocks away. It is sunfilled and beautiful by day and cozy and private at night. I would highly recommend this location and space to anyone as there is a bus stop just steps outside that will take you to downtown Reykjavik.

Fantastic accommodation and location with a great host. It was very clean and Siggi was very friendly and flexible with the airport pick-up and return. It’s a few minutes drive to the centre of Reykjavik and the coast line at either end of the accommodation’s street is simply beautiful. The apartment and car offer amazing value for Iceland. I am very thankful to Siggi and his wife for the memories we have of an incredible island. Highly recommended.

Great vacation, hosts and apartment!
We stayed here with our 16 year old son. The pick up and drop off at the airport is a nice added feature -just make sure you have some leftover cash! We had to pay in US ($210 but worth every cent ). Use of the car was awesome too! We did day trips and were able to do the Golden Circle, Blue Lagoon, Visit the waterfalls and glacier on the way to Vik (Black sand beach). The apartment was clean and nice. We made breakfast and packed lunches to go. You can explore all day and night with the "Midnight Sun". Such a fun vacation and friendly and helpful hosts!

Wonderful Host and Setting!
Siggi phoned before our arrival to welcome us. He picked us up at the airport and gave us an orientation tour on the way to his place. The home is clean and so comfortable! I walked on the beach a minute from the house. The car is great for getting around Reykjavik. We will return!

Bed is very comfortable and kitchen is fully equipped. Plus, this apartment came with a car! Our hosts, Siggi and Nanna were the best! They were very informative, helpful, and made sure we had a wonderful time. We will be back!

Fabulous Apartment & Experience - Reykjavik
Siggi and Nanna apartment was very clean and ready upon arrival. We arrived earlier than check-in and were welcomed into the apartment. For two Americans visiting Iceland for the first time, Siggi went to extra mile to make sure we know our surroundings on Day 1. One the way to the airport, he gave us a ride and again went the extra mile to do some sight seeing at his own time, given that we had ample time to get to airport. Having use of a car was very nice. I would recommend this apartment with no reservations

I can't say enough nice things about our experience with this host and at is property. His apartment has everything we needed and more, it truly is a home away from home. Siggy let us use his car which allowed us to go on many adventures! Siggy works very hard to make sure your experience in his country is a positive one. He is a wealth of Icelandic knowledge and will take the time to share everything he knows! You won't regret staying here, so do it already and BOOK here! P.S. Siggy also offers a service to provide a ride to and from the airport for a fee, which is totally worth every penny!

This was a spacious unit.
It was nice to have the ability to cook. Always eating out can be expensive. The house was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.
The house was also only a block away from the ocean and a bus stop. Taking the bus was easy as Reykjavík is not a huge city.
We used the car to orient ourselves and the whole city could be reached in less than 10 minutes. Our hosts Sigge and Nana were lovely. They made us feel like new neighbours in just a week.
If we return to Iceland we will definitely try to stay here again.OK
