The Family room is very spacious. Air conditioning was wonderful. All rooms have air conditioning. The crib is already provided. We didn‘t have to ask. Meaning they paid attention who are their guest. There‘s also soap and bath basin for the baby. Kitchen utensils are also provided. Very quiet area but Big C and food stores are a few meters away. Staff are so nice.
Breakfast doesn‘t have a lot of choices.

Modern hotel ,Clean rooms,nice shower and great cleaners ! Reception staff super friendly
and On first impression nice modern clean hotel with super soft beds .Very near a big C with loads of shops and food outlets .
Breakfast a disaster ! NO fantastic buffet as advertised on booking.com during our stay. 1 big reason for choosing this place ! We had 3 choices of thai only menu and had to specify an exact time to eat which is rediculous .1 chance of making a british breakfast was a total disaster ! 1 very burnt egg ,2 pieces of packet ham ,1 cold saveloy ,2 pieces of white bread and 1 smothered in marmalade yukkk, Coffee available but no milk !!!! .Cant get my head round all the plates drying outside on a manky old unhygenic table. Pool not maintained properly as it was green at one point staff stupidly said it was the trees above tut tut .Very low quality single glazed windows with no rubber seals so noisey rooms .Near main road and very mad noisey drivers race up and down until early hours! you have been warned !!! .The local Cockerill will also wake you up early and keep going grrrrrr .Security guard was great when he was awake ! Fast asleep when we arrived in late a few times .Hotel is nice but just too far from the beach.A long walk down hill and back up on manky dangerous pavements. Very few baht buses so no good if your not fit.Our legs did suffer we simply didnt want to pay for taxis every day !

Quiet location, however very close to the BigC which was fantastic. Close to minivans and all the night action.
Fridge in room did not work, had to leave our things in fridge at reception

The staff, room size, cleanliness was superb and very good location.
Needs more soundproofing and the pillows were a bit stiff.

Very nice, clean, spacious room. Thai-style breakfast was delicious. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is good and free.

Little dirty pool and bed too mellow. I just advice the HK to turn it in another side. 😊

The room is clean, the bed is very big, the toilet is clean. They even provided a beach bag and tumbler for the guests, which quite thoughtful. Location is not the nearest to the beach but songtaew (taxi) is just around the corner.
I really hope they can help more with info on tourist activites and bike rental service etc. This can really add some points but the staff were quite friendly and helpful so I can see past that.
