Relax on the new brick patio, where you can watch play around the green on hole#2, Pinehurst Course #5. Our beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has been completely upgraded with granite countertops and designer appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, along with new mattresses and bedding. The bathrooms have been revamped with exhilarating Kohler spa showers. And the spacious living room with sectional sofa and cozy fireplace makes this condo most attractive. Our condo is just a short distance from the Village of Pinehurst and the Pinehurst Country Club, and across the street from the Pinehurst Harness Track and restaurant serving a great breakfast daily. This condo will definitely fits the bill for your golf vacation. We so enjoy our retreats to Pinehurst, and we believe that our unit reflects the love we have for the Sandhills of North Carolina! We stayed right on hole #1 Green of Pinehurst course #5. Very nice 3 bedroom townhome. Updated throughout. Has everything to make you feel at home. Very convenient to Pinehurst Resort and restaurants.

The apartment is in great shape and everything was in very good condition. Two constructive comments:, lots of problems with internet connection. The interior of the condo was in pristine conditions but the outside patio wasn´t.

We have been staying at this location for several years and we love it. The condo is always clean and we never have had any problems.

Pinehurst jewel!
We enjoyed our stay in a Pinehurst! Our condo was super nice and in a perfect location. My two boys played in tournaments on Pinehurst 7 and Pinehurst 1 so this was a perfect location for all. They very much enjoyed chipping and putting on the green located just outside of the back door. Property was perfect for our party of 6(3 bedrooms) and looked as if it had just been renovated with super nice touches and a great kitchen. Since we couldn’t eat inside of any restaurants, we were happy to have a great place to hangout in the evenings. We will for sure look to rent this property again!

Amazing vacation
The condo is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is completely renovated and every detail was taken care of. I spoke with Bill and he was very attentive. Overall a great getaway. Highly recommend!!

AWSOME CONDO
We had a very enjoyable time at Bill's condo. It was very roomy for the six of us. Thanks for arranging for us to get passes to the pool. We would rent this condo again and recommend it to anyone.

Pinehurst Condo
We can't wait to rent this condo again in the future! By far one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area. We went to North Carolina for a music festival in Rockingham and the condo was only 25 minutes away from the festival and very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the modern kitchen, living room with a large sectional and TV (perfect for watching NBA and NHL play-off games), cozy bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, and of course those Kohler showers. Being right on the golf course with an outside patio area and grill was just an added bonus! The self check-in was easy with the directions Bill sent us and he provided us with a map of the area and his contact information as soon as our booking was confirmed.
Pinehurst is a wonderful place to vacation and we feel like we found a gem after staying at Bill's place. We will definitely be back :)

beautifully updated
spacious 3 bedroom golf-front condo on Pinehurst #5. we stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. I was able to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for 10 in the well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. we will likely return in the near future.

Perfect!
We rented the condo to stay at for our son's wedding which was held at Fair Barn. Perfect location and the condo is 5 star worthy!!! Although we didn't have time to golf, it is a golfers dream. If you're a foodie, the kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to prepare a gourmet meal.

My son played in a golf tournament in Pinehurst for the week and this condo was perfect! It was close to absolutely everything we needed. The condo is completely equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need. We cooked several nights and the kitchen was stocked with everything. The unit was quiet and had a great view of the golf course. It was truly perfect for our needs and was so comfortable!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo, great location
My sister, brother and I along with our spouses stayed here for 3 nights. The entire process was simple and fast. Bill was quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo its self is updated, clean, and well stocked. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare some meals at home. It's a bright unit with an open floor plan. The unit was very close to everything in Pinehurst. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else. We had a great stay!
