Very average

Location is very convenient

Staff were not very experienced. WI-FI quality poor and breakfast basic

Good location but not as advertised

Room was ok, but they didnt meet our bed request which is pitty when you are booking from a long time back and cant get the beds arranged properly, joining 2 single beds to make a double bed is the most pathetic experience for a couple and I am surprised they can't make something about it. The satff on one occaision was completley clueless what to do, the 2nd time around when there were 2 girls attending the concierge they were lovely and efficient where as other times it is manned by clueless people. No breakfast was given in either occasion even if they said it will start at 8 AM

das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Bettdecke und das Kaken dreckig, es gab kein Toilettenpapier und nur ein Handtuch, Das Personal unfreundlich und bürokratisch selbst für indische verhältnisse

Great clean hotel with breakfast roof terrace

Large clean room with fridge, tea/ coffee making facilities and large TV. Large comfy bed. Had a seperate sitting area and bathroom. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace overlooking temple in distance. There was a ground floor restaurant for lunch and dinner. Close to railway station and Pothys within 200m where there was a good food hall for groceries and counter for sweets and hot snacks. Staff provided extra towels on request as we were unwell.

Nice rooms but severely let down by staff

Great hotel and facilities in the room.

The hotel however is let down severely by the front desk staff. They have some very odd rules with foreigners,:which I did not entertain. To make matters worse the breakfast was deserted at their own stated times and I had to leave and get breakfast elsewhere. Hence will never come back here. Front desk staff a big let down and incompetent.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Kind enough to extend check-out by additional 2hrs without pay.

The towels provided were soiled. The doors got locked thrice and we had to get the keys changed often which was irritating.

Not worth it

Food was good

Front office attitude was not welcoming.They cared less about the guests and I don’t recommend this hotel I have seen many cockroaches in the room and informed the staff and they just acknowledged! Never again

Will stay again

Akhil Classic is just a 150 Rs ride by auto from the Airport at TVM. It is located in the heart of the city close to the famous temple of Anantha Padmanahaswamy, by walk it is about 12 mins max. To its right is a small devi temple very beautiful, and to its left a shiva and krishna temple, again very beautiful. Attukal Bhagavathy is about 15 mins by auto. an hour an half away is Varkala and Siddheshwar Math (of Shree Narayana Guru). Right next to Ariesplex Cinemas, this is quite a prime location. The hotel itself is very neat and tidy, the 24/7 staff very friendly with hot dosa/ idlis for breakfast. Manager Vikesh Pillai runs a tight ship and keeps the hotel in top condition. It is safe for families and women. The rooms are cleaned daily and have hot water kettles too. Vikesh can help find car/ drivers to go to Kovalam or the Jatayu Park. The main shopping is near the Padmanabhaswamy Temple - in and around that area are a few vegetarian cafes. Kuthiramalika Palace is also very close (close to the main temple) and it is a must see along with the museum. All in all enjoyed my stay thoroughly, will be back again.

I asked for early check in and early check out, but they didn't accept, and charged extra. Room was very congested for family of 4, while i book i specifically mentioned for 4, but they given little room and extra bed, was vey congested

Location- nearest to the railway station, Airport, Padmanabhaswamy temple and all other famous temples. Staffs are good.

Check-in and checkout- Busy hotel, for early check-in have to pay extra. Complementary breakfast needs improvement. Nothing in the minibar but it has a price menu.

Rooms are good as expected

AC is not working fine, Telugu channels are not coming in TV, Breakfast they are not given enough items, Staff is not having knowledge abut local attractions like as place etc.,

Nice stay in good location

Staff was really helpful and nice. Hotel has a nice rooftop terrace with a great view where breakfast is served. Not too far away from central station and airport. Big shopping mall in the same street. Room was spacious, clean and quite with AC, TV and bathroom.

Luggage couldn't be stored in a locked room but on a shelf across from the reception.

My stay wasn’t good compared to hotels I stayed before.

Just the location.

House keeping. Rooms were not cleaned daily and didn’t replace tea, sugar milk sachets, water bottles, toilet papers.

Eventhough the room was clean some mosquitoes are found. All the other fascillities except twin bed provided in family room.
