ห้องพักไม่ค่อยสะอาด พนักงานทำความสะอาดลืมถังน้ำและอุปกรณ์ไว้ในห้องพัก เจ้าหน้าที่เข้ามาช่วยเหลือไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตร ขนม-น้ำอัดลมในห้องพักไม่เติม แจ้งไปบอกว่าเติมแค่วันแรกที่เข้าพักอย่างเดียว

駅チカで便利で広い部屋

地下鉄の駅から近く、部屋が広いのが良かった。バスタブありで熱いお湯が出ます。朝食も美味しかったです。滞在した部屋から101が、きれいに見えました。

施設が古いです。

2人の部屋にしてはとても広かったので、開放感はありました。3泊で56,000円と安かったので、色々日本と比べなければ良かったと思います。

部屋は広かった。駅から近かった。近くにコンビニがあった。

・窓はあったが前が壁で凄く暗かった。・ウォシュレットが無い。・ベッドにコンセントが無い。・日本語がほとんど伝わらなくて、スタッフがポケトーク使っていた。・シーツの交換をお願いしてたのに、同じシーツをピンとさせただけだった。（前日シーツに穴が開いていて、そのままのシーツが次の日も使われてた。）

Good location, maybe more suitable after they finish reconsturction

Nice bed, extremely good location.

We only stayed for one night and I booked the hotel specifically because it said in the facilities that it had a gym and laundry services. When we got to the hotel we found out the gym was under construction and not available and the laundry service could only be ordered to get the clothes back at the evening of the next day.

The staff were the stars!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they made the stay very easy and pleasant. The location was right next to the RT station, so it's easy to get to and easy to venture out to explore the city. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

The hotel was quite run down, many of the fixtures and fittings were broken or not working properly. The fitness centre was quite outdated and some of the equipment was really dated. The breakfast was fine, but would have liked to try a local option rather an than just the 'American', which was OK but slightly overpriced.

Value for money is really bad

The staff was nice.

I'd like to start by highlighting the positive aspect of the friendly, professional, and helpful staff. However, there are several concerns to address. Notably, my evaluation is based on a room rate exceeding 100 € per night. Had it been priced at 40 € per night, my review would have been more favorable. The hotel's value for the price paid is disappointing. The gym suffers from inadequate equipment, much of which is old or malfunctioning. The overall condition of corridors and rooms is deteriorated. Despite daily cleaning efforts, the aged furniture, stubborn stains, and worn carpet persist. The room's curtains are visibly soiled, and an unpleasant odor lingers. Additionally, the shower takes an extended period to produce hot water. While I could elaborate further, it's worth reiterating that the staff is commendable, and bathroom cleanliness is excellent. Sheets and towels were promptly replaced upon request. Nonetheless, urgent renovations are necessary. Regrettably, the price does not align with the overall experience.

Regretful short stay with horrible sleep

Location was good, next to metro, convenience store and foot massage place

The bed was hyper soft. I slept horrible and woke up with back pain The air conditioning AC did not work properly and the room took forever to cool down The hallways is super warm and also not clean All toilets, including the once in the basement were clogged… really dirty
