El desayuno estaba bien, la ubicación de la piscina genial por la vista, es muy cerca a la playa y a la zona del malecón lo que hace que su ubicación sea perfecta, además el lugar es nuevo y las instalaciones están en perfecto estado

nada, muy mala experiencia una atención pésima impuntuales, andan es pendiente al celular personal de ellas, la calefacción ala 3am la pusieron en 18°C, me dio gripa uno le informo y responden de manera grotesca, los objetos personales de uno se pierden horrible, la comida super salada (almuerzo),

me robaron mi blusa el cual no me dan rta y las recepcionistas son poco profesionales, la recepcionista mestiza del cabello largo liso super grosera una atención super pésima, muchisima inseguridad objetos personales y las sabanas sucias

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. My mom and I even got to leave our luggage there while we did a 3 day tour. The pool area is new and very relaxing.

Wer mit dem Rucksack unterwegs ist und sich mal etwas besseres als ein 0-8-15 Hostel wünscht, ist hier richtig. Die Unterkunft gleicht eher einem kleinen, schicken Hotel mit Bar und kleinem Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Die Hochbetten in den Mehrbettzimmer sind massiv gebaut, bieten Steckdosen, viel Privatsphäre durch Vorhänge und haben zusätzlich zur Klimaanlage des Zimmers einen eigenen Ventilator. Im Bad gibt es Wäscheleinen um kleinere Kleidungsstücke aufzuhängen. Die Lage ist super und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Supermärkte sind in direkter Umgebung. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant gibt es sehr gute Hamburger und weitere Snacks. Praktisch: Zur Unterkunft gehört eine Reiseagentur über die man mehrtägige Reisen in die Wüste La Guajira zum ortsüblichen Preis buchen kann.
Die Küche ist zwar sehr groß und modern, aber es fehlt nahezu alles. Kein Lappen, kein Handtuch, kein Spülmittel und maximal Besteck und Teller für eine oder zwei Personen. Da das Hotel Dorms anbietet und somit auch Rucksackreisende ansprechen möchte, welche sich üblicherweise gerne selbst verpflegen, muss hier dringend nachgebessert werden.

NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ NUNCA
Nos quedamos una noche en Laguna Salá, al inicio fue una buena experiencia. El hotel es decente, sin embargo la piscina está sucia. La habitación es cómoda pero estábamos durmiendo y nos tocaron a la puerta varias veces sin razón alguna, lo cual fue muy molesto… pero lo peor de todo fue al final de nuestra estadía cuando nos encerraron (con llave) en el lobby del hotel porque debían revisar que no hubieran manchas en las sábanas porque de lo contrario debíamos pagar por la lavada de las mismas. Fue algo muy incómodo, absurdo y al final tuvimos que pagar 30.000 pesos por la lavada de las sábanas y así poder tener la libertad de salir del hotel🙄 es algo que no nos ha pasado en ningún hotel nunca y por eso no lo recomendamos en lo absoluto.

Excelente desayuno. Personal muy atento, las instalaciones son hermosas, jamás me había alojado en un hostal y este superó mis expectativas. También me gustó muchísimo que al momento de reservar me equivoqué en las noches a elegir y me ayudaron con lo del costo y cancelación, no me vi perjudicada, por el contrario. Repetiría la experiencia
No es culpa del alojamiento, la falta de cultura de convivencia de quienes se hospedan, les falta pensar más que se viaja en comunidad, o quizás sea mi falta de experiencia, estoy más acostumbrada a la amabilidad y atención

Me gustó el aseo. La atención y las instalaciones zonas comunales buenas. La habitación si me pareció muy angosta igualmente el baño, les falta mucha ventilación natural.

Good hostel, extremly clean and good beds. Only thing that I didn't like was the fact, that after the Bar closes at midnight there is no possibility to stay outside the bed because everything gets closed.

About a 10 minute walk from the beach. Had a nice pool and bar on the roof. Was a great, chilled place to stay for one night before seeing more of La Guajira

The room wasnt very quiet, it was below the pool area where was loud music played and a party. I had early wake up so personally was hoping for more quiet accomodation :)

there was no music in the rooftop and the breakfast was way basic: eggs, juice, fruit and bollo or bread. Not a good bread. I’d like cheese for example.

Super cool common area with a nice swimming pool. Very kind staff. Comfortable beds with storage space below them.
It isn't the type of place that makes you feel at home even though there is nothing wrong with it. Beautiful but a bit cold.

Super nice staff, a good location on the main street and a very relaxed vibe! It was pretty quiet so not really a place to meet other backpackers, but thats not their fault. Loved the breakfast and the room was super clean!
