Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. A lively bar on the ground floor with excellent food. There's a street market at the top of the road on Saturdays.

Not enough shelf space for a long stay. Putting used toilet paper in a bin - but that's the same everywhere in Athens. An ablution hose would help things.

Clean and comfortable accommodation just out of the main tourist areas.

Very clean room, daily cleaning also appreciated. Delicious breakfast from the bistro downstairs included. Good AC, nice balcony in the room, comfortable bedding. Helpful to have a fridge and kettle and very nice toiletries provided!

Basically just a room in a building, a little on the outskirts of the main areas in town. The area around was pretty quiet, a few nice local restaurants and cafes, but a bit out of the main areas if that’s a concern. Didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff who are busy operating the restaurant downstairs.

A gem in a wonderful city

Neratzia Rooms is the most perfect place…from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcome, we’ll looked after and truly blessed to have found such a special place. Yannis and his team are gracious, generous and welcoming hosts. The rooms are beautiful with everything you need…including ear plugs (unnecessary as this is a peaceful spot), a fridge and lovely products in the bathroom. We stayed in the quadruple room with our adult daughters which was just perfect…2 separate rooms and an excellent bathroom with a lovely powerful shower. The breakfasts we great…lots of choice…and the bar area was so relaxed and beautifully decorated. You have given real attention to the details of this hotel…we loved it and hope to be back ❤️. The location was perfect for us..walkable from all the sights and in a cool neighbourhood

Beautiful bedrooms, bathroom was amazing. Air conditioning worked beautifully and was turned on for our arrival. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was superb with a menu of options to chose from. Loved that they had a bar at the bottom to end your night with a nice drink.

Wonderful breakfasts, lovely staff and quiet neighbourhood with great public transport links

Very comfortable room and the breakfasts were extraordinary. Probably the nicest I’ve ever had! The staff went above and beyond. It’s also in a lovely quiet and very charming suburb of Athens in walking distance of the Acropolis and excellent public transport links to other archeological sites. I’m really glad I chose to stay here over more commercial hotels and will definitely return should I have another Athens break, which given how much there is still to see is a distinct likelihood!

The only major drawback (and the reason I gave a 9) is the lack of a lift, which as a disabled person is an issue. However I cannot praise the staff enough for accounting for this. Took my luggage up for me when I checked and were happy to bring it down for me when I checked out. I think the only other thing I’d suggest is a mirror in the bedroom over the desk.

6 nights, wish we stayed twice as long

The staff, very nice and informative. We enjoyed every interaction with them during our stay. In the room, the marble work is professional. The area is nicely located near/in "downtown". Less than 20 minute walk to center city market Very close to many local and authentic experiences. Good for music, food and getting something of a local experience, if desired. Small super market and mini market, atms, within a block or two. Easy to catch a taxi. 40 mins to Airport. Room was nice and cold on arrival. 94 degrees end June/early July. Tap water was great.

Noticed some cracking paint on wall next to bed in room. Some small grout/caulk work needs patching on curb in shower. (Towel covers upon arrival). Unsure about cleaning laundry so we just washed what was needed in the shower. None of this really bothered us, just some things we noticed since you asked. We had a perfect honeymoon. And would definitely come back again. Athens is a beautiful area and wish we stayed twice as long. Thank you kindly.

Amazing stay

Such a lovely hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast! We truly enjoyed our stayed even though it was a short one, but without a doubt, if we will plan to visit Athens again, this hotel will be our first choice! Everything is thought out in detail, for example there were even ear plugs in case the noise coming from downstairs gets too loud. Very friendly staff who helped us greatly with airport transfers and were very helpful in general. Last but not least, breakfast was delicious; Greek breakfast, English breakfast plus their fresh juices! Our room was cozy and we had everything we needed.

Great room and breakfast. Frindly staff

Well designed room with lots of style in a nice building, in the lively district of Koukaki. Everything was well maintained. Comfortable bed. Decent WiFi. Awesome breakfast in the downstairs bistro - huge choice of sweet and savoury food, all of it delicious. Great staff - friendly and helpful. Area is full of bars and restaurants. 10 minutes on foot to the Acropolis.

There was some noise from the downstairs bar at night, but soft ear plugs were provided in the room.

The location is very good, easy access to key places, nice neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants.

There is a bistro with great food downstairs but it can get a bit loud (earplugs are also provided)

We loved our stay

The set up is perfect. Very clean and comfortable. It was about 12 minutes to the Acropolis. Easy cab access. The food was amazing and the staff friendly and helpful. We would absolutely book here again.

The bathroom only has a window for ventilation and is entirely tiled so it gets pretty steamy and humid.

Boutique hotel in a lively neighborhood

The neighborhood is great, very close to the city centre yet much greener and more practical. The hotel is very stylish, and the bar downstairs is super nice to have breakfast in (also dinner and drinks if you want!). The hotel really was above our expectations and we had a great time!

Great location, lovely place!

The hotel is comfortable, feels kind of home-y and is in a great location! The area is very neighborhood-like with still easy access to all the attractions. The Café/Bar downstairs serves great food and cocktails and all the staff were exceptionally nice and accomodating. Yes, there is a bar downstairs and it will not be whisper-quiet at night. But my room was directly above the bar and it was still very comfortable, as the crowd usually disperses around 11-midnight and to me it was really nice to see people around when I came back from a day of touring.

The bed was quite soft, however, this is very much personal preference.

Modern boutique hotel, fantastic breakfasts.

The location was very good, just south of Plaka in a quiet neighbourhood. The bar/cafe is busy late but not noisy. Breakfast and coffee was superb! Staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was huge, comfortable bed, strong a/c, spacious bathroom with high-end body/hair care products.

Nothing. The room was a bit expensive given the location.
