This was a beautiful property! I loved the acreage and the fact that the delivery driver could still find the place!!! It was an awesome house pictures don’t do it justice !!!

I loved the location, quiet, big, lots of space and close to the places we were attending. It did what it needed to do 😀😀😀

I liked the neighborhood. Also, the home environment.

The home wasn't cleaned. The bathrooms weren't comfortable to bathe in. I changed the inside shower curtain.

the upper level was really really hot. and the ac up there didn’t work

plenty of room for family to sit and visit together.

The floor vent in the living room was in great need of cleaning.

I liked everything about the property. it was very secluded and clean as well. the pictures do not give the house justice because it was beautiful inside. The rooms were very nice and clean and the master suite was great. All the beds were made and there were tv’s in every room. the host had very good communication and answered all my questions before, during and after my stay. I left something there and he even managed to get it back for me.I will be booking again within the next month.

Not one thing. We were contacted by message several times before we even arrived. It was very intrusive. We were even lectured at to not have parties. We are Grandparents, and we rented this vacation home, because we have a small dog. Who in the world talks to other adults that way? After seeing the place and location, it seemed logical that this place was rented for people raising hell and partying. Our shoes stuck to the kitchen floor. Food was on the wall behind two trash cans. The living room rug was so filthy, it looked like it had never been cleaned, and there was stuff all over the furnishings as well.

Worst experience ever. This inhumane person ruined our weekend and caused terrible trauma. The place was nothing as described. It was in a terrible part of the city. I would not let my husband get out of the vehicle to get gas it was so bad. (noticed later when we went up a couple blocks to a main thoroughfare) The place was filthy. We had been told that coffee, cream, sugar was provided. There was expired, coagulated milk in the fridge, one keurig coffee pod, and about a quarter of a bag of ground coffee that looked to be five years old. He said he had gone to turn the house alarm off, but did not check the condition of the house? My husband and I left to attend a concert, the purpose of our trip. I was very hesitant to leave, but we thought all was secure. As it turns out, too much so. We were instructed to not park on the grass and use the back door. When we returned, we could not get in. You had to enter a code, and sometimes you could hear the thing spinning; other times, nothing. We tried to contact the owner several times by phone and text. The rain started in after a bit, and the huge German Shepards in the backyard of the house behind us were barking like crazy. So for the next couple hours, we ran from our vehicle to the door pad with rain pelting on us hoping that the vicious dogs had not cleared the fence. We were terrified. Each time we came to the door, our puppy was crying just inside. After calling the police to no avail and hearing nothing from the owner, we finally got the keypad to work. Only took over two hours. Funny, while I was on the line with booking.com, someone from Singapore had tried to call my phone. The listed owner. Made sense with the decor inside. I do not know who this creep of a person this was texting me from the states, but he was not the listed owner. This terrible person finally called us at 2:38 AM.
