Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and comfortable with lots of seating in the main room. Nice renovated bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Great location! More lamps or ceiling lights are needed in the main room and bedrooms, otherwise a great stay.

Great location, but lack of attention when it comes to cleaning. The cleaning crew just sweeps around everything, there was stuff under the kitchen and coffee tables. The kitchen walls need a good wipe down. There is also a lack of blankets in the unit. Towels in the unit are hit or miss, some are great and other are super thin and have holes. The noise from the pool goes on all night. The bikes are awesome to have.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in various condos in the Courtside complex over the years. This one was one of the more comfortable rentals. It’s been updated beautifully to have all you need in terms of beds and comfy living room seats. If you are like us and enjoy good blankets even on hot days I would suggest to bring your own. Otherwise this place was well stocked and for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids it was PERFECT!! We plan to rent this one again!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Walking distance to nearly everything we did throughout the week including bike rentals which were nearby. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend as we would not hesitate to come back for another stay.

Always love the location of this property. We have stayed at many courtside properties and this one was as nice as any! Clean, comfortable beds. We did have trouble finding extra sheets for the pullout couch bed. But we ended up not needing it so it was fine. If you plan to use it though, be cautious. Other than that it was a great stay and I only have good things to say!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation condo is pretty much perfect. It's only a 7-10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of space to spread out inside. One of the two community pools is just out the backdoor and down some stairs. It's within walking distance of Coligny Beach Plaza where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The only downside is the beds are appx 6 inch foam mattresses... not the most comfortable for adults, but they were very clean.

My grandson crawled on them when we first got there and they where filthy. The front door is hard to unlock also. Other then those issues it was a wonderful place to stay and it was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories.

Courtside 113 was very clean and tastefully decorated! Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Air conditioner worked well. Location was great - short walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza, and a pool out the back door. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We make regular visits to HH and have stayed in various condo complexes (including this one). Without doubt, we could not have been more disappointed with this condo as it needed updated and thoroughly cleaned. While we understand that most condos are frequently used, this one was the worst we've encountered for a long time. The pillows on the beds needed replaced as they were highly soiled with brown stains on some. The furniture was dirty, stained, and uninviting. As well, some of the blinds/window coverings were not in good working order! The consultant we talked with at the time of making our reservations highly recommended this unit (in comparison to the one we rented last year), saying it was much nicer and more comfortable, but nothing could have further from the truth!

We enjoyed our time very much! There was an easy walk to the beach and Coligny was an easy walk as well. The property management company was very responsive and friendly. If we decide to stay again, would definitely book this property again or any property with Seashore. The unit had updated bathrooms which was a super bonus because the bathroom is usually the deciding factor for me when I book somewhere. Overall the unit was perfect for our family of 5

Overall the condo and location were great. A quick walk to the beach, parks and restaurants. It was also great to have access to the Van der Meer tennis academy next door. The pool was also nice, the kids loved it. The condo needs major updating. It’s a little dirty ( dirt all over the side of the fridge, cracks ans peeling paint), windows upstairs wouldn’t open, the fan in the half bath in the first floor needs to be replaced it’s so loud and the two mattresses in the second bedrooms are loud you wake up every time you move. There are also not a ton of dishes ( wine glasses, water glasses and utensils). The two en suite bathrooms were nicely updated however. Overall we had a great stay but it would be nice if the owners gave the unit a bit more tlc

Property could use some updating

The property was in a great location and good space but 2nd bedroom bath could use some TLC. Acceptable for short term rental but updating somethings would make it a lot better for me to rent again. My family and I had a great visit to the Island and visit every year. Thanks for a reasonable place to rent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented an 8 person condo (Courtside 10) on Deallyon Road. It was the perfect spot for our family of 8. There was plenty of room for all of us. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach. There was easy access to both pools. We interacted with seashore a couple of times using their hospitality app and the communication and response time was excellent. We would definitely use Seashore again and would definitely stay at this condo again.
