About this house rental
CUMQUAT is a perfect getaway/escape for a 2 day stay or longer with partner, family and friends. WI-FI is available at the cottage. Fire pit and outdoor undercover eating area and a barbecue is available OUR NIGHTLY RATE IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE HOUSE FOR UP TO 6 GUESTS (adults or children) CANCELLATION POLICY - 14 days notice prior to arrival date. The house has 3 queen beds and 1 single bed located on the mezzanine floor, which is not totally enclosed but quite comfortable. It has1 large shower with twin vanities and toilet upstairs and a separate bathroom with free standing French slipper bath, vanity and toilet downstairs and a separate shower room with vanity also downstairs. There’s a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave and large fridge. 2 Split system air conditioners, fans and gas heating make for a comfortable stay. Crisp fresh linen, towels and bathroom products are available. It is a 2 minute drive to Healesville's main street or a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. It's an easy drive to the many wineries and gin distilleries throughout the Yarra Valley and a 5 minute drive to Rochford concert venue and Healesville Sanctuary. NO PARTIES NO PETS * * * * *

What a beautiful little Cottage, with heaps of space but at the same time, soooo cosy. We felt so spoilt with the shear luxury of the bedrooms, the furnishings and the amazing Bath tub. We will be renting this place again. A perfect reflexion on The Beautiful township of Heallsville itself. 5 stars

An enjoyable and comfortable oasis to explore the areas wine estates and dine in local establishments. Everything about the stay in Cumquat was superior, all guests were in agreement as to this home stay as being one of the nicest, located near amenities, and lovely neiborhood.

A really fabulous house with a country cottage feel, spacious, very clean, perfectly kitted out with everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. Loved the mezzanine style open upper level. Great having two bathrooms with two showers AND a separate proper bath! Good heating - which we needed. Good off street parking and a cute outdoor area which would be lovely in summer. About 15 minute walk into town. Highly recommend. Thanks

Charming Cottage within walking distance to town centre.
Communication with Valerie was great right from the start. This cottage is lovingly prepared for a comfortable stay in lovely Healesville. The grounds are beautiful and you feel like you are in a home away from home. Bathrooms are up to date and immaculate. Bedrooms are a good size and full of charm. I loved sitting in the lounge room of a morning watching the birds from the back door and windows. A full size ironing board would be a welcome addition to an almost perfect set up.

A lovely cottage for family
The cottage is beautiful, clean and spacious for the whole family with a toddler who loves to move around. It is very close to the wineries and the sanctuary. The kitchen is very well equipped for basic meals. The rooms are warm and the beds are very comfy. We will definitely be back at some stage. Thanks Val and Trevor for providing such a high standard accommodation.

Fantastic cottage
Had the most wonderful time with the family at Cumquat Cottage for our son's wedding in Healsville, the cottage was beautiful, clean and cosy. Loads of room for all and the owners had thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Will definitely recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a gorgeous cottage with lovely garden. We will certainly be back on our next visit to Australia xx?

A beautiful cottage
The cottage was very welcoming when we arrived on dusk. The glow of the light through the window as we drove up the drive and with the heater on as we walked in made us feel at home!
The house was cosy, clean & comfortable with plenty of room to move about. The outside gardens had tables & chairs placed about so you could enjoy the garden and the sunshine away from the breezes.
It is also close to town & we were able to walk there with much ease.

lovely setting
the rooms were awesome - we would have loved to have stayed longer - if i was being picky (ironing board too small - but accept most people would not be ironing in such a setting) and single beds a bit hard on the hips - don't know how my twenty somethings got the best rooms - garden was absolutely beautiful - bathed in sunlight and highlighted by autumnal tones - clean and serene.
