The location is fine but the owners are not willing to help .I asked for tissues and water bottle ,iron after staying for 4 days he told me it's 1 star ..so means for 2 people I have to use half tissue roll and buy everything by myself from outside .. First day In Kutaisi so was disappointing .. Room was so humid and smelly

Very pleasant little hotel. I stayed here for a total of three nights and thought the price and location were excellent. The rooms were comfortable, with decent beds and good air conditioning. I would happily stay here again when I am back in Kutaisi.

The location is great. Friendly and very helpfull people who work in this place. There is a shared kitchen equiped with fridge, kettle etc. The room has AC which is a cure during hot weather.

I have been travelling for more than 24 hours transitting in Kutaissi. My first impression was spoiled as I arrived at 23.00 hoping to have some rest. Upon arrival I found out that there is a night club/bar underneath my room. Even my room was changed for the 2nd night, both nights I could not sleep till 4 in the morning due to very loud music. Also, there is zero noice isolation and you can hear what other people speak in the room next to you. As a result, for my 3rd night I have to change the acommodation.

Upon arrival the hostess was unaware of the reservation. The closet in my room was full of blankets and I got one broken hanger for the stay:) In the bathroom, the bath trap was full of dirt and the water was easily accumulating above. Hot water was difficult to be regulated and cold water wasn't flawing easily. No bed lamps were available and balcony doors were hard to close.

There was a super strange smell in the bathroom

The stag was very nice and helpful, helping me plan the trip and suggesting places to visit. The best location- near the centre and super quiet street. There is a small kitchen for use.

Quite a comfortable hotel near the Kutaisi city center and the White Bridge. Due to flight delay, we arrived late at night and it was still possible to checkin without a problem.

It's very close to the center, but still not too crowded or loud. Although the lady at the reception wasn't able to speak English, she tried her best to help me.

The room wasn't very clean. No curtain in the shower. Floor, walls,... everything was a bit shabby.

Located super central next to the White Bridge. Employee in the hotel organized a taxi for us to the airport.

The rooms were badly soundproofed.

Small, clean rooms. Great location and value for a solo traveler and 1 night stay in Kutaisi. Staff very helpful despite language barrier.

Some loud street noise occasionally from other pubs in area.

This place is superb value for money, excellent location and best of all there is a free shuttle service to the airport. I was travelling alone but the owner was still prepared to drive me without any quibble. The AC worked very well, there are some excellent places to eat nearby and while the place isn't luxurious you would be hard to find a better deal for what I paid. Use of kettle in kitchen an added bonus.
