MODERN APARTMENT WITH STUNNING PANORAMIC VIEW IN A TRADITIONAL VILLAGE SETTING
About this condo rental
Located in Mijas, this attractive condo for R 2,266 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This is a lovely 2 bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with stunning panoramic views, in the pretty white village of Mijas Pueblo. The apartment is totally compliant with the Andalucian rental laws and is registered with the authorities as such. Bedroom one is a a large room and has a king size double bed and an en-suite full bathroom which has been recently renovated. Bedroom two has two full size single beds and a shower room/guest bathroom next to it. Both bedrooms have modern fitted furniture. The rest of the apartment has also been extensively refurbished and modernised, and now has a very large water tank/heater (providing ample hot water) and a new modern efficient, ducted air conditioning system (to the living area and both bedrooms) which also gives heat in the winter. The apartment is situated in the prestigious Sierra Mar urbanisation, on the quieter side of the village, but it is less than a 5 minute walk to an array of bars, restaurants and shops that are bustling throughout the year. However you choose to spend your day, the village and our apartment has something for you. Lounge on the superb sunbathing terrace by the communal pool, sit drinking wine watching the view from our wonderful terrace, people watch over a coffee at a pavement cafe or browse the many arty and knick knack shops around. It’s all here for you. For an exact location pull up Mijas Pueblo on Google maps. You will see a large green blob in the middle. Look to the southwest of that and you will see 'Bullring of Mijas'. Keep going left and you will see Calle Cristobal Alarcon. We are at the bottom end of the street just where it takes a sharp U turn. Sierra Mar is where the 'C' of Calle' is on the map. Our apartment looks out southwest towards Fuengirola and the coast. Unlike a lot of rental properties we will accept bookings for under a week in the Summer Season. PLEASE NOTE that there is a local cleaning charge of 60 euros to be paid to our greeter/cleaner on departure as stipulated under the Additional Pricing Information heading. We no longer take children under 18 years of age. There is also an extra charge for late arrivals (after 9pm) of 20 euros to be paid to your greeter as we have to employ someone specifically for this (also stipulated in the Additional Pricing Information) We like to ensure you know all charges before you book.

This apartment is absolutely perfect in every way. It is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. There is a beautiful view over the coast, it’s only a few minutes walk in to the town. The owners gave thought of everything, it is well equipped for cooking ( although we went out every day to eat). There is a large selection of books, DVD’s and games. A welcome pack in the fridge and a little Xmas tree and wrapped gift! We will definitely return.

Delightful stay in Mijas Pueblo
This charming apartment is extremely clean, modern and well equipped with all amenities. The complex is just a few minutes’ walk to the town square, but in a quiet area of town. The secure, private parking garage is very much appreciated. Communication with the owner always resulted in prompt replies. The view speaks for itself!

The owners obviously take great pride in offering a superior vacation accommodation. The apartment was spotless. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the building is secure and quiet. The location is on a quiet side of town, but within easy walking distance of everything. And yes, the view is fantastic. I couldn't decide which I enjoyed more: the sea and rolling hills during the day, or the twinkling lights at night. If you are planning a trip to Mijas, you won't go wrong with this apartment.

The owners obviously take great pride in offering a superior vacation accommodation. The apartment was spotless. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the building is secure and quiet. The location is on a quiet side of town, but within easy walking distance of everything. Everything we could possibly need which also included some lovely welcome supplies from Irena who met us there and showed us around. Philip our chauffeur was such a lovely man. He picked us at the airport in his luxury Jaguar. He was very punctual and helpful, telling us all about the area and the best places to eat etc.
We walked up to the village every morning for fresh bread for breakfast and ate out at some great restaurants for lunch and dinner everyday.
We definitely recommend a stay here and would definitely return

Lovely bright modern and tastefully decorated apartment. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Fantastic location and the use of a swimming pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend booking this apartment.

Astonishing Views, Spacious and Modern Apartment
We really loved our stay in Mijas, especially in Lynne's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need. The views from the terrace are fabulous, the pool is a quick walk downstairs, and the town itself has a very cute charm. The only tough part in Mijas is driving the narrow windy streets... But regardless we would love to come back, and would definitely recommend it to others!

Bright, central apartment with stunning views
We really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, clean and bright apartment. It was in a great location close to restaurants and shops but was also very peaceful. The balcony was large and had stunning sea views and was a great place to watch the Burrows taxis and horse drawn carriages ferrying people around the landscaped gardens around the bullring. We also enjoyed watching the rock climbers on the rocks below. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The are also toilets and a shower at the poolside. On arrival we had a warm welcome from the greeter Irena who showed us around and explained facilities. I would highly recommend this apartment and would have no hesitation in booking again.

Delightful Apartment in Perfect Location
Just returned home after a most enjoyable festive season spent in this lovely apartment. Having visited Mijas frequently over the years I can certainly say this apartment is up there with the best. Everything is fresh and new and we instantly felt at home there. Particularly liked the fact that there is UK tv. ( Not something we bother with in summer but necessary in the winter when the nights are longer). Also great to have good wifi - can't live without it these days! Communication with the owners was quick and efficient and very friendly. They certainly go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment with fabulous views in stunning Mijas Pueblo
Fantastic apartment with fabulous views, the apartment is in a nice quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the shops, tapas bars etc! Rachel was great welcoming us and showing around the apartment! Everything you could need and feels more like somewhere you could live rather than just a holiday apartment. Pool and terrace looked nice but weather wasn't on our side to get to use them. Lynne and John were fantastic with all the communication and help and we wish we were back there now and hope to return soon!

Fantastic apartment
We had a lovely relaxing time in this apartment. The owners really have gone the extra mile to ensure their guests have everything needed for a great holiday. We were met on arrival by the friendly Rachel who showed us the underground parking (which is essential if you hire a car because parking in Mijas is a challenge!) and then showed us round the apartment. There was an excellent welcome folder containing all sorts of useful information about both the apartment and the Mijas area. There was even some wine, water and milk etc in the fridge for us on arrival, which was a lovely extra touch. The view from the balcony is superb, and the swimming pool area and all of the complex was really clean and tidy, as was the apartment itself. We loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Excellent apartment
Had to think twice about leaving this review because we want to keep this place a secret! We had such a wonderful time. The location is perfect - just a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars etc The apartment is one of the best we have stayed in; spotlessly clean, spacious and Lynne and Jon have thought of everything. Lynne is lovely. I bombarded her with questions before our stay and she answered all of them and more. We will definitely be visiting Mijas again and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks again to you both.

Fantastic apartment.
We have just returned from a lovely relaxing 5 days at this apartment, all I can say is the apartment is done to such a high standard and in a perfect place for Mijas, the view from the balcony is just stunning it was everything we expected and more.
Lynne is such a lovely person and answered every question I asked before we stayed there.
I will most defiantly be returning.
