Гарне місце розташування. Є ліфт на вищі поверхи. Гарна, приємна атмосфера. Все необхідне для приготування, великий плюс, що у наявності є чай, кава.
Нажаль...але на килимі біля столика і на підлозі біля кухні було по кусочку битого скла... Добре що помітили і нічого поганого не сталося!
Ну і дзвони...). Хоча ми читали відгуки, і писало що вони є...але якщо втомлений після прогулянок і міцно спите, то це не проблема!!!)
Ну і матраци на ліжку...), по особистому відчутті, для нас було надто м'яко)), але також кому як зручніше.

The apartment is located in one of the central squares. It was clean, simple, but new-ish design, spacious. Parking was on the same square, little walking needed. Check-in wasn't contactless, but it was quick and simple. The apartment is in the historical building, but it had elevator.
It was almost unbearably hot in the apartment. No A/C, just some kind of fan, and it did not help at all. Since the apartment is in the attic (you even have roof windows) it gets really hot in summer, apparently. The word "luxury" in the name is excessive, it's nice, but definitely not luxury.

cozy interior, big enough for 3 people
Air conditioner was broken and it was around 34 degree in the day we stayed in this apartment. The heat was unbearable without any fans or air conditioner especially it was on the top floor.

Apartment was spacious, clean and fairly modern. Easy access.price reasonable.
Apartment is located to close proximity to church therefore you can hear church bells every 15 minutes. Also it is roof apartment therefore a lot of birds around. So if you light sleeper you will struggle. Check in is quite late, 3pm when usually anywhere else it is 2pm. There was no shower curtain so you have to be careful how you shower so you don't flood whole bathroom.
Kitchen was very basic looking for luxury apartment. Stayed in other apartments near by and they scream luxury but they were also more expensive.

Great location, impressive historical building.
Right after I arrived I noticed my sheets are not fresh, but what worse - full of nasty hair and stains too. I reached out to the staff and they managed to redress it. However it ruined my impression straight away - to have a clean bed is a bare minimum for any kind of accommodation, more even for the one claiming “Luxury” in its name. Overall I expected more. Lot of small glitches - the batteries of the remote control were dead, no basic shower kit, floors were dirty, no big mirror except for the one in the bathroom. The place would definitely deserve more care and attention.

Beautiful view of the city. Clean and has a lot of space considering that the apartment is in the very center of the historical city.
The mattress cover on the bed in the living room made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. Lengthy online check-in required - each visitor's home address, ID number. No late check-out after New Year's Eve, unless we pay 10 euros per each hour of late check-out. Directions on how to access the property were sent only in Czech, even though I messaged the property in English. Netflix on TV not free/included.

The location is super awesome, you can see the old town square from the windows, all the shops, cafes, and restaurants are just a stone's throw away from it. Also pretty spacious and clean.

Location is the biggest advantage for sure, great view and spacious apartment.
Poorly equipped, no iron, only cheap shower gel/shampoo, very weak water pressure in shower, water temperature suddenly changing frequently in shower. There was spider in the corner above TV and the kitchen walls were dirty. Thin bed sheet, it’s not summer anymore.

Great location, beautiful building, good communication with staff.
The only thing that might be wrong was the shower, actually the way the water comes: it comes hot than cold with short sudden changes.
