Beautiful, natural light filled, suite with new hot tub overlooking Kootenay Lake and Elephant Mountain. In the centre of the Nelson. A three minutes walk to downtown Nelson with many restaurants, shops, pubs, craft breweries and the art gallery and museum. You are at the centre of it all but have a quiet, private retreat to come home to. Large private outdoor space to enjoy - porch and patio. The suite features local artists' work and photos of some of our favourite coffee shops and restaurants. 2 minute drive to rail trails (10 min walk). 30min drive to White Water Ski Resort. 10min drive to Nordic Ski Trails. 5 minute walk to swimming pool and recreation centre. It's the best of Nelson location.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The plan was to ski White Water, but unfortunately the weather conditions were not cooperating. Thankfully this VRBO was in a perfect location to explore everything Nelson has to offer. I am not kidding, it is a good walk down and back up but everything we did was off of Hall St. The Nelson Community center to work out, the COOP grocery store, Finley for live music, and then all of the great restaurants and shops on Baker street. The place is brand new, super clean, comfortable beds, hot shower ( on the smaller size) but that is because we had a full size washer and dryer. Loved the heated floors, the coffee maker and the delicious coffee. The view is pretty, even when in a cloud. There was a hot tub, which we used only once, It is a 2 bedroom, but the 2nd bedroom is small and the place could be a little tight with 2 couples. White water mountain resort is about a 25 minute drive. If you are looking to book a place in Nelson, look no further.

I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest holiday lets that I have ever stayed in. It’s beautifully decorated, very stylish and everything seems brand new. There are lots of thoughtful little touches that made us feel very welcome. The bed was very comfortable, it’s quiet even though it’s close to the centre of town. The views are beautiful, it has a sweet little garden. And also a hot tub. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough about this rental. Clean, quiet, incredible view, hot tub, great deck, secure storage for sports equipment, and had all the extras (the stuff you usually go out and buy but only need a bit of - spices, oil/vinegar, extra soaps, coffee, honey, sugar). Really felt looked after - would rate higher than 5 if I could.

This is a fantastic place. Comfortable, furnished well, and every amenity you need... including local coffee, honey and Himalayan salt to name a few. The view was incredible and you're only steps from Baker Street. The host was wonderful to deal with and ensured that any questions were answered. Thank you!

Modern, clean, comfortable & thoughtfully equipped. Beautiful view and a short walk to the Main Street in town. The hot tub was an excellent apre ski activity. Highly recommend it!

The location and apartment were wonderful. The place had a kitchen with all you would need to cook. Great view, nice hot tub. Very cozy. Also had an outdoor shed for ski gear. Clean and well stocked. Loved it. If snowy-good tires and an awd are nice for the driveway.

This is our second time here. We chose it because we enjoyed our first stay so much. The place is amazing and most of all the hosts are wonderful. Quick to respond to any requests we may have.
Despite the hot days, the place stays cool - especially at night. It is quiet, comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great views. Very close to downtown supermarkets, restaurants etc.

The host Lex was friendly and was great with communication. The vacation rental is immaculate, nice decor and well equipped with a lovely view of the lake and outdoor area. There are several stairs to get into the suite (from the lane or street) and if walking to town, it is close but very steep on the way up and back. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful Space and Views!
This was our 2nd visit and it was absolutely perfect again! Very easy check in, Lex had great communication and we could barely hear the upstairs, the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing and we love how close of a walk it is to downtown. We will be back again I'm sure!

Enjoyable stay
The location in Nelson is great. The city centre is a brisk walk away and the view from the suite is beautiful. The suite was clean, well appointed, and quiet. It was easy to deal with the owner, and if we get back to Nelson, it will be at the top of our list of potential properties to stay.

This was a super rental. Quiet, well located, extremely clean, comfortable bedrooms and really well equipped kitchen. We spent 7 nights and enjoyed ever single moment of our stay. The views over the lake and the mountain are to die for. Our host Lex was extremely welcoming and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the West Kootenay.
