Everything was awesome, the care takers were the sweetest people. They took care of everything very well. The food is homely. Location has water on three sides. Amazing.

Simply superb hospitality, amazing home food . Fantastic location- we had peacocks around the property- they woke us up in the morning!!!!

The mattress was hard and could not get proper sleep.The room in the ground floor next to kitchen lacked ventilations- we could not get the room in the first floor as they were already occupied. Internet was not very stable in the morning- may be because many other occupants were also using the same... so if you are planning to go there for work, keep an alternative for internet- may be your phone or a dongle

There were major current issues on the day and the caretaker was very adamant we vacant on time. They werent flexible even though we didnt hv electricity for a long time and couldnt take bath because of this. Finally my husband fixed their fuse for them!

I support reducing plastic usage, so I didn’t like complimentary shampoo and moisturiser given in small plastic bottles.

Cheating on the price of food. Before having the dinner, they say the price per plate is 70. While billing they charge 140 per plate. The conversation: Me: You guys said 70 rupees per plate. Why have you charged 140. The incharge: 70 rupees is outside price, inside price is 140. ------- End of Conversation------ Who the hell would say outside price when asked? This is totally cheating. Why would they lie about the price.

Nice hospitality. Can improve more on food

Rooms were really neat, very quite place, in the mid of farm. U can roam over the property. Homely feels. They welcomed us well. Inhouse food facility. Washrooms were really really clean and well maintained and they provided with other necessary stuffs like shampoo, conditioner, towels, extra pair of bedsheets. Parking facility available

Stay timings was odd, it was from 3pm to 11am. Annd they charged us 500 extra for early checkin. This stay is very much like in outskirts. And we were not satisfied with the paid food that we had (extra money for food).

Very clean and good maintenance.
