Located in Melbourne Road, this attractive house for R 21,366 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Sensational property, minutes walk to bay and surf beaches and Sorrento township. Light filled beach retreat featuring 2 large living areas, extensive decking, large outdoor table and landscaped gardens. Huge solar/gas heated pool and spa ( extra cost for gas pool heating), pool house, table tennis and tennis court. Heating/cooling, two open fireplaces, laundry with washing machine and drier, undercover BBQ facilities, fully fenced and secure. The ultimate family beach house, look no further. HOUSE RULES: It is expected that the registered tenant will exercise due care in protecting the property and contents from damage. The cost of repair or replacement to damaged property will be deducted from the security bond. - No schoolies bookings are permitted or bookings for groups under 25 years of age. - Damage or breakages to the property must be reported immediately. If a tenant or any occupant is at fault, charges will be deducted from the security bond. - NOISE: must be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm and tennis court lights should be switched off by this time for the comfort and privacy of neighbours. - POOL: - Children must be supervised at all times in pool enclosure - DO NOT tamper with any pool settings - SEPTIC SYSTEMS: Do NOT flush foreign objects (sanitary or wipes) into the toilets which can cause blockages and you could be liable for damage. - PETS are not to be kept on premises unless the landlord has granted permission. A fee of $200 will be incurred for cleaning & steam cleaning if required. If pets are permitted by the landlord, you must ensure there is no evidence left that it was on the property. - Please do not park on lawns or garden beds of property. - Gardeners & pool technicians may need to enter the property during your stay for their regular maintenance visits, we will notify you of their times. -linen and towels to be left in a pile in each room. mattress protectors and doona covers remain on the bed - If the property requires additional cleaning, we will send through a cleaner at the tenants’ cost which will be deducted directly from the bond. - Please put rubbish in correct bins provided and place out on Sunday evening for pick up the following morning. Place the bin facing to the road. Bottles, magazines, newspapers, etc. will not be collected if they are not INSIDE the bin. - Please ensure the refrigerator is cleaned out, all benches wiped, floors are clean, oven/grill/cooktop/BBQ cleaned. Please note a cleaning fee will be charged if the premises are not left clean and tidy. - Please treat the house with the same respect you would as if it were your own. - Guest's mobile phone number is required in case we need to contact you during your stay. - Tenants will be subject to eviction for noncompliance of above.

Everything, from start to finish, was just excellent and accurate. We had 15 family members (ranging from 8 to 76) stay for a week, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themself. Plenty to do for everyone and every age. Communication from David was first class and accurate on every point. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely be back. Our group of 13 fussy Tennis ladies aged from 50 to 74 loved our 2 night stay. This property has EVERYTHING, fully equipped kitchen, open fireplaces, numerous lounge areas, heated pool and spa and of course a well maintained tennis court with lights, that is positioned so that it is sheltered from the winds. We are already planning our next stay at Rosemond.

We have just returned from a long weekend stay at Rosemond and everything was beyond fantastic. David the host was incredibly helpful and so easy to communicate with. The house is amazing. It has everything you need and more. It was very comfortable for our group of 14 people. The grounds are very well kept and secure. The location is perfect, a pleasant short walk to town and in a nice quiet area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend Rosemond.

We had such a great time staying at Rosemond. The property offered everything to entertain all our children aged between 4 and 16 years plus everything the adults could want/need! Excellent location, beautiful walk down to the coast and not a long walk to town. We happily recommend this property.

We didn’t want to leave this beautiful house which had so much to offer including heated spa, pool, tennis court, table tennis and big living areas and comfortable rooms to stay in. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it for anyone that wants to organise a special getaway for a group of family and/or friends.

What an amazing house! So spacious and comfortable. Modern appliances in the kitchen, the rooms were really cosy and the pool and spa were clean and great fun to use. We made great use of the tennis courts and yard too. David was such a tentative and communicative host. Definitely looking forward to returning!

The house with its many living spaces and beautifully appointed bedrooms, a brilliant pool and pool house, the tennis court, the cleverly landscaped gardens and the location in Sorrento all come together to allow you to truly relax and enjoy your time away. Rosemond is a beautiful property and was the perfect place to stay during our golf weekend. Couldn’t resist the pool for a refreshing swim after a long day on the course. Plenty of room and well laid out, which made the house feel even bigger. David and Myf were the perfect hosts, and made sure everything was “spot on” for our stay. Will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends, it’s brilliant!
