Great for a peaceful getaway. Maybe not the best if you have kids demanding action or entertainment.

Direct access from your room to the swimming pool is wonderful, as is the pool itself and the terrace space with comfy seating. Big, spacious rooms with lots of storage space. Friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet and tranquil - there is a 7/11 within 5-10 minutes' walk.

It all depends on what you're looking for. The location is far from the town and beach - great if you want to use it as a retreat or getaway, but not if you want regular, easy access to things to do. Not much English spoken, probably because it seems to cater largely to domestic tourists - the staff do their best to make sure you're not missing anything, though.

This is a great place to go to and chill out for a few days.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The room was big with huge tinted sliding doors leading out to the patio and pool. The sound of the pool's waterfalls was nice. The room also had a ceiling fan. The restaurant was good. The staff were all excellent and friendly. My AC was leaking and they sent a maintance guy over within 10 minutes. 2 office people came with him, stayed there until the job was finished and made sure I was satisfied..

The pool ladders from each room only had 2 steps. It was an effort exiting the pool. This probably won't stop me from returning, but having 4 or 6 step ladders would be helpful. When it was time to check out, Grab couldn't find a driver for me. I walked 1.7 km to hwy 4 with my bags, tried Grab again and still no driver. Not the hotel's fault, but transportation might be a problem from the property.

La chambre est correcte... mais ça s'arrête là !

Endroit perdu. Aucun service. Pas de petit déjeuner, pas de restaurant. Le matin café lyophilisé et même pas de sachets de thé ! Pas d'insonorisation. Si vous êtes logé à côté d'une villa, vous risquez de ne pas dormir avant 4h du matin (ce fut notre cas) Prix des taxis prohibitifs si vous passez par l'accueil (utilisez Grab!) Note: qui a eu l'idée de mettre une suspension devant le miroir de la salle de bains ? Pour vous réveiller en vous cognant la tête ?

Wonderful stay

The villa was lovely, especially having our own pool. The staff were lovely and helped us whenever they could

It wasn't so bad for us but it was about 15 minutes by car from Hua Hin centre. We just used Grab and had no problems.

Sehr entspannte Tage in Hua Hin

Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer Geschmackvoll eingerichtet Großes Bad mit Dusche Sehr freundliches Personal Sehr gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan Riesiger Pool mit direktem Zugang vom Zimmer

Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Eine ganz tolle kleine Anlage etwas ausserhalb von Hua Hin mit sehr freundlichem Personal und herzlichem Empfang. Große Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum großen Pool wo man super gut schwimmen kann. Restaurant, div. Thai Küchen und 7/11 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis

An dieser Anlage gab es von meiner Seite aus nichts zu bemängeln !

2nd visit stayed an extra night.

I have stayed at many hotels and resorts in thailand, and this is one of the very few places that look like the pictures. I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, and it was my second visit, so yeah, don't miss out on this.

The pool is clean and good quality, maybe in quiet season drain villa 5 pool and do a little maintenance on the wall of the pool where the water flows over (this is a small maintenance job and not a problem)

Happy trip because we selected here to stay specifically because of the dog. Staff are lovely.

There was no breakfast, but Restaurant opens 8am next day and the staff from restaurant are superb. We do not eat meat and have a pet. Everything is smooth. Location is a little bit inside, but it doesn't matter, we want to come here to relax and stay away from people, so it's perfect getaway for us. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well.

The only thing I had an issue is probably clothes softener or detergent smell. As I do not like chemicals softeners or air freshener smell, it is a bit difficult for me to breathe in. I would not like air freshener to be sprayed before guest arrive because the room is perfectly fine and not smelly. I prefer more natural air.

A great comfy pool villa

Great spacious villas with a pool. We've enjoyed our time and didn't want to leave. The staff was great and you can use a room service from the nearby nice restaurant. We will certainly like to come back!!!

we can't smoke outside of the room in front of the swimming pool the bed and pillow wasn't confortable and there is no hot water

Superb

Here was great room with the bathroom. Good room service. You can order a meal from near cafe.It was quite delicious. Staff was helpful.when we need to stay longer they helped to find best option.

peace is fought for, when not given.

the pool, and the peace, yet still not far from amenities if a vehicle is at your disposal, or a bicycle.

the staff did not meet my requests even though they did confirm them prior to my stay. they also made claims to support baseless arguments by others against me. though it was settled and the issues only remained as they have been for 4 years.

Disappointed

Lovely place stayed here 3 times unfortunately won't stay again due to customer being annoying to other customers and the hotel allowed him to carry on seen so many people check out because of one man

One customer annoying everyone else and the hotel did not do any thing about him would have stayed longer but who wants to listen to a nut job ranting on when your on holiday

Private pool villas are great

Booked pool access room for 7 nights. Switched to a Villa for another 22. Would have booked longer but resort is fully booked beyond that. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good lap pool. Restaurant on site with live entertainment on weekends.

Minor, but this is a pet friendly venue and barking dogs can be a nuisance. Only step ladder access into and out of pool and that was difficult for me. Beds (like most in Thailand) are on the hard side. You will need your own transport as it's a fair way out of town. 7/11 about 10 minute walk, but barking dogs abound on the road!

Great value, wonderful room service

Loved the pool and the food from room service was exceptionally good for the price, which was reasonable.

A few fumbles in service, but nothing too major. Given the wrong key to the room at check in, some garbage leftover from previous guest wasn't cleaned up, but both of these problems were solved quickly by the lovely staff. Low water pressure in the shower, but it was fine.

The room was clean and big.

Night shift guy is quite fussy. Charge additional child price, not in the conditions. Not ready to prepare change for customers. Without fear Or flexible to customers. Call to ask for extra money about having children stay with their parents late at night. Make customers feel uncomfortable.
