Located in Mudgee, this charming cottage for R 3,159 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Since early 2017, Roselle Cottage has been a gorgeous home away from home for so many visitors. Situated only 1 block from Mudgee's Cafes, Restaurants and Lawson Park on the Cudgegong River, Roselle cottage has a location second to none. If you want to eat out for breakfast, lunch or dinner, leave the car in the driveway and take the 1 to 3 minute walk to the many choices Mudgee has to offer. The 3 bedroom house has been fully renovated and tastefully furnished & decorated. The living room has reverse cycle air conditioning, large flat screen TV, DVD and fireplace for those cold winter nights, while the large fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, dishwasher, oven & microwave. Main bedroom has a King bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, built in robe and ensuite access to the bathroom. There is a separate 2nd toilet. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have a double bed. All 3 beds have dual control electric blankets for those cold winter nights, so each side of the bed can be individually temperature controlled. Leading from the kitchen/dining area are french doors opening onto the rear timber deck with outdoor lounge setting and coffee table. For your convenience there is a coded front door lock, so there is no need for keys. You will receive your unique temporary access code to use for the duration of your stay. This means late night arrivals are no problem, and no key issues. So close to town & river, yet quiet, Roselle Cottage will have you feeling relaxed and wanting to stay longer in our beautiful town. Please note: Standard prices are for 2 people sharing the main bed. If only 2 people are staying, any extra beds used will incur additional charges of $20 per bed to cover changing & laundering bed linen.

Great trip to Mudgee and our stay at Roselle cottage was wonderful. Such a great location. It was a stinky hot weekend and an aircon/ fan in the third bedroom would have greattly enhanced our stay. Also, internet access for Netflix would have made our stay 5/5. Host / property manager was very accommodating with our request with our slightly delayed departure.

We loved everything about this very sweet property. The location is excellent for exploring the town, just a short walk to cafes/restaurants. The lovely garden (with great outdoor seating and shade from the fruiting orange tree) is perfect for recovering from Mudgee's excellent wine tasting. Our group consisted of 5 adults, and the size of this property was excellent for us. We all decided that we will always book this beautiful property for our Mudgee stays, and can not recommend it highly enough. Thank you Danielle and Jason for a wonderful weekend!

This 3 bedroom house was just what the doctor ordered for our 4 day stay to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Close to all the shops and the rear deck was great to have breakfast or a relax afer a hard day of wine tasting. No Wi-Fi but that was not an issue for us. Wonderful stay.

Really loved this house, 3 friends went for a weekend and loved the 3 bedrooms. Was close to the town, easy walk to all the shops and bars. House was comfy and really clean. Easy check in and the cutest outdoor area. If we come back to Mudgee would definitely stay here. Thanks for the fun time!

Great house for couple or family of 4 or 5 people. Tidy and comfortable only downside no wifi - all holiday rentals should have this now, especially for families the kids / teenagers and those working remotely.

Jason was a very accommodating host, the cottage was exactly as described. Great idea for a digital keypad as no need for keys and was warm and cosy. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone interested in a Mudgee stay.

This property was perfect !!! So clean and homely has everything you need! A gorgeous back deck with a stunning fruit trees and the location is walking distance to the main hub of Mudgee, we highly recommend and will stay there each time we’re in Mudgee
